        1st Race:     94. The High Commission Cup-Div.II-(About) 1200 
        12 Runners    Metres.Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only(Horses
                      who have run at least thrice but not placed second,
                      third or fourth even once ineligible)(Terms).
        
        Jockey  Ramandeep  S. Bal, the rider of  CLASSIC  MOVEMENTS,  was 
        fined  Rs.1,000/- for shifting and taking out SOLANKI  (A.  Imran 
        Khan) on the outside approaching the 300 Metres.
        
        ACE ACT (C. Alford) sustained a cut injury on right fore pastern. 
        
        SUPER WOMAN (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut injury on right  hind 
        tendon. 
        
        Jockey  A.  Imran Khan, the rider of SOLANKI, reported  that  his 
        mount  was hanging `in' throughout the race and he had  consider-
        able  difficulty  in keeping it on an even  course.  Trainer  Mr. 
        Pradeep Annaiah was informed to get it checked by his Veterinari-
        an before accepting with it again. 
        
        2nd Race:     95. The Beautiful Babe Plate-(About) 1600 Metres.
         8 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 50.
        
        Jockey  S.S.  Baria, the rider of SUDDEN  THUNDER,  was  severely 
        reprimanded  for shifting course and inconveniencing  MADAM  RICH 
        (T.S. Jodha) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres. 
        
        Jockey   Vincent  Colgan,  the  rider  of  VANQUISH,  was   fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (1st infringement). 
        
        3rd Race:     96. The New Market Plate - (About) 1200 Metres.
        12 Runners    Horses rated 00 to 30, 4 and 5 years old.

        4th Race:    97. The Honeyday Plate-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses
        12 Runners    rated 20 to 50.
        
        Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of BUCK PASSER JUNIOR, was  repri-
        manded  for  coming `in' soon after jumping out of  the  starting 
        gates  and  inconveniencing EXCELLENT SPEED (M. Narredu)  on  his 
        inside.
        
        Jockey  D.  Gnaneshwar,  the  rider of  RECORD  TIME,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out' and causing interference to  HYPNO-
        TIQ (Imran Chisty) on his outside approaching the 900 Metres. 
        
        Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of PRICELESS FOREVER, reported  that 
        his mount was hanging `in' badly in the straight.  Trainer Mr. G. 
        Karthik  was informed to get it checked by his  Veterinarian  and 
        take  appropriate  corrective measures before accepting  with  it 
        again.
        
        PRICELESS  FOREVER (B. Prakash) sustained a cut injury  on  right 
        hock. 
        
        IMMORTAL  (C. Krishnan) burst its blood vessels during the  race.  
        Trainer  Mr.  B.  Puttanna was informed that he  must  produce  a 
        Fitness  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary  Officer  before 
        accepting with it again. 
        
        5th Race:     98. The Karnataka Sub-Area Cup-(About) 1400 Metres.
        12 Runners    Horses rated 80 and above.
        
        HABAT (Suraj Narredu) stumbled rounding the final bend. 
        
        ASHWARAAJ (A.Pramod Goud) drifted under pressure in the last  300 
        Metes.
        
        RHAPSIDION SNOW (Aadesh Kumar) drifted under pressure in the last 
        300 Metres. 
        
        CROMWELL  (Aaron  Spiteri) sustained a cut injury  on  left  hind 
        tendon. 
        
        Routine  Sample  was  taken  for analysis from  the  winner  b  f 
        RHAPSIDION SNOW.  
        
        6th Race:     99. The Manjri Stud Plate-(About)1800 Metres.Horses
         9 Runners    rated 60 to  90.
        
        Trainer  Mr.  B. Puttanna was fined Rs.10,000/-  for  failing  to 
        declare  his  charge  CHILLY WIND to start for  this  race  after 
        having accepted with it. 
        
        Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.500/- for making an  error 
        in the starting declaration in respect of his charge ALEJANDRO as 
        regards shoeing.
        
        Jockey Harish, the rider of RED MUSTANG, was fined Rs.2,000/- for 
        shifting  `out' and causing interference to  FAIRYTALEENDING  (C. 
        Alford) on his outside in the last 200 Metres. 
        
        Jockey  C. Alford, the rider of FAIRYTALEENDING placed II by  the 
        Judge  objected against Jockey Mark Zahra, the rider of  SOUTHERN 
        CHARGE  placed  I for "last 300 Metres he came out on  Jockey  B. 
        Prakash who in turn came on to me.  This cost me a certain race." 
        Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of CONFIDENT VICTORY placed V by the 
        Judge  objected against Jockey Mark Zahra, the rider of  SOUTHERN 
        CHARGE  placed  I for "last 300 Metres Mark Zahra came  out  from 
        inner  rails interfered SYMBOL OF SPEED which in turn  interfered 
        my  mount very badly  unbalancing my mount and my mount lost  its 
        strides  which  cost me a certain place."  The Stewards  held  an 
        enquiry immediately after the race and also further enquired into 
        the severe interference caused by SOUTHERN CHARGE (Mark Zahra) to  
        SYMBOL OF SPEED (J.H. Christopher).   They examined Jockeys  Mark 
        Zahra,  C.  Alford, B. Prakash and J.H.  Christopher.  After  due 
        deliberations,  they decided to (a) uphold both  the  objections, 
        disqualify   SOUTHERN CHARGE from this race and (c)  revised  the 
        Order of placings as under:

        CHIQUITITA               III
        CONFIDENT VICTORY         IV
        ROMANTIC KNIGHT            V
        
        The  Stewards also considered the continued erratic behaviour  of 
        SOUTHERN CHARGE during this race as also in its last run in  Race 
        No.25 of the Bangalore Summer Meeting 2007. In view of the  above 
        the Stewards decided that trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan be  directed 
        not to accept with this horse again until its behaviour  improved 
        to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock  Race 
        on a race day on the race track. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f  FAIRY 
        ALEENDING.
        
        7th Race:     100. The High Commission Cup - Div.I- (About) 1200
        12 Runners  Metres.  Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only
                      (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed
                      second,  third  or  fourth  even  once  ineligible)
                      (Terms).
        
        Jockey  K.  Raja  Rao,  the rider  of  STAR  ROYALTY,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/-  for  checking his mount soon after the start  for  no 
        apparent reason. 
        
        Routine  Sample  was  taken for analysis from  the  winner  ch  f 
        SUNNY'S SYMPHONY. 
        
        8th Race:    101. The Richelieu Plate-(About) 1400 Metres.
