        1st Race:     102.The Pendragon Plate-Div.II-(About) 1400 Metres.
         9  Runners    Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses  who
                      have  run  at least thrice but not  placed  second,
                      third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms).
        
        Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of MIRACLE GIRL, fined  Rs.1,000/- 
        for coming `in' and causing interference to FREEMASON (C. Alford) 
        on his inside approaching the 900 Metres. 
        
        MAN ABOUT TOWN (Suraj Narredu) suddenly shied away from the rails 
        approaching the 800 Metres.
        
        MAN ABOUT TOWN (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut on left hind. 
        
        2nd Race:     103. The Nad Al Sheba Plate - (About) 1800 Metres.
         7 Runners    Horses rated 00 to 30.
        
        ROYAL FILLY (S. Rajesh) stumbled while jumping out of the  start-
        ing gates. 
        
        Jockey B. Mukesh, the rider of SMART CHOCIE, was reprimanded  for 
        not maintained a straight course approaching the 1100 Metres. 
        
        DAMA STAR (J.E. Pereira) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. 
        M.P.  Mahaesh  was informed to ensure better performance  of  his 
        charge in future.
        
        DAMA  STAR  (J.E. Pereira) sustained a cut injury on  right  hind 
        canon and hock. 
        
        3rd Race:     104. The B.Khanna Memorial Cup - Div. II -(About) 
         7 Runners    1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 and 5 years
                      old.
        
        As Jockey Harish, the rider of KALIYUG RAJA, was certified  medi-
        cally  unfit to ride at the gates, the horse was permitted to  be 
        withdrawn before the start of the race. 
        
        Jockey  Vivek, the rider of ALYQUIN reported that his  mount  was 
        hanging  `in'  after entering the straight.  Trainer Mr.  S.  In-
        ayathulla  was  informed to get it checked  by  his  Veterinarian 
        before accepting with it again. 
        
        4th Race:     105. The Pendragon Plate-Div.I-(About) 1400 Metres
         8  Runners    Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses  who
                      have  run  at least thrice but not  placed  second, 
                      third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms).
        
        LEO  DVIJ (uday Kiran) was extremely fractious inside  the  gates 
        whereby the entire bridel came off. Hence it was withdrawn before 
        coming under Starter's orders. 
        
        CHEVRON  (Aaron Spiteri) jumped awkwardly outwards and  inconven-
        ienced QUANTICO (C. Alford) on the outside. 

        Jockey  K.  Narasimha,  the  rider of  LATINO  MAGIC,  was  fined 
        Rs.2,000/-  for  shifting out and causing interference  to  LUCKY 
        GOLD STAR (K.P.G. Appu) on his outside which in turn passed it on 
        CHEVRON  (Aaron  Spiteri)  on the far side  approaching  the  600 
        Metres. 
        
        LATINO MAGIC (K. Narasimha) sustained a cut injury on left hock. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g VAN DE 
        STAR. 
        
        5th Race:    106. The Mauritius Pearl Plate-Div.I-(About) 1400
        11 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        The saddle on HIGH TOWER (A. Pramod Goud) completely shifted  out 
        of position during the race, the rider having got totally  unbal-
        anced. An enquiry is being held into the incident. 
        
        Jockey  Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of EUSTON, was fined  Rs.1,000/- 
        for easing his mount in the last 200 Metres. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g EASY. 
        
        6th Race:     107.The Juvenile Sprinters' Million (Grade III) -
        13 Runners    (About) 1200 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian Horses
                      (Foaled in 2004)(Terms).
        
        Trainer Mr. G. Karthik was fined Rs.500/- for making error in the 
        declaration of weight in respect of his charge OPEN OPINION.
        
        Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards 
        for  failing to declare his charge ROYAL AMBASSADOR to start  for 
        this race after having accepted with it. 
        
        Jockey  Aaron  Spiteri,  the  rider  of  UPPER  CRUST  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/-  for shifting `out' and causing interference  to  PAS-
        TICHE (B. Prkash) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres. 
        
        Compulsory Samples were taken for anlaysis from the I, II and III 
        placed horses viz:

        7th Race:    108. The Richelieu Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400
         8 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        HEROINES  BEAUTY (A.R. Mani) jumped awkwardly from the gates  and 
        lept in the air, the rider holding on to the breast plate and  in 
        the process the equipment snapped.  On examination of the  equip-
        ment after the race it was observed to have been otherwise  main-
        tained  and no further action was taken before noting the  incid-
        ent. 
        
        AXARA (S. John) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern. 
        
        8th Race:    109. The Mauritius Pearl Plate-Div.II-(About) 1400
        11 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.

        ROYAL  RETORT (S. John) brushed the false rails  approaching  the 
        750 Metres. 
        
        KANDIATE (T.S. Jodha) sustained a cut injury on left hind  gaskin 
        and right hind tendon. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dkb f SIEZE 
        THE NIGHT. 
        
        9th Race:     110. The Skyline Plate-(About) 1100 Metres. Horses
        11 Runners    rated 20 to 50.
        
        FLYING  JET (S. Rajesh) was extremely fractious inside the  gates 
        whereby  the Jockey was injured and certified medically unfit  to 
        ride.   Hence  it  was withdrawn before  coming  under  starter's 
        orders. 
        
        FLASHY  TREND  (A. Ashhad Asbar) jumped out  awkwardly  from  the 
        starting gates unbalancing the rider, whereby the rider was  dis-
        lodged from his mount and the horse ran riderless. 
        
        Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of ADAIR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for 
        coming  `in' and causing interference to AVON GORGE (Uday  Kiran) 
        on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres. 
        
        The  riderless FLASHY TREND suddenly shifted out from  the  rails 
        and  inconvenienced  ACTION HERO (Md. Shafiq)  from  the  outside 
        approaching the 200 Metres. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g REIGN-
        ING SKY.

        interference  to FREEMASON (C. Alford) on his inside  approaching 
        the 900 Metres.

        2nd Race:     
        
        DAMA STAR was slowly away. 
        
        ROYAL FILLY stumbled while jumping out of the starting gates.

        KALIYUG  RAJA was permitted to be withdrawn before  coming  under 
        Starter's  order as the Jockey was medically unfit.  
        
        As Jockey Harish (KALIYUG RAJA) was certified medically unfit  to 
        ride at the gates, the horse was permitted to be withdrawn before 
        the start of the race. 
        
        Jockey  Vivek (ALYQUIN) reported that his mount was hanging  `in' 
        after  entering  the straight.  Trainer was  informed  veterinary 
        check.  
        
        4th Race:     
        
        LEO DVIJ was withdrawn before coming under Starter's order as the 
        gelding  was fractious inside the stall.  Advised  adequate  gate 
        practice. 
        
        LEO  DVIJ  was extremely fractious inside the gates  whereby  the 
        entire  bridel  came off. Hence it was  withdrawn  before  coming 
        under Starter's orders. 
        
        CHEVRON jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced QUANTICO. 
        
        Jockey  K.  Narasimha  (LATINO MAGIC) was  fined  Rs.2,000/-  for 
        causing  interference to LUCKY GOLD STAR which in turn passed  it 
        on CHEVRON approaching the 600 Metres. 
        
        LATINO MAGIC sustained a cut injury on left hock. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g VAN DE 
        STAR.

        AXARA sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern. 
        
        8th Race:    
        
        ROYAL RETORT brushed the false rails approaching the 750 Metres.

        THE NIGHT.

        FLYING  JET  was permitted to be withdrawn  before  coming  under 
        Starter's  order,  as  the Jockey was injured  due  to  fractious 
        behaviour of the gelding. 
        
        FLYING  JET was extremely fractious inside the gates whereby  the 
        Jockey was injured and certified medically unfit to ride.   Hence 
        it was withdrawn before coming under starter's orders. 
        
        FLASHY TREND jumped out awkwardly from the starting gates  unbal-
        ancing the rider, whereby the rider was dislodged from his  mount 
        and the horse ran riderless. 
        
        Jockey P.S. Chouhan (ADAIR) was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming  `in' 
        and causing interference to AVON GORGE (Uday Kiran) on his inside 
        approaching the 1000 Metres. 
        
        The  riderless FLASHY TREND suddenly shifted out from  the  rails 
        and  inconvenienced ACTION HERO from the outside approaching  the 
        200 Metres. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g REIGN-
        ING SKY.
