        1st Race:     170. The Batu Gantong Plate-Div.II-(About) 1400
        11 Runners   Metres. Horses rated 00 to 30, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        CARIBBEAN  PIRATE (Shakti Singh) sustained a cut injury on  right 
        hind cannon. 
        
        GIRL NEXTDOOR (Shobhan Babu) could not get a clear run  approach-
        ing the 600 Metres due to a crowding of the field. 
        
        Jockey Vivek, the rider of ZANGI, was reprimanded for coming `in' 
        and  tightening FANTABULOUS HERO (S.S. Baria) on his  inside  ap-
        proaching the 600 Metres. 
        
        2nd Race:     171. The Allied Forces Plate -Div.II- (About) 1200
        12 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        As Jockey B. Prakash was certified medically unfit to ride,  per-
        mission  was  granted  to trainer Mr. G.  Karthik  to  substitute 
        Jockey  Imran Chisty to ride STAR MATADOR in place of  Jockey  B. 
        Prakash the declared rider. 
        
        Jockey P. Mani, the rider of SENSIMILIA was severely  reprimanded 
        for  not  exercising  sufficing control over  his  mount  thereby 
        allowing  it to collied with the false rails approaching the  900 
        Metres. 
        
        ALONSO (P. Kamlesh) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock. 
        
        SHANTALA  (S. Selvaraj) burst its blood vessels during the  race.  
        Trainer  Mr.  Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must  produce  a 
        Fitness  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary  Officer  before 
        accepting with it again. 
        
        SENSIMILIA  (P. Mani)  burst its blood vessels during  the  race.  
        Trainer  Mr.  Warren Singh was informed that he  must  produce  a 
        Fitness  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary  Officer  before 
        accepting with it again. 
        
        3rd Race:    172. The Poonawalla Stud Plate-Div.I- (About) 1400
        11 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 60 to 90, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        Jockey  D.  Gnaneshwar,  the  rider  of  BORN  FREE,  was   fined 
        Rs.1,000/-  for  losing position during the early stages  of  the 
        race for no apparent reason. 
        
        Jockey  Mark Zahra, the rider of FORT KNOX, was fined  Rs.1,000/- 
        for  excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race  (1st 
        infringement). 
                
        4th Race:     173. The Usha Stud Bangalore Summer Million (Grade
        12 Runners    III) - (About) 1600 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian
                      Horses (Foaled in 2004) (Terms).
        
        Trainer Mr. D. Netto was fined Rs.10,000/- for failing to declare 
        his charge AUXILIARY to start for this race after having accepted 
        with it .  
        
        Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.500/- for making an error  in 
        declaration of weight in respect of his charge FLAMING  LAMBORGI-
        NI.
        
        Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of VANQUISH, was fined  Rs.2,000/- 
        for repeatedly changing course thereby inconveniencing SWIFT FIRE 
        (J.H.Christopher) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres. 
        
        Jockey  Imran  Chisty,  the rider of GOLDEN  EDITION,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course approaching  the 
        200 Metres. 
        
        Jockey  Imran  Chisty,  the rider of GOLDEN  EDITION,  was  fined 
        Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (2nd infringement). 
        
        Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following  I, 
        II and III placed horses viz:

        5th Race:     174. The Col.Rajkumar C.Desraj Urs Memorial Cup -
         9 Runners    (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70.
        
        Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy to  substitute 
        Jockey  Imran Chisty to ride OPEN OPINION in place of  Jockey  B. 
        Prakash the declared rider. 
        
        Permission  was granted to trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to  withdraw 
        LUSH  FOLIAGE on veterinary grounds as it was lame on  left  hind 
        due  to sprained muscles and trauma on left hind cannon.  He  was 
        informed  that  he must produce a Fitness  Certificate  from  the 
        Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
        
        THE  CONTENDER  (Vincent Colgan) jumped  awkwardly  outwards  and 
        inconvenienced OPEN OPINION (Imran Chisty) on its outside 
        
        KORPORATE  (Vivek)  planted and lost considerable ground  at  the 
        start.  In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Amit Caddy  was  in-
        formed that he must not accept with it again until its  behaviour 
        improved  to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in  one 
        Mock Race on a race day on the race track. 
      
        6th Race:     175. The Poonawalla Stud Plate-Div.II-(About) 1400
        10 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 60 to 90, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        Permission  was granted to trainer Mr. G. Karthik  to  substitute 
        Jockey Imran Chisty to ride FEARLESS SPIRIT in place of Jockey B. 
        Prakash the declared rider. 
        
        STAFIRE (Neeraj Rawal) sustained a cut injury on right hock. 
        
        Routine  Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b  g  FIRE 
        STONE. 
        
        7th Race:     176. The Allied Forces Plate -Div.I- (About) 1200
        12 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.
        
        Trainer  Mr.  Warren  Singh was fined  Rs.2,000/-  for  declaring 
        Jockey P.S. Chouhan to ride WORTH A DIAMOND without  ascertaining 
        the  availability  of the rider concerned.  
        
        Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar to  substitute 
        Jockey  Shakti Singh to ride GLOBAL GENIUS in place of Jockey  B. 
        Prakash, the declared rider. 
        
        Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.500/- for making an error  in 
        the starting declaration in respect of his charge AMAZING LOOK as 
        regards shoeing. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for anlaysis from the winner b f BALLER-
