(False Rails - Width of 4 Metres from 1400 Metres to the Winning Post.) 1st Race: 29. The Divine Light Plate-Div.II - (About) 1200 9 Runners Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only(Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms). Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to withdraw PRINCE NORBERT on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from fever.He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. LUCKY LINE (K. Raja Rao) was observed to hang `out' passing the 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination immediately after the race. After examination at 2.45 p.m. it was reported to have sharp molars and caps on both sides of upper jaw. Trainer Mr. Karthik Ganapathy was informed to take necessary remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of CRYSTAL MUSIC was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in' and causing interference to LUCKY LINE (K. Raja Rao) on his inside during the final stages of the race. CRYSTAL MUSIC (K. Narasimha) sustained a cut injury on right hind tendon. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MASQUE- NADA. 2nd Race: 30. The Bhishma Plate-Div.II- (About) 1200 Metres. 11 Runners Horses rated 20 to 50. Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was fined Rs.1,000/- for sending his charge ARABIAN MEMORIES (V.R. Jagadeesh) directly to the starting gates without obtaining prior permission. OUNCE OF LUCK (Tauseef Ahmed)jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates and bumped SHES GOT THE LOOK (P. Pramod Goud) on the outside. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of ARABIAN MEMORIES, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifitng out and causing interference to GLOBAL GENIUS (M. Ravi) on his outside during the final stages of the race. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of ARABIAN MEMORIES was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b f SHES GOT THE LOOK. 3rd Race: 31. The R. Khodayar Memorial Plate-(About) 1600 9 Runners Metres, for horses rated 40 to 70. Jockey S. Rajesh, the rider of APOLLO CROWN, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 350 Metres. LIVING FREE (K.P.G. Appu) sustained a cut injury on upper lip. 4th Race: 32. The Speaker's Cup_(About) 1400 Metres. For 10 Runners horses rated 60 to 90. As Jockey Ch.K.Chary was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Shehzad Abbas to substitute Jockey M.F.Ali Khan to ride MISSION CHIEF in place of Jockey Ch.K.Chary, the declared rider. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of ASSERT THE RIGHT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). ALEKONO (Harish) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon. ASSERT THE RIGHT (Imran Chisty) sustained a cut injury on left hind canon. 5th Race: 33. The Divine Light Plate-Div.I-(About)1400 Metres. 8 Runners Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms). Trainer Mr. G. Sandhu was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge CASINO ROYAL (G.Y.Rajesh Babu) as regards shoeing. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rafaat Hussain to substi- tute Jockey Neeraj Rawal to ride COLOUR SERGEANT in place of Jockey Ch.K.Chary, the declared rider. COLOUR SERGEANT (Neeraj Rawal) was very fractious on the way to the starting gates, dislodged the rider and ran round the course. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before the coming under Starter's order. Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of SPORTING MASTER, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch f CASINO ROYAL. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b c LOGANS RUN. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the rider of CASINO ROYAL to the Stewards in connection with the handling of his mount. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey Rajesh Babu and Mr. G. Sandhu, trainer of the horse. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to (a) note the explanation tendered by trainer Mr. G. Sandhu; and (b) suspend Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu from riding in races 8-6- 2007 to 23-6-2007 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) on his mount CASINO ROYAL in the above race (permitted ride work). 6th Race: 34.The Dharmaprakasha L.S.Venkaji Rao Memorial Cup- 12 Runners (About) 1400 Metres. For horses rated 80 and above. RUNNING BULL (Mark Zahra) stumbled while running out of the starting gates. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g STONE OF DESTINY. 7th Race: 35. The Bhishma Plate-Div-I-(About) 1200 Metres. For 11 Runners horses rated 20 to 50. Permission was granted to trainer mr. Ananta Vatsalya to substi- tute Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh to ride REXCELLENT in place of Jockey Ch.K. Chary, the declared rider. Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of DARING BID, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out' and causing interference to TIME ON (M.F. Ali Khan) on his outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. After the race it was observed that STRONG MINDED (D. Mahendran) had apparently lost its left fore shoe during the race. Jockey M.
