        1st Race:     25. The Prince Khartoum Trophy-Div.II-(About) 1200  
         9 Runners    Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only
                      (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed
                      second,  third  or  fourth  even  once  ineligible)
                      (Terms).
        
        Trainer  Mr. R.V. Manohar was fined Rs.500/- for making an  error 
        in  the  starting declaration in respect of  his  charge  MUSICAL 
        PARADISE as regards shoeing. 
        
        GLEAM  OF  NIGHT  (Shakti Singh) ran  detached  from  the  field.  
        Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed not to accept with it  again 
        until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendi-
        ary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. 
        
        Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g  MARCE-
        GALIA.
        
        2nd Race:     26. The Ministerial Trophy - Div.I-(About) 1400  
        10 Runners    Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only
                      (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed
                      second,  third  or  fourth  even  once  ineligible)
                      (Terms).
        
        As  Jockey C. Alford was certified medically unfit to ride,  per-
        mission  was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to  substi-
        tute Jockey Suraj Narredu to ride SANQUSAR in place of Jockey  C. 
        Alford the declared rider. 
        
        After  the  race the Club's Veterinary Officer reported  that  on 
        examination CAPRIOSKA (Wayne Smith) had apparently lost its  left 
        hind shoe during the race. 
        
        FLAIR  QUEEN (S. Ramesh) sustained cut injury on left  and  right 
        fore cannon. 
        
        After completing the course FULL ON (S. Selvaraj) collapsed while 
        pulling  up.   After examination the  Club's  Veterinary  Officer 
        reported that the horse died due to cardiac arrest. 
        
        An  enquiry has been opened pertaining to the careless riding  of 
        Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of NOBLE VIEW in the above race in 
        that he caused 2 separate interferences one a severe interference  
        to  SANQUSAR (Suraj Narredu) on his inside soon after  the  start 
        and  the other one he came `in' and caused interference  to  NEEL 
        GAGAN  (D.K. Ashish) on his inside which in turn passed it on  to 
        SHOOT  A RAINBOW (Ryan Marshall) along the rails approaching  the 
        1100 Metres. 
        
        Routine  Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g  NOBLE 
        VIEW. 
        
         3rd Race:    27. The Prince Khartoum Trophy-Div.I-(About) 1200  
         7 Runners    Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only. Horses
                      (who have run at least thrice but not placed
                      second,  third  or  fourth  even  once  ineligible)
                      (Terms).
        
        Permission  was  granted to trainer Mr. Amit  Caddy  to  withdraw 
        ROYAL  PLAYER  (J.E.  Pereira) on veterinary grounds  as  it  was 
        suffering  from  Colic.  He was informed that he must  produce  a 
        Fitness  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary  Officer  before 
        accepting with it again. 
        
        ATLANTUS  (S.  Chandrashekar)  was  extremely  fractious  in  the 
        starting  gates  whereby  the rider  was  injured  and  certified 
        medically unfit to ride.  Hence it was permitted to be  withdrawn 
        before coming under Starter's Orders. 
        
        PINAAKINI (Shobhan Babu) sustained a gum injury. 
                                        
        4th Race:    28. The Star Contender Plate-Div.I-(About) 1200
         8 Runners    Metres.Horses rated 40 to 65. 
        
        As  Jockey  Y.S. Srinath was certified medically  unfit  to  ride 
        after his ride in the 2nd race, permission was granted to trainer 
        Mr.  S.  Ganapathy  to substitute Jockey A. Imran  Khan  to  ride 
        VALIANT BAY in place of Jockey Y.S. Srinath the declared rider. 
        
        Jockey  K.P.G. Appu, the rider of SOUND OF NATURE, reported  that 
        his  mount  was hanging `in' throughout the  race.   Trainer  Mr. 
        L.D'Silva was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian  and 
        take  appropriate  corrective measures before accepting  with  it 
        again. 
        
        Jockey  D.  Gnaneshwar, the rider of TOOFAN  EXPRESS,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/-  for the improper use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (1st infringement).                              
        
        5th Race:    29. The Fernhill's Palace Juvenile Million-Gr.II- 
        11  Runners    (About) 1400 Metres. For 3 year old Indian  horses
                      (Foaled in 2005) (Terms). 
        
        Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Laxman Singh to  substitute 
        Jockey K.P.G. Appu to ride COMMON KNOWLEDGE in place of Jockey C. 
        Alford the declared rider. 
        
        Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy to  substitute 
        Jockey  Ch.K.Chary to ride MARK OF GIBRALTAR in place  of  Jockey 
        Y.S. Srinath the declared rider. 
        
        Trainer  Mr.  Ananta Vatsalya was fined Rs.500/-  for  making  an 
        error  in  the  Declaration of Weight in respect  of  his  charge 
        ADAMANT APPROACH.
        
        Trainer  Mr.  Prithviraj  was fined Rs.500/-  for  Not  Declaring 
        Weight in respect of his charge RARE AND PRECIOUS. 
        
        Trainer  Mr. S. Ganapathy was fined Rs.500/- for making an  error 
        in  the  Declaration of Weight in respect of his charge  MARK  OF 
        GIBRALTAR. 
        
        Jockey  B.  Prakash,  the rider of  FANTASTIC  QUEST,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/-  for coming `in' and causing interference  to  FLAMING 
        ACE (A. Imran Khan) on his inside soon after the start. 
        
        ROYAL  AMBER (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards  from  the 
        starting gates. 
        
        ROYAL  AMBER  (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels  after  the 
        race.   Trainer  Mr. S.K. Habib Khan was informed  to  produce  a 
        Fitness  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary  Officer  before 
        accepting with it again. 
        
        Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following  I,

        CRACKERJACK (A. Imran Khan) ran detached from the field.  Trainer 
        Mr. S.K. Habib Khan was informed that he must not accept with  it 
        again  until  its behaviour improved to the satisfaction  of  the 
        Stipendiary  Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the  race 
        track. 
        
        Jockey  Sk.  Sharookh, the rider of LITTLE SPLENDOUR,  was  fined 
        Rs.5,000/-  for not making sufficient effort on his mount  during 
        the race. 
                                        
        7th Race:    31. The Dupont Plate-(About) 1600 Metres. Horses 
        10 Runners    rated 40 to 65, 4, 5 and 6 years old 
        
        Permission  was  granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh  to  withdraw 
        KALIYUG  RAJA (B.L. Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was  lame 
        on  right hind.  He was informed that he must produce  a  Fitness 
        Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary Officer before  accepting 
        with it again. 
        
        Jockey   Kishore  Kadam,  the  rider  of  ALCHESAYE,  was   fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly changing course in the straight whereby 
        he shifted out and pushed out PROUND AS A PEACOCK (Md. Shafiq) on 
        his outside approaching the 300 Metres. 
        
        Jockey  D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of LUCKYNUMBERSLEVEN, was  fined 
        Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (2nd infringement).
                                        
        8th Race:    32. The Santa Anita Park Plate-(About) 1400  Metres. 
        12 Runners    Horses rated 00 to 25, 4, 5 and 6 years old 
        
        Permission was granted to trainer Mr. N.A. Ponnappa to substitute 
        Jockey   N.M.  Sequeira  to ride TOUCH OF PARADISE  in  place  of 
        Jockey S. Chandrashekar the declared rider. 
        
        TRACK WONDER (Harsha) sustained an injury on right hock. 
        
        PRINCE NORBERT (C. Krishnan) sustained a gum injury.
