        1st Race:   66. The Red Divine Plate-Div.II-(About) 1100 Metres 
         8 Runners   Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses who
                      have run atleast thrice but not placed second,
                      third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms).
        
        AL  JADEED  (N.M. Sequeira) jumped awkwardly  outwards  from  the 
        gates. 
        
        MIGHTY FINE (A. Imran Khan) could not get a clear run soon  after 
        the start due to crowding of the field. 
        
        Jockey Sk. Sharookh, the rider of SEE YOU THERE, reported that he 
        could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the  starting 
        gates due to the crowding of the field. 
        
        Jockey   M.F. Ali Khan, the rider of HOLLY GO  LIGHTLY,  reported 
        that  his  mount was hanging `in' after  entering  the  straight. 
        Trainer  Mr. Laxman Singh was informed to get it checked  by  his 
        Veterinarian  and  take appropriate  corrective  measures  before 
        accepting with it again. 
         
        MIGHTY FINE (A. Imran Khan) sustained a cut injury on right  hind 
        fetlock. 
        
        Surprise  Sample  was taken for analysis from gr g  SNOW  PRINCE.
        
        2nd Race:   67. The Red Divine Plate - Div.I-(About) 1100 Metres 
         8 Runners   Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses who
                      have run atleast thrice but not placed second,
                      third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms).
         
        Jockey  C. Krishnan, the rider of SUGRIV, placed IV by the  Judge 
        objected  against  Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of  BELLA  COOLA 
        placed  I  for "in the last 800 Metres Jockey  Ashish  came  `in' 
        sharply  whereby I had to ease up my horse which cost the  race". 
        The  Stewards  held  an enquiry immediately after  the  race  and 
        interviewed  the  Jockeys concerned.  After  deliberations,  they 
        decided to overrule the objection. 
        
        Subsequent to the objection being overruled the Stewards  decided 
        that the deposit of Rs.2,500/- by Jockey C. Krishnan be forfeited 
        as they deemed it frivolous. 
        
        Routine  Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c  BELLA 
        COOLA.
        
        3rd Race:    68. The Ich Dien Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. 
         9 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 45.
        
        SANQUSAR (S. John) jumped inwards and inconvenienced  BAKERSFIELD 
        (K.P.G. Appu) on the inside at the start. 
        
        Jockey  S.  John, the rider of SANQUSAR was reprimanded  for  not 
        exercising  sufficient control over his mount whereby he went  in 
        and brushed the false rails approaching the 900 Metres, the horse 
        stumbled and he get momentarily unbalanced on the saddle. 
        
        Jockey Kishore Kadam, the rider of SUPER SPEAR, reported that  he 
        lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.  
        
        The  Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey G.Y. Rajesh  Babu,  the 
        rider  of ROYAL PLAYER to the Stewards for  careless  riding(Rule 
        No.161(i)) on his mount in the above race in that before  passing 
        the red marker post he came `in' sharply and caused severe inter-
        ference  to  POKEMON MASTER (V.R. Jagadeesh) on his  inside.  The 
        Stewards  held  an enquiry after the last  race  and  interviewed 
        Jockeys  G.Y.  Rajesh Babu and V.R. Jagadeesh.   After  delibera-
        tions,  they  decided  to suspend Jockey G.Y.  Rajesh  Babu  from 
        riding in races from 25-6-2008 to 28-6-2008 (both days inclusive) 
        for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) on his mount ROYAL PLAYER in 
        the above race (permitted to ride work). 
        
        4th Race:    69. The Sir Charles Todhunter Memorial Cup-(About)-
         8 Runners    1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65. 
        
        Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in 
        the  starting  declaration in respect of his  charge  LUNAR  LUST 
        (Shakti Singh) as regards shoeing .
        
        LUNAR  LUST  (Shakti  Singh) sustained an injury  on  right  hind 
        fetlock. 
        
        Routine  Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch  g  OWN 
        VOICE. 
        
        5th Race:     70. The Stewards Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses
        12 Runners    rated 80 and above.
        
        Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy and Jockey Y.S. Srinath were  questioned 
        regarding  the running and riding of BADGE OF GOLD.  The  trainer 
        stated that he had instructed the rider to keep his charge in 4th 
        or  5th position and do his best after entering the straight  and 
        further  to shift it on the outside after entering  the  straight 
        and ride as his charge relished galloping well on the outside. He 
        added  that during mid way through the race his charge could  not 
        get  a clear run and the rider shifted it out after entering  the 
        straight and rode out and could only finish 4th and that he could 
        not  take exception in the handling of his charge by  the  rider. 
        The  rider stated that after jump out he brushed his mount to  be 
        in  mid  bunch  and did not have a clear run  after  passing  900 
        Metres  and  that after entering the straight he rode  out  fully 
        with the aid of the whip but could finish only 4th.  Their expla-
        nations were noted. 
        
        OUR  LITTLE SAVAGE (D. Gnaneshwar) burst its blood vessels  after 
        the  race.  Trainer  Mr. Z. Darashah was informed  that  he  must 
        produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary  Officer 
        before accepting with it again. 

        BADGE OF GOLD (Y.S. Srinath) sustained a cut injury on left  hind 
        fetlock. 
        
        6th Race:    71. The Diablo Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses
         9 Runners    rated 20 to 45,  4, 5  & 6 years old. 
        
        MEXIKAN  WAVE  (B. Sreekanth) reared up as the gates  opened  and 
        lost  considerable ground at the start and ran detached from  the 
        field till about 500 Metres. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. 
        V.  Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with  it  again 
        until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendi-
        ary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.  
        
        Jockey  A.  Ashok  Kumar, the rider of  STARRY  VIEW,  was  fined 
        Rs.2,000/- for coming `in' and causing interference to ROYAL HERO 
        (Suraj  Narredu)  on  his inside soon after jumping  out  of  the 
        starting gates. 
        
        RAIN MAN (S. Chandrashekar) sustained an injury on right hock. 
        
        STARRY VIEW (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained a cut injury on right fore 
        pastern. 
        
        PROUD  AS A PEACOCK (I.A. Khan) sustained a cut injury  on  right 
        hind. 
        
        7th Race:    72. The Fantabulous King Plate-(About) 1600 Metres.
        12 Runners    Horses rated 40 to 65, 4,5 & 6 years old. 
        
        Trainer  Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.500/-for making an  error 
        in  the  starting declaration in respect of his  charge  EVER  SO 
        CLEVER as regards shoeing. 
        
        Jockey  Wayne  Smith,  the  rider  of  RAIDER'S  SUN,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (1st infringement). 
        
        Jockey  G.Y.  Rajesh Babu, the rider of JEDI  KNIGHT,  was  fined 
        Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during 
        the race (1st infringement). 
        
        The  Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately  after  the 
        race  into the running of the race with particular  reference  to 
        the  riders of JEDI KNIGHT (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) placed I, and  RAI-
        DER'S SUN (Wayne Smith) placed II for shifting `out' badly in the 
        last  200 Metres. They interviewed Jockeys Rajesh Babu and  Wayne 
        Smith.  After deliberations, they decided to retain the  placings 
        as originally declared by the Judge. 
        
        Jockey  G.Y.  Rajesh  Babu, the rider of JEDI  KNIGHT  was  fined 
        Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the last  200 
        Metres. 
        
        Routine  Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b  g  JEDI 
        KNIGHT.

                                ADDITIONAL REPORT
                            SATURDAY, 14TH JUNE 2008
        
             During  the  Mock Race it was observed that  the  saddle  on 
        HOLLYWOOD GIRL had shifted back considerably.  After due examina-
        tion  of the saddle after the mock race, Trainer Mr.  S.  Dominic 
        was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.

        8th Race:    54. The Sir M.Visvesvaraya Memorial Trophy - (About)
        12 Runners    1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 4,5  &
                      6 years old. 
        
             Trainer  Mr.  Irfan  Ghatala and Jockey  Vinod  Shinde  were 
        questioned  regarding  the running and riding of MILAGRO  in  the 
        above  race. After viewing the CCTV replay of the above  race  as 
        also  Race No.54 of the BSM 2008 in which the said horse ran  and 
        after due enquiry their explanations were noted.
