Jagadeesh the declared rider. SHE'S SPECTACULAR (B. Sreekanth) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SPECIAL GESTURE (Y.S. Srinath) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Christopher) (drawn 6) jumped very awkwardly outwards and pushed FIREY BUSINESS (S. Selvaraj) (drawn 7) on its outside which in turn passed it on to MISS MARVELOUS (Gaurav Sapra) (drawn 10) which in turn inconvenienced KING OF GOOD TIMES (Shakti Singh) on the far side at the start. Jockey Shakti Singh, the rider of KING OF GOOD TIMES placed 4th by the Judge objected against Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of MISS MARVELOUS for "soon after jump out Jockey Gaurav Sapra (MISS MARVELOUS) cut across me whereby I had to check my mount which cost me a certain third place". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to over rule the objection. 3rd Race: 173. Ismail, the declared rider of HAWAIIAN SUNRISE refused to fulfill his riding engage- ment, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey S. John to ride HA- WAIIAN SUNRISE. An enquiry is being held into the above said refusal of JOckey Faisal M Ismail. Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of PHOENIX REACH, was reprimanded for travelling wide from the start till the 400 Metres for no apparent reason. Jockey S. John, the rider of HAWAIIAN SUNRISE was reprimanded for travelling wide after rounding the bend for no apparent reason. Jockey C. Krishnan, the rider of LESTER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in' and causing interference to LUNAR LUST (B. Prakash) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey S.Chandrashekar, the rider of BILLY BLACK- JACK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and caus- ing interference to LUNAR LUST (B. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of THE CONTENDER was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Shahbuddin) was very fractious in the gates, bolted from the gates and ran round the race track riderless.
