1st Race : 56. The Prabalo Plate-Div-II - (About) 1200 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45. (8 Runners).
STAR LEAGUE (V.R. Jagadeesh) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of WORTH A MILLION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for cutting across the field before passing the red marker post.
Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of WORTH A MILLION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to RUBY LEGEND (A. Imran Khan) approaching the 450 Metres.
Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling in that the saddle on BEAUTY shifted back during the race.
Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath and Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh were questioned regarding the running and riding of STAR LEAGUE. The trainer stated that he had asked the Jockey to ride from the front and do his best in the straight. He also stated that both WORTH A MILLION (Gautam Raj Urs) and STAR LEAGUE (V.R. Jagadeesh) were cutting pace with each other, Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh was not able to hold back his horse which was why STAR LEAGUE took an unduly long lead. The Jockey corroborated the statement of the trainer. Their explanations were noted.
An enquiry has been opened into the improved performance of ASTON PARK trained by Mr. Neil Darashah and ridden by A. Velu.
An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of RUBY LEGEND trained by Mr. S. Ganapathy and ridden by Jockey A. Imran Khan.
An enquiry has been opened into the issue related to a conversation had by jockeys A.Imran Khan (RUBY LEGEND) , V.R.Jagdeesh (STAR LEAGUE) and Gautam Raj Urs (WORTH A MILLION) at the gates before the start of the race.
RUBY LEGEND (A. Imran Khan) sustained a cut injury on left fore cannon.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ASTON PARK.
2nd Race: 57. The Everynsky Trophy-Div.II-(About) 1200
Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run atleast
thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - Terms (7
Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to withdraw SOURAB on veterinary grounds as it was examined at 11.50 a.m. on 4th June 2009 and found to be suffering from pyrexia of 105o F and having difficulty in walking. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
BEST TIME (Suraj Narredu) dropped the rider and ran round the course. Subsequently it was examined by the Veterinary Officer and was observed to have sustained large cut injuries on right neck and right hind quarters, as such it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders.
Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of OUR CRUISE was fined Rs.3,000/- for
not improving his position in the middle stages of the race.
YES WE CAN (Md. Shafiq) was observed to be running green in the first 300m and causing interference to ENDURING SPEED (I Christy) on its outside.
YES WE CAN (Md. Shafiq) sustained an injury on right hind cannon.
Jockey M Mark the rider of CHAITANYA JYOTHI was reprimanded for failing to persevere in the final 200 metres.
3rd Race: 58. The Everynsky Trophy-Div.I-(About) 1200
Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run atleast
thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - Terms (8
Runners).
CALYPSO STAR (Suraj Narredu) flipped over twice at the starting gates. On examination it was found to have a bleeding gum injury and lacerated injury on tongue. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders.

4th Race : 59. The Prabalo Plate - Div-I - (About) 1200
Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45. (7 Runners).
Trainer Mr. M.B. Mangalorkar was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge JAMAICAN BOLT as regards shoeing.
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to withdraw SUGRIV on veterinary grounds as it was examined at 8.00 a.m. 6-6-2009 and was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to inflamed knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of SANDALWOOD STAR reported that his mount was hanging in badly in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sharp molars and caps on both the jaws either side (case of neglect). Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer.
Jockey B. Mahesh, the rider of VIVACITY, reported that he was hampered for room along the rails while negotiating the bend.
JAMAICAN BOLT (S S Baria) was observed to have checked behind the tiring ACE HIGH ( B Mukesh Kumar) at the turn into then straight.
Jockey H G Rathod the rider of ROYAL ZEN was severely reprimanded for improper use of the whip.
5th Race: 60. The Flirting Vision Plate-Div.I-(About) 1400
Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over. (9 Runners).
Jockey C. Rajendra, the rider of EXPRESS IT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
An enquiry has been opened into the riding of VOODOO MOON (S.S. Baria) and MISS MARVELOUS (T. Rahul).
Jockey C Harish the rider of EVENT HORIZON was severely reprimanded for easing his mount in the last 150 metres.
Trainer Tharun Thimmaiah was fined Rs.2000/- for changing the equipment
after weighing out with FREE GLIDER.
6th Race: 61. The Chief Minister's Cup (Grade III) - (About) -
1200 Metres. 4 years old and over (Terms) (11 Runners)
Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the declaration of weight in respect of his charge MARK OF GIBALTAR.
Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the declaration of weight in respect of his charge REAR AND PRECIOUS.
JERSEY PRIDE (Neeraj Rawal) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DIAMOND HUNDER (K.P.G. Appu).
ENCHANTING GIRL (S. Rajesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced RARE AND PRECIOUS (Harish).
Jockey Wayne Smith was fined Rs.2,000/- for not reporting to the Stipendiary Stewards regarding shifting of his saddle on PALAZZIO'S SUN.
Trainer Mr. M. Eshwer was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge DIAMOND HUNTER.
Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of ORIGINALITY, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 350 Metres.
Jockey M. Narredu, the rider of SPIRITUALL, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres.
Jockey Harish the rider of RARE AND PRECIOUS reported that his mount hung inwards over the final 100 metres.

Jockey Ms Lisa Jones, the rider of TOPKAPI, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making
sufficient effort in the last 150 Metres.
Jockey Moh Shoaib the rider of MUSICAL PARADISE was fined Rs1000/- for shifting in after the start causing interference to COMPETENT SOLDIER ( M Ravi) on his inside.

Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of SOUTHERN MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and bumping WALTER (C. Krishnan) soon after the start.
Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of NON STOP CANNON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CINDY GIRL (Gautam Raj Urs) before passing the red marker post.
Jockey C. Krishnan, the rider of WALTER, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the improper and extravagant use of the whip on his mount during the race.
Jockey Stephane Breux, the rider of CINDY GIRL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
