1st Race: 9. The Santa Anita Park Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (11 Runners)

IFANCY YOU (Y.S. Srinath) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

BOCCONCINO (S. Selvaraj) sustained a deep cut injury on right hind tendon.

2nd Race : 10. The Prince Khartoum Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (10 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay to withdraw SPLASH OF BEAUTY on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to chip injury on outer bulb of heel. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SUN DAWN (Vivek) planted in the gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

GUNPOWDER (Imran Chisty) jumped out awkwardly from the gates whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced.

Jockey Khurshad Alam, the rider of NESSIE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for forcing his passage and for repeatedly calling out between 1100 Metres and 700 Metres.

It was reported after the race that SEASIDE STAR (M. Narredu) had burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3rd Race: 11. The Romantic Dancer Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (8 Runners)

Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of SHOWERS OF LUCK reported that he lost his right stirrup in the final stages of the race.

Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from ch g SHOWERS OF LUCK.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ORDAINED ONE.

4th Race : 12. The Ministerial Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (12 Runners)

Jockey Ladjadj Stephane, the rider of DELIGHT OF ASIA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and tightening ADONIS (J.G. Sampson) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres and MOROVA GOODTIME (Imran Chisty) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey M.F. Ali Khan, the rider of YOURE ROCKING, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 400 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.2,000/- for changing the girth and surcingle on his charge YOURE ROCKING (M.F. Ali Khan) whereby the rider weighed in 600 grams in excess in relation to weighing out.

5th Race : 13. The Prince Khartoum Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (11 Runners)

Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge VELVET QUEEN as regards shoeing.

VELVET QUEEN (P.S. Chouhan) stood flat footed and lost few lengths at the start.

KUNIGAL STAR (Shadab Khan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

6th Race: 14. The Juvenile Million (Grade II) - (About) 1400 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian horses (foaled in 2007) (Terms) (8 Runners)

Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the declaration of weight in respect of his charge MYSTIC DAWN.

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses:

7th Race: 15. The Star Contender Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of EAGLE CLAWS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to KRIPA (A. Ashok Kumar) on his outside approaching the 400 Metres.

8th Race: 16. The Kunigal Stud Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (12 Runners)

BUCEPHALAS (T.S. Jodha) planted in the starting gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f BHAGIRATHI.

9th Race: 17. The Star Contender Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).

Jockey M.D. Praveen the rider of YOURE A LEGEND, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount whereby he allowed his mount to go in and hit the false rails passing the 300 Metres. Thereafter the horse gradually fell back, the rider having to dismount before completing the course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. The horse was kept for further veterinary investigation.

Jockey Shadab Khan, the rider of SHER DIL, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 150 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c IMMENSE.
