1st Race : 59. The His Majesty Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (10 Runners).
SABALA (A. Ashok Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards.
VELVET QUEEN (P.S. Chouhan) after jumping out whipped around and did not take part in the race. Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of SABALA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SANDYBOY (K. Raja Rao) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.
CUMULUS NIMBUS (J. Pradeep) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hind fetlock.
2nd Race: 60. The Mahalakshmi Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Horses rated 00 to 25 (10 Runners).
Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge YES I CAN as regards shoeing.
BUGATTI GABRIELLA (R. Umesh) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.
SADDLER (M.D. Praveen) after jumping out did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached throughout the race. Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in 2 jump outs on starting gate practice days.
Jockey J. Pradeep, the rider of ATOMIC QUEEN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking unduly long lead during the early part of the race.
3rd Race : 61. The His Majesty Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (9 Runners).
Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge ELUSIVE WAY as regards shoeing.
Jockey Sunny Chinoy, the rider of ELUSIVE WAY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f HILLARY.
4th Race: 62. The Justice P. Medapa Memorial Cup - (About)
1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g KOHINOOR WISH.
5th Race: 63. The Sans Craints Stud Plate - (About) 1200
Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (12 Runners).
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f BHAGIRATHI.
6th Race: 64. The Fillies Trial Stakes (Grade I) -(About) 1600
Metres. For 3-year old Indian Fillies (Foaled in 2007) (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. P. Shroff to withdraw SUNSET BOULEVARD on veterinary grounds as it was found to be stiff on both hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of MOONLIGHT ROMANCE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.
Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz.:

7th Race: 65. The Ich Dien Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).
DA XIA (M.F. Ali Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SHE'S A LADY (M.J. Gautam Raj Urs) and THUNDERING DON (V.R. Jagadeesh) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
KARNATAKA PRINCESS (A. Ashhad Asbar) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
8th Race: 66. The Galilee Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).
As Jockey P. Venkat was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was
granted to trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh to substitute Jockey M.D. Praveen to ride
YOUNG SAPPER in place of the declared rider.
Jockey S. Mallikarjun, the rider of QUEENS COLOUR was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to INSPIRATOR (J. Pradeep) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.
Jockey Khurshad Alam, the rider of DIM SUM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to ABNOBA (Suraj Narredu) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.
SPARK OF VISION (Shadab Khan) pulled up lame on left fore due to a sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

102. The Flashpoint Plate-(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 6 years
old and over.
The Stewards of the B.T.C. at their meeting held on 12th June 2010
considered the appeal dated 28-5-2010 filed by Jockey Afsar Khan against the
decision of the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., in suspending his
Jockey's licence from 10-6-2010 to 4-8-2010 and from 19-8-2010 to 31-8-2010 and
should his Jockey's Licence be extended beyond 31-8-2010 the same to remain
suspended from 1-9-2010 to 24-10-2010 and he be not permitted to ride work
during the period of suspension of his Jockey's Licence, for contravention of
Rule No.159(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing.
They examined trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey Afsar Khan. After
deliberations, considering the mercy pleaded by the Jockey the Stewards decided
to (a) modify the punishment in that his Jockey's licence shall stand suspended
from 22-6-2010 to 21-8-2010 (both days inclusive); (b) he be not permitted to
ride work during the period of suspension of his Jockey's Licence for
contravention of Rule No.159(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing; and (c) to forfeit
the appeal fee of Rs.2,500/- paid by him.

The Stewards of the B.TC. at their meeting held on 12th June 2010 considered the appeal dated 29-5-2010 filed by trainer Mr. Rakesh against the decision of the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., in suspending his trainer's licence granted to him from 10-6-2010 to 4-8-2010 (both days inclusive) and from 19-8-2010 to 31-8-2010 and should his trainer's licence be extended beyond 31-8-2010 the same to remain suspended from 1-9-2010 to 23-9-2010 for violating the BTC Racing Calendar Notification under the heading "Carrying of Identification Saddle Cloth with Numbers on Horses on the Tracks or any part of the premises of the Race Course" in respect of his charge b g WILD TEMPER on 2-2-2010.
They examined Mr. Shehzad Abbas, Spokesman for trainer Mr. Rakesh, and trainer Mr. Rakesh himself. After deliberations, they decided to (a) modify the period of suspension imposed on trainer Mr. Rakesh in that his trainer's licence shall stand suspended from 22-6-2010 to 21-7-2010 for violating the BTC Racing Calendar Notification under the heading "Carrying of Identification Saddle Cloth with Numbers on Horses on the Tracks or any part of the premises of the Race Course" in respect of his charge b g WILD TEMPER on 2-2-2010; and (b) that the appeal fee paid by trainer Mr. Rakesh be forfeited.

Race No.63: The Bangalore Turf Club Trophy-(About) 1200 Metres, for Indian
horses 3 year old and over.
The Stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club Ltd. at their meeting held on Saturday, 12th June 2010 considered the report submitted by the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the detection of the drug 16 Beta Hydroxy-Stanozolol - prohibited substance in the urine sample taken from ch h DIAMOND HUNTER after the horse placed First in the above race on 5th December 2009. The horse owned by M/s. Equest (India) Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Sanjay Kapoor and trained by Mr. M. Eshwer.
They examined trainer Mr. M. Eshwer. After deliberations, they decided to suspend his trainer's licence from 22-06-2010 to 6-08-2010 (both days inclusive) and from 19-08-2010 to 31-08-2010 and should his trainer's licence be extended beyond 31-8-2010 the same shall remain suspended from 01-09-2010 to 02-09-2010 and fine him a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) for infringement of Medication Rules (in respect of his charge ch h DIAMOND HUNTER in the above race) as contained in BTC Calendar Notification under the heading "Medication and treatment of horses in Training and Racing and Anti-Doping Control" reading as follows:
"The trainer is always responsible for the protection and security of
the horse in his care. The trainers are warned that they will be held
responsible if an examination of a horse, declared to start in a race, results
in the finding of any prohibited substances".

RANDOM TESTING FOR ANABOLIC STEROIDS AND SEX HORMONES FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY
2010
The Stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club Ltd. at their meeting held on Saturday, 12th June 2010 considered the report submitted by the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the detection of the drug 16-Beta Hydroxy-Stanozolol (Metabolite of Stanozolol) - prohibited substance in the urine sample taken from b g CASH IS KING after the urine sample was taken on 21st January 2010 during Random Testing for Anabolic Steroids and Sex Hormones. The horse owned by Mrs. Sangeeta and Mrs. Gita Dhingra and trained by Mr. Amit Caddy.
They examined trainer Mr. Amit Caddy. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Trainer's Licence granted to trainer Mr. Amit Caddy from 22-06-2010 to 6-08-2010 (both days inclusive) and from 19-08-2010 to 31-08-2010 and should his trainer's licence be extended beyond 31-8-2010 the same shall remain suspended from 01-09-2010 to 02-09-2010 and fine him a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) for infringement of Medication Rules (in respect of his charge b g CASH IS KING during random sampling) as contained in BTC Calendar Notification under the heading "Medication and treatment of horses in Training and Racing and Anti-Doping Control" reading as follows:
