1st Race : 21. The Prince Khartoum Trophy Div.II-(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (9 Runners)
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of MAGIC MONEY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to FANTASTIC STAR (B.Sreekanth) on his outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
LAW OF THE LAND (Khurshad Alam) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g LAUREL CANYON.
2nd Race: 22. The Lady Gibraltar Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (7 Runners)
Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of NEXT MOVE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not drawing the declared weight at the scale and as no suitable substitute rider was available, the horse was permitted to be withdrawn.
Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of ASSURANCE, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g SILVER BIRCH.
3rd Race: 23. The Ascot Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (11 Runners).
Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of CARESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to POLE POSITION (K. Raja Rao) on his outside approaching the 1000 Metres.
GOLDEN HAVEN (B.V. Krishnan) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g VEGA.
4th Race: 24. The Astounding Plate Div.I- (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners)
It was reported after the race that BIUTIFUL (Valdir De Sousa) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
5th Race: 25. The K.N. Guruswamy Memorial Cup-(About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (7 Runners)
Jockey Santosh Kumar Das, the rider of CAMORRA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly hampering the run of MAGNITUDE STAR (Fr'co F DaSilva) on his inside between the 700 Metres and 500 Metres.
6th Race: 26. The Adrian Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)
Jockey Valdir De Sousa, the rider of LAD STAR, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the crowding of the field.
Jockey J. Pradeep, the rider of SHUDDERING, was reprimanded for shifting
in and inconveniencing DECORATED (D. Gnaneshwar) on his inside approaching the
100 Metres.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of TURF LIGHTNING, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Karthik Ganapathy was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

7th Race : 27. The Prince Khartoum Trophy Div.I-(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (10 Runners)
As Jockey A. Imran Khan was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride IMPRESSIVE BOLT in place of Jockey A. Imran Khan, the declared rider.
Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of RICH CELEBRATION, reported that his
mount was hanging in, after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for
veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. J.S.
Pillay was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with
it again.
8th Race: 28. The Astounding Plate Div.II- (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners)
Jockey N. Harsha, the rider of SARANG, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to TABLEMOUNTAIN (Ishwar Pardeshi) on his inside approaching the 700 Metres.
Jockey N. Harsha, the rider of SARANG, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CARAWAY.
