1st Race: 63. The Royal Randwick Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (9 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge BIG SECRET (K. Raja Rao) (1st offence).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S. Zervan to ride BENEDICT in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of CASH THE CHEQUE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for losing position from 900 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

BENEDICT (S. Zervan) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

2nd Race : 64. The Everynsky Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (11 Runners)

MULLIGAN (J. Pradeep) fell in the paddock and was examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer at the starting gates and was found to be sore on right hind. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of SUMMER BREAK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

It was reported after the race that SMALL WONDER (F.K. Shabuddin) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3rd Race: 65. The Flirting Vision Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

SAMOVAR (P. Trevor) reared up in the gates and sat down for a considerable period of time and sustained cut injuries on right hock and fetlock and was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to sprained hock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

YAWAR (R. Koch) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of ITS MY PARTY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to TAYLOR MADE (M. Noornabi) on his inside passing the 1300 Metres.

SPARK OF LEGEND (Sahanawaz) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was reported after the race that TAYLOR MADE (M. Noornabi) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ITS MY PARTY (A. Ramu) sustained gum injury.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f PURPLE GLOW.

4th Race : 66. The Everynsky Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw BALANCE OF NATURE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to sprained quarter. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was fined Rs.1,000/- for using tongue strap on his charge SUPREME (P. Trevor) for the use of which permission had not been obtained. Subsequently tongue strap was removed before the horse left the paddock.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ACTIVE GREY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SMITHSONITE (Anjar Alam) on his inside which in turn passed it on to SUPREME (P. Trevor) passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of RATHAM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to SUPREME (P. Trevor) on his outside passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of RATHAM, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SUPREME (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 150 Metres.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of MY LAW trained by Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar and ridden by Jockey S. Zervan.

5th Race: 67. The Flirting Vision Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).

OWN EMPIRE (K. Raja Rao) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Vikash Tamang, the rider of RUSTY, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing COWBOY CAL (Imran Chisty) on his outside approaching the 1000 Metres.

6th Race: 68. The Karnataka Cup (Grade III) - (About) 1600 Metres. 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz:

ch g SPEARHEAD III

7th Race: 69. The Lumbini Stud Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (9 Runners)

YAMAS (T.S. Jodha) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva, the rider of PANAMERA, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ARABIAN GOLD (Suraj Narredu) on his inside approaching the 500 Metres.

Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge PANAMERA (Fr'co F DaSilva) in the above race. The trainer stated that he was shocked by the performance of his charge himself and further stated that he needed to investigate regarding the performance. However the horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer after the last race reported that PANAMERA burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b f PANAMERA.

8th Race: 70. The Sir M. Visvesvaraya Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (14 Runners)

As Jockey S. Mallikarjun was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey N. Harsha to ride LITTLE LION in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Dominic to withdraw STELLARAMBITION (P.S. Chouhan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained bleeding cut injury on left hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

TOUCHING THE TOWN (Ranjeet Singh) pulled up approaching the 800 Metres. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained multiple fracture of sesamoid bones of left fore fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SHIVALIK HERO.

9th Race: 71. The Prabalo Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.1,000/- for the error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge BLUE ORIGIN (Vikash Tamang).

Jockey Vivek, the rider of THE FIRST BULLET, reported that his right leg was hurt while jumping out of the starting gates, as such he could not offer much assistance to his mount thereafter.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh, the rider of BOLZANO, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Bhanu P Singh, the rider of BRIGADE'S PARADISE, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NECTAR CROWN.
