Babu) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. SUPER EXCITED (P.S. Chouhan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. The Sans Craintes Stud Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 4 years old and over (9 Runners) STAR PRESENCE (Vinod Shinde) was extremely fractious inside the starting gates, injured itself on left hock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Kiran Rai) was extremely fractious at the gates, reared up and flipped over hitting the left side of the head prior to the start. For 3-year-old Indian Fillies (foaled in 2009) (Terms) (13 Runners) Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge SPIRITUAL STAR to start for this race after having accepting with it. Trainer Mr. Shezad Abbas was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge VIBRATIONS to start for this race after having accepting with it. Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of MAPLE STAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for repeatedly bumping MZIMA (Suraj Narredu) on his inside between 1500 Metres and 1300 Metres. Jockey Fr'co F Dasilva, the rider of NICKEL CHROME, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to CHASE THE SUN (S. John) on his inside passing the 700 Metres. MAPLE STAR (B. It was reported after the race that STILL WILL (Khurshad Alam) pulled up lame on right fore due to a sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. S. Paswan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (13 Runners) ARABIAN KING (P. Trevor) reared up and fell down before the start. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders. FANTASTIC STAR (B. Sreekanth) was extremely fractious at the gates whereby the rider was injured and certified medically unfit to ride. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders. PRINCE OF STEALTH (T.S. Jodha) after jumping out did not raise a gallop and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track. It was observed that the blinkers on PRINCE OF KINTYRE (M. Mark) had shifted out of position soon after the start, thus obstructing the vision of the horse and the horse ran detached from the field. On being questioned the trainer stated that blinkers were fastened properly and further the trainer and the rider stated that the horse was very fractious at the gates and that must have been the reason for the blinkers to shift out of position. The equipment was examined after the race and was found to have been well maintained and as such no action was taken beyond noting the incident. MR CARPE (S. Zervan) suddenly shied away under the whip thereby totally unbalancing the rider who was dislodged from his mount passing the 200 Metres. 9th Race: 89. The Galilee Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners). Jockey S. Zervan was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the 8th race. As no suitable substitute Jockey was available, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to withdraw I FANCY YOU from the above race. It was observed that the Cross Nose Band on SACHIMORE (M. Noornabi) was not fastened properly. Subsequently it was set right before the start of the race. Hence Trainer Mr. S. Britto was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence. STARSCREAM (Ryan Marshall) was examined at the starting gates and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of ELEGANT APPROACH reported that his saddle shifted back soon after jumping out of the starting gates and further shifted back after passing the 400 Metres, as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. After Due examination of the saddle after the race, Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was fined Rs. 3000/- for faulty saddling.
