1st Race: 98. The Paddiwick Plate - Div. II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (11 Runners).

As Jockey D. Gnaneshwar was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to substitute Jockey T.S. Jodha to ride DEMAND DRAFT in place of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar the declared rider.

REBUTTAL'S HOPE (P.S. Chouhan) jumped out awkwardly, veered towards left and lost about two lengths at the start.

Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of POOL PLAY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in sharply and causing interference to DELILAH (S. Babu) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CHARLEMAGNE.

2nd Race: 99. The Fantabulous King Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.1,000/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge SOUTHERN GLADIATOR as regards allowance to be claimed by Jockey.

ALIANZ (N. Harsha) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

LEGEND REBORN (S.Guruprasad) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SENOR SPEEDY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for changing course passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of COWBOY CAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the race.

SOUTHERN GLADIATOR (R. Bharath) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SENOR SPEEDY, placed 2nd by the Judge objected against Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of COWBOY CAL placed I for "in the last half furlong the winner drifted out and cut across sharply whereby I had to stop riding which cost me a certain race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and revise the order of placings as under:

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to substitute Jockey D.K. Ashish to ride SUKHMANEE in place of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar the declared rider.

CHEQUE DISCOUNTER (T.S. Jodha) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

TRUST ME BOY (Valdir De Sousa) after jumping out swerved towards right and lost considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Valdir De Sousa, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the race.

ACE ELEGANCE (Neeraj Rawal) sustained a cut injury on right elbow.

4th Race: 101. The Beautiful Babe Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (15 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge RUSTY (Valdir De Sousa). Subsequently 'all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey Bhanu P Singh, the rider of SANDHURST, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to WONDER LASH (A. Ashok Kumar) on his inside which in turn passed it on to FORMALITY (N. Harsha) along the rails passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of ROYAL MUSIC, was reprimanded for coming in and causing interference to FAVOURITE WARRIOR (K. Raja Rao) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of WONDER LASH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and bumping ROYAL MUSIC (N. Rajesh) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

RUSTY (Valdir De Sousa) sustained a cut injury on left hock.

FORMALITY (N. Harsha) sustained a cut injury on left fore cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g FAVOURITE WARRIOR.

5th Race: 102. The Bergamo Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

As Jockey Bhanu P Singh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 4th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to substitute Jockey Santosh Kumar Paswan to ride GOL MATOL in place of Jockey Bhanu P Singh the declared rider.

DIAMONITE (Suraj Narredu) struck the front runner KNOWLEDGE (Imran Chisty) approaching the 700 Metres and stumbled dislodging its rider. As a result RAPHIRE (Vivek) which was running behind the former had to be checked.

DIAMONITE (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

RAPHIRE (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on left hind cannon

LAUREL CANYON (A.K. Pawar) sustained a cut injury on left gaskin.

STORMYRED (H.G. Rathod) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

KNOWLEDGE (Imran Chisty) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

GOL MATOL (Santosh Kumar Paswan) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SMART STAR.

6th Race: 103. The Colts Championship Stakes (Grade I) - (About) 1600 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian Colts and Geldings (foaled in 2009) (15 Runners).

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1400 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva, the rider of MATHS BABY, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHIVALIK HERO, was fined 1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

BORSALINO (A. Sandesh) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock and bruises on left withers.

MONTPELIER (Kuldeep Singh) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right fore cannon.

7th Race: 104. The Stewards Cup-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (8 Runners).

As Jockey A. Sandesh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. M.K. Jadhav to substitute Jockey P. Trevor to ride DEMONSTRATOR in place of Jockey A. Sandesh the declared rider.

BULLET (Imran Chisty) was extremely fractious, reared up, refused to remain in the stall and sat back in the gates and sustained cut injuries on left and right fore cannon. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders.

CAPE FERRAT (R.K. Mahesh) was extremely fractious, reared up, refused to remain in the stall and sat back in the gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

8th Race: 105. The D.M. Shivaswamy Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (14 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R. R. Byramji to declare Jockey M. Noornabi to ride ABLE ASSOCIATE in the above race.

Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing (1st infringement) in respect of his charge JALDI (R. Vaibhav).

Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of APOLLO KING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to ABLE ASSOCIATE (M. Noornabi) on his inside rounding the final bend.

Jockey S. Ramesh, the rider of CAMELOT, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of TIBERIUS, reported that his whip momentarily got entangled in the reins in the final 100 Metres of the race.


ABLE ASSOCIATE (M. Noornabi) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

9th Race: 106. The Fantabulous King Plate - Div. II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R. R. Byramji to declare Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride SPARK OF LEGEND in the above race.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R V Manohar to substitute Jockey D.K. Ashish to ride YAMAGUCHI in place of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar the declared rider.

WAR ARTIST (M. Noornabi) was extremely fractious in the starting gates, reared up and sustained cut injury on forehead and right nostril. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m BRAVE CAT.
