1st Race: 206. The Azhar Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners).
It was reported after the race that SUN IN FRISCO (Nasir Imam) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
It was reported after the race that SANDYBOY (P. Kiran Rai) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of SERENGETI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.
PEPPR (Irvan Singh) sustained a cut injury on left fore pastern.
SANDYBOY (P. Kiran Rai) sustained a cut injury on right fore cannon.
2nd Race: 207. The Lively Emprey Plate - (About) 2000 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45 (5 Runners).
Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva, the rider of ZERMATT, reported that he could not get a clear run rounding the final bend due to a closely packed field.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f PROVOCATEUR.
3rd Race: 208. The Maj. Newton Davis Memorial Cup - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to withdraw MOUNTAIN SPLENDOR (R. Anand) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained cut injuries on right hock in the saddling enclosure before the race. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey M. Ravi, the rider of WINDSOR KNIGHT, was reprimanded for
travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
4th Race: 209.The Leading Bookmaker Cup - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian
horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed
second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (12 Runners).
Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.5,000/- for the delay in submitting the
scratching form in respect of his charge ART OF ENCHANTMENT in the above race.
As Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 2nd Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride TRUST ME BOY In place of Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva the declared rider.
Jockey S. John, the rider of VOLT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in an improper attire to the weighing room for the day's races.
Jockey Vivek, the rider of POTOMAC, reported that his mount accidentally stumbled approaching the 900 Metres.
Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of BANK ON ME, was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting out and taking out AALEYAH (R.Koch) approaching the 700 Metres.
Jockey A.Sandesh, the rider of PETITE FLEUR, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
BRILLANTE (M. Prabhakaran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
5th Race: 210. The Maj. Newton Davis Memorial Cup - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to substitute Jockey S. John to ride MEGHALAYA In place of Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva the declared rider.
MOUNTAIN RANGE (Naushad Alam) was extremely fractious, reared up inside the starting gate and was stuck for a considerable period of time and also sustained cut injury on right fore cannon. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
YAMAS (D. Gnaneshwar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start.
In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must not
accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
6th Race: 211. The V.T. Velu Memorial Cup -(About) 1400
Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (10 Runners).
TIBERIUS (B. Sreekanth) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.Ganapathy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaivour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
ONE FOR THE MONEY(G. Adarsh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaivour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

7th Race: 212. The Mystic Memory Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (12 Runners).
As Jockey S. John was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 4th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey A. Sandesh to ride DISTINCTIVE in place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.
As Jockey J. Pradeep was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 5th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to substitute Jockey N. Rajesh to ride SUGAR FAIRY in place of Jockey J. Pradeep the declared rider.
IMPRESSIVE BOLT (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DISTINCTIVE (A. Sandesh) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
MANY WISHES (R. Vaibhav) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of DISTINCTIVE, reported that his mount was hanging in after rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 213. The Capricorn Stud Plate - Div.I-(About) 1400
Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 4 years old and over (15 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao to withdraw SUPREMACY on veterinary grounds as it was found to be walking lame on right fore due to inflammed elbow. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of LADS GLADIATOR, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing severe interference to ATLAS POWER (Suraj Narredu) on his outside which in turn passed it on to BALAS GLORY (M. Ravi) on the far side approaching the 500 Metres.
Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of SUNSTORM, was reprimanded for suddenly changing course towards outside passing the 300 Metres.
Jockey M. Ravi, the rider of BALAS GLORY, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing MAKE MY DAY (Ryan Marshall) on his outside rounding the final bend.
Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of LADS GLADIATOR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
SMART EXOTIC (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on right hind coronet.
9th Race: 214. The Santorini Star Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but
not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (13 Runners).
Jockey C. Harish, the rider of PENDOLINO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in an improper attire to the weighing room for the day's races.
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Hidayath Khan to substitute Jockey P.S. Chouhan to ride CHIRON In place of Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva the declared rider.
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride TRUST IN ME In place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi to withdraw SUPREME
(P. Trevor) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained cut injury
on left hind cannon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate
from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey C. Harish, the rider of PENDOLINO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in
and causing interference to GO GREEN (Afsar Khan) on his inside approaching the
200 Metres.
TRUST IN ME (Ryan Marshall) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.
