1st Race: 18. The Udhagamandalam Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (11 Runners).

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of BETTER THAN EVER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide between 800 Metres till about rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

FAIRWAY KING (Kavraj Singh) was examined after the race by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Hence Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla (deputizing for Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan) was informed that Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).

It was reported after the race that ROYAL ROMARIO (M.Rajesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

GIFT OF LOVE (Arshad Alam) sustained cut injury on right knee.

FAIRWAY KING (Kavraj Singh) sustained cut injury on left hock

2nd Race : 19. The Camino Plate -(About) 1400 Metres. Bangalore based Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (12 Runners)

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of ABSOLUTE RED, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of NOBLE PATH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

FANCY NUMBER (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on right knee.

LUCKY THIRTEEN (S. Zervan ) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.

NOBLE PATH (J.H. Christopher) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SCENIC WARRIOR.

3rd Race : 20. The Prince Khartoum Trophy -(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Britto to withdraw FREE CHOICE (P. Ramesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

DEEP DIVER (Shrikanth Kamble) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Altamash Ahmed, was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Shrikanth Kamble, the rider of DEEP DIVER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

RUBI REY (Vikash Tamang) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of SOMEONE SPECIAL, reported that his saddle shifted back rounding the final bend and as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

4th Race: 21. The Lady Gibraltar Plate - Div.I -(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners)

Trainer Mr. P. Shroff was fined Rs.1,000/- for using Tongue Strap on his charge ACCLAIMED (P. Trevor) for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently the Tongue Strap was removed before the start of the race.

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

PRINCESS LARA (A.R. Pradeep) sustained a cut injury on right hind both the bulbs of the heel.

5th Race: 22. The K.N. Guruswamy Memorial Cup-(About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (8 Runners)

Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of AN ACQUIRED TASTE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

6th Race: 23. The Adrian Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)

Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of REAL STEEL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SOLITAIRE ROYALE (J.H. Christopher) on his inside which brushed the false rails passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SKYLIGHT, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 150 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of CORAL SPRINGS, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 150 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of FEARLESS MOMENTS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to IMPRESSIVE BOLT (B. Mahesh) which in turn passed it on to SOLITAIRE ROYALE (J.H. Christopher) on his inside approaching the 150 Metres.

FOREST SPIRIT (Deep Shanker) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey B. Mahesh, the rider of IMPRESSIVE BOLT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

CORAL SPRINGS (Imran Chisty) sustained a cut injury on right knee.

IMPRESSIVE BOLT (B. Mahesh) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hind bulb of the heel.

7th Race: 24. The Lady Gibraltar Plate-Div.II- (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)

It was reported after the race that SWEET ANGEL (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on left hind and also sustained a cut injury on left hind cannon. Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f APPARITION.

8th Race: 25. The Astounding Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr.B. Prithviraj to withdraw BALANCE OF NATURE (V.R. Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained cut injury on left hind cannon resulting in Cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was fined Rs.1000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge RED BISHOP (R. Shelar). Subsequently all black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

CHRONICLE (B. Harish) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced PERFECT SPEED (Irvan Singh) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

FIRE STORM (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced CHRONICLE (B. Harish) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

HILL COUNTRY (M. Rajesh Kumar) after jumping out swerved towards the left and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

SUKHMANEE (Akshay) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of SOMETHINGDIFFERENT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
