1st Race : 26. The Ministerial Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (7 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/-by the Stewards for contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2013 in accepting his charge JOLIE to run in the above race and also in the 3rd race on 25-5-2013. Subsequently the horse was withdrawn from the above race.
MICKEY MOUSE (M. Rajesh Kumar) was extremely fractious and refused to remain in the stalls. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CHIFFON.
2nd Race: 27. The Ascot Plate Div.II- (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (10 Runners)
Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was fined Rs.1,000/- for making an error in the scratching form in respect of his charge MAGNETIC POWER.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of BUZZWORD, reported that his saddle shifted back passing 400 Metres and as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter, After due examination of the equipment Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
Jockey Vikash Tamang, the rider of AUTUMN RED, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey Ch.K. Chary, the rider of KENTUCKY ROSE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ISN'T SHE SPECIAL (Imran Chisty) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.
Jockey Ch.K. Chary, the rider of KENTUCKY ROSE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and inconveniencing ADRIPHOS (P. Trevor) on his outside in the final stages of the race.
Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of JET SET GO, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.
FORCE ENSIGN (S. Zervan) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
KENTUCKY ROSE (Ch.K. Chary) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.

4th Race: 29. The Ascot Plate Div.I- (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00
to 25, 4 years old and over (9 Runners)
SPARK OF DIABLO (S. Chandrashekar) was extremely fractious on the way to the starting gates, dislodged the rider and ran anticlockwise round the course. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.
MARKET MAKER (Syed Asgar) suffered stifle lock soon after jumping out of the starting gates and did not take part in the race. Subsequently The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it had pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

5th Race: 30. The Dupont Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (9 Runners)
Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SAND STORM placed II by the Judge objected against Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of SPANIARD placed I for "near the 500 Metres as I was trying to improve my position, the winner clipped my horse whereby unbalancing my horse and at the 300 Metres, the winner drifted in slightly whereby I had to switch course from inside to outside which cost me the race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations they decided to overrule the objection.
SANDSTORM (P. Trevor) sustained bruise on right hind pastern.

6th Race: 31. The Nanoli Stud Juvenile Million (Grade II) - (About) 1400 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian horses (foaled in 2010) (Terms) (8 Runners)
LIGHT OF SUCCESS (Deep Shanker) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced SUPREME REGIME (K. Raja Rao) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of INVINCIBLE PRINCE, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
MURIOI (B. Sreekanth) sustained cut injury on right hock.

7th Race: 32. The Kunigal Stud Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (10 Runners)
EQUINE LOVER (B. Harish) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced BESSIE (Khurshad Alam) which in turn passed it on to SMOOTH GLIDER (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of SUNSTONE, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.
It was reported after the race that VOLCANO((D.K. Ashish) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 33. The Sir Charles Todhunter Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (15 Runners)
ALEJOR (Shrikant Kamble) was extremely fractious and refused to remain in the stalls. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.
SUTTON PRINCE (V.R. Jagadeesh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of FASTEST FINGER, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
CHERELLE (M. Ravi) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hock.
VOCATION (Imran Chisty) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

9th Race: 34. The Romantic Dancer Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Bangalore based Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TRIUMPHANT, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to drift in and brushing the false rails passing the 300 Metres.
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of LEPTON PENNATUS, reported that his mount was hanging out rounding the final bend. It was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
