There was intermittent rain after the 5th race.

1st Race: 85. The Ramkirpal Plate - (About) 1200 Metres.
Horses rated 00 to 25 (10 Runners).

MISTER GREY (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly inwards.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of SHARED HEART, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing CHEDDAR FACE (M. Oscar Chavez) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of ABSOLUT CHIQUI, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of SUMMER SENSATION, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey M Oscar Chavez, the rider of CHEDDAR FACE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

LIGHTNING EXPRESS (S Shiva Kumar) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ARTHUR.

2nd Race: 86. The Chaitanya Chakram Trophy-(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (11 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw ORIENTAL BELLE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to injury. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g GRAND APPLAUSE.

3rd Race: 87. The M. Ali Asker Memorial Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners).

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ALCAZAAR, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

SUTTON PRINCE (r. sHELAR) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was reported after the race that TWINKLINGOFANEYE (Ch.K. Chary) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Zoheb Shaik was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the last race that SKYLIGHT EXPRESS (Neeraj Rawal) burst its blood vessels (endoscopy - Grade III at 6:15 p.m). Trainer Mr. Shezad Abbas was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ABSOLUTE MAJORITY.

4th Race: 88. The Aboline Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw JALDI on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained bleeding cut injuries on both fore cannon and right hind fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of DAY TRADER, was reprimanded for checking his mount approaching the 1200 Metres for no apparent reason.

Jockey B. Srinivas Rao, the rider of BOUNTY HUNTER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to GORGEOUS GOLD (J.H. Christopher) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of SHOOT OUT, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing GORGEOUS GOLD (J.H. Christopher) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres.

Jockey J.H. Anil, the rider of ANOTHER VOICE, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey Akshay, the declared rider of THE PHENOMENA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not drawing the declared weight at the scale. As no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw THE PHENOMENA from the above race.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch g SHOOT OUT.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ALIANZ.

5th Race: 89. The Chief Justice's Cup - (Grade III) - (About) 1800 Metres. For 4-years-old and over (8 Runners).

TINTINNABULATION (P.S. Chouhan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey S John, the rider of FIELD MARSHAL was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting in and causing very severe interference to HEMISPHERE (S. Zervan) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz:

6th Race: 90. The Sweet Memories Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (11 Runners).

As Jockey Syed Asgar, the declared rider of LADY MANDY could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagement for the day's races due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to substitute Jockey G. Adarsh to ride LADY MANDY in place of Jockey Syed Asgar, the declared rider.

As Jockey Vivek, the rider of VEGA, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to substitute Jockey A. Ashok Kumar to ride VEGA in place of Jockey Vivek, the declared rider.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ICE STORM.

7th Race: 91. The Richelieu Plate - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SUPER START, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing FASTEST FINGER (P.S. Chouhan) on his outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of FASTEST FINGER, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1600 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh, the rider of VOCATION, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing IMPERIAL VERSE (A. Sandesh) on his outside approaching the 1400 Metres.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of GOLDEN PHANTOM, reported that his mount was lugging in after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Shezad Abbas was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SUPER START, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Satish Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CHARLATAN.

8th Race: 88. The Aboline Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (10 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to substitute Jockey P. Mani to ride SUMMER SUN in place of Jockey Syed Asgar, the declared rider.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g CHRONICLE.
