1st Race: 151. The Meydan Plate - Div II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over. (12 Runners).

GOLD SPLASH (M Ravi) after jumping out, refused to raise a fluent gallop, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached till about the final 300 Metres of the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, the rider of TOWERS OF HANOI reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of ABSOLUTE CHIQUI was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m BURDEN OF LADY.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m ASTONISHING.

2nd Race: 152. The Confucious Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200
Metres. Bangalore based horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

As Jockey B Sreekanth, the declared rider of GOLDEN PRINCESS was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S Ganapathy to substitute Jockey P Trevor to ride GOLDEN PRINCESS in place of Jockey B Sreekanth, the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Puttanna to withdraw TRADITION (Vivek) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of NOCTURNAL HUNTER was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to MAGIC WAVE (M Prasad) on his inside approaching 900 Metres.

Jockey M Noornabi, the rider of RISE TO GLORY was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to FORTUNATE ONE (K P G Appu) on his outside passing 900 Metres.

Jockey M Prasad, the rider of MAGIC WAVE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out FORTUNATE ONE (K P G Appu) on his outside between the 900 Metres and 600 Metres.

Jockey M Prasad, the rider of MAGIC WAVE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the inept handling of his mount during the race. As directed by the Stewards he was further informed that he would not be permitted to ride in races till he improved his performance, by regularly attending the riding orientation course conducted under the supervision of the Stipendiary Stewards and exhibit his performance to the satisfaction of the Stewards in Mock Races.

3rd Race: 153. The Meydan Plate - Div I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over. (12 Runners).

COOL NATURE (K R Rajesh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

HILLTON (G Y Rajesh Babu) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of AFFRIKAH was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of IMPRESSIVEATTITUDE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

It was reported after the race that SHARED HEART (M Noornabi) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that APRIL BABE (M Prabhakaran) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4th Race: 154. The Smt. Bhagirathi Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (15 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J Babu Rao to declare V R Jagadeesh to ride BRIGADE'S SUPREME in the above race.

ACTIVE GREY (Indrajeet Singh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of TO THE MANOR BORN was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing severe interference to ROSES IN BLOOM (Ch K Chary) on his inside approaching 1200 Metres.

BRIGHT LADY (Fr'co F DaSilva) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

5th Race: 155. The Karnataka Sub Area Trophy - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S Ganapathy to substitute Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva to ride MASKED MARVEL in place of Jockey B Sreekanth, the declared rider.

As Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the declared rider of SIENA was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the fourth race. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar (deputizing on behalf of trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal) to substitute Jockey A Ashok Kumar to ride SIENA in place of Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the declared rider.

Jockey Imran chisty, the rider of ARYAN WARRIOR was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and casuing interference to SPIRIT (P Trevor) on his inside passing 900 metres.

Jockey M Noornabi, the rider BALAS DREAM was fined Rs.5,000/- for abruptly stopping to ride out his mount approaching 300 Metres.

The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry on 24th July 2013 after the last race into the running and riding of ACE LEXINGTON ridden by Jockey S Selvaraj and trained by Mr. Irfan Ghatala (deputized by his assistant Mr. Mir Azhar Ali). They examined Mr. Mir Azhar Ali (deputizing for trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala) and Jockey S Selvaraj. The Stewards also noted that on examination of the horse after the race it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. The Stewards interviewed the Chief Veterinary Officer of the club. The Stewards after deliberations decided as follows (a) inform the assistant trainer and the Jockey that in view of the ailment noticed on the horse that benefit of grave doubt was given at this instance; (b) fine trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala a sum of Rs.3,000/- for his negligence in that his charge ACE LEXINGTON was found to have sharp molars on either sides (1st infringement) and (c) fine Jockey S Selvaraj a sum of Rs.3,000/- for the inept handling of his mount during the race and informed him that he would not be permitted to ride in races till he improved his performance, by regularly attending the riding orientation course conducted under the supervision of the Stipendiary Stewards and exhibit his performance to the satisfaction of the Stewards in Mock Races.

6th Race: 156. The Rajah S. R. K. Ranga Row Memorial Cup -Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S Ganapathy to substitute Jockey P Trevor to ride BALAS GLORY in place of Jockey B Sreekanth, the declared rider.

IMPRESSIVE BOLT (Imran Chisty) was extremely fractious, refused to remain in the stalls. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter's orders.

PACK UR BAGS (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SEBRIGHT (Ahsan Qureshi) which in turn passed it onto GROUND MARSHAL (Imran Khan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

PACK UR BAGS (Suraj Narredu) could not get a clear run approaching 800 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of SEBRIGHT was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

CLEVER TRICK (Sahanawaz) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

BALAS GLORY (P Trevor) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.

7th Race: 157. The Confucious Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200
Metres. Bangalore based horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J Babu Rao to declare Jockey Ranjeet Singh to ride OCEANIC WIND in place of Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the declared rider.

As Jockey H G Rathod, the declared rider of PERFECT SPEED was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the third race. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S Mallikarjun to ride PERFECT SPEED in place of Jockey H G Rathod, the declared rider.

HILLINGDON (Anjar Alam) sustained a cut injury on right hind coronet.

8th Race: 158. The Rajah S. R. K. Ranga Row Memorial Cup -Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J Babu Rao to declare Jockey Shanth Kumar to ride ABBAS DREAMS in the above race.

CARDUCCI (A Ashok Kumar) knuckled while jumping out of the gates, swerved towards the left, wherby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount and it ran riderless throughout the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. B Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

SCENIC BLAST (S John) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SUNDAY CRUZ (G Adarsh) which in turn passed it onto

POINT TAKEN (Sahanawaz) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
