Penetrometer Reading: 4.1 Cms

False Rails: Average width of 6.5 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres and 8 Metres from 1000 Metres to the winning post.

1st Race : 50. The Royal Randwick Plate Div. II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

IMPRESSIVE DELITE (R Anand) was slow to move when the gates were released.

FASHION FLAME (S.G. Prasad) accidentally brushed the false rails passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Aqeed Waheed, the rider of SHARED HEART, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to LAW OF THE LAND (J.H. Christopher) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.

It was observed that Jockey S.G. Prasad, the rider of FASHION FLAME, had to steady his mount and shift course towards his outside passing the 200 Metres.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of CUTE BEAST, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of BALAS DREAM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to LAW OF THE LAND (J.H. Christopher) on his inside whereby DREAM NEO (H.G. Rathod) which was traveling behind the latter had to be checked by its rider before passing the red marker post.

Jockey H.G. Rathod, the rider of DREAM NEO, was reprimanded for traveling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

LAW OF THE LAND (J.H. Christopher) sustained cut injury on right fore cannon.

MISTER GREY (T.S. Jodha) sustained cut injury on right hock.

2nd Race : 51. The Diablo Plate Div. II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

At the start STAR KINGDOM (M Noornabi) was slow to move losing ground.

CHEDDAR FACE (Shailesh Shinde) accidentally brushed the false rails passing the 800 Metres.


Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of MANTRA, reported that he had to travel wide as the rider of DELILAH (Bhawani Singh) inconvenienced his run between the 650 Metres till about the bend.

3rd Race : 52. The J. Lingaiah Memorial Trophy - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).

SWEET N SMART (A R Pradeep) was slowly away losing about two lengths then raced fiercely and travelled wide. At the 900 Metres SWEET N SMART laid in.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of PROM QUEEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SHAKA ZULU (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside whereby CINCH (Imran Chisty) which was traveling directly behind the latter had to be checked by its rider thereby shifting in and bumping GREYCONNECTION (S.John) passing the 1400 Metres.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of SWEET N SMART, was fined Rs.3,000/- for traveling wide between the 1200 Metres till about 400 Metres for no apparent reason.

Reporting Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of BEAUTY IS TRUTH, to the Stewards for Careless Riding Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that "he shifted in and caused interference to SHAKA ZULU (P S Chouhan) on his inside along the rails as a result CINCH (Imran Chisty) traveling directly behind the latter had to be checked by its rider and shift out and take evasive action passing 950 Metres".

BEAUTY IS TRUTH (P. Kiran Rai) sustained a cut injury on left hind cannon.

4th Race : 53. The Civil Service Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (10 Runners).

As the right fore shoe of SUPER STORM (Yash Narredu) had come off at the starting gates, permission was granted to withdraw SUPER STORM before coming under starter's orders.

Near the 650 Metres GENTLE KNOWLEDGE (A. Imran Khan) which was racing keenly brushed JERSEY SHORE (Y.S. Srinath).

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of ETHOPHIAN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ETHOPHIAN.

5th Race : 54. The Diablo Plate Div. I- (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

At the start HACKETT (P Mani) and RIGHT ON TIME (Khurshad Alam) were slow to move.
Near the 950 Metres ENTERTAINER (M.F. Ali Khan) was steadied of the heels of JAANVI (Zarar Alam); as a result it shifted out bumping TRUMAN (Aqeed Waheed) on to AMAZONAS (S. Sunil).

BLUES LEGEND (V.R. Jagadeesh) which was fractious in the gates and a little slow to jump sustained gum injury.

6th Race : 55. The Skyline Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at
least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) - (Terms) (11 Runners)

At the start COOL SPRINGS (Tauseef Ahmed) and GOOD FRUIT (D K Ashish) were slowly away.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of ACTUAL, reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race.

WILD WILD ANGELS (T.S. Jodha) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned trainer Mr. G Nityanand and Jockey Shobhan Babu into the apparent improved performance of NEW EMPEROR today as opposed to the geldings previous run at Bangalore on 24th May 2014 when he ran seventh. Trainer G Nityanand stated that the gelding's previous start was over 1400 Metres and the rider told him to run NEW EMPEROR in a shorter race. This was only the second time he had started NEW EMPEROR and the reason his first start was 1400 Metres was because the previous trainer had run him over the 1400 Metres. Trainer Mr. G Nityanand added that the gelding had been working well and Jockey Shobhan Babu said that in the 1400 Metres NEW EMPEROR had drawn 8 and raced fiercely for some distance while trapped off the track then in the straight he gave NEW EMPEROR a couple of hits with his whip but the gelding did not respond. He did tell the trainer to run in a shorter race and try to lead. This they did today. Mr. G Nityanand informed the Stipendiary Stewards that it is his intention to start NEW EMPEROR in a 1100 or 1200 Metres races in future.

7th Race : 56. The Royal Randwick Plate Div. I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

At the start BALANCE OF NATURE (Tauseef Ahmed) jumped awkwardly and INSPIRATOR (A R Pradeep) was slowly away.

Reporting Jockey P. Mani, the rider of KINGSTON TOWN to the Stewards for Careless Riding, Rule 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that "he shifted in near 950 Metres forcing FEET ON FIRE (S.G. Prasad) inwards causing ORIENTAL IMAGE (D Gnaneshwar) to check and lose ground.

BALANCE OF NATURE (Tauseef Ahmed) raced wide making the home turn.

Near 100 Metres Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of ORIENTAL IMAGE accidentally dropped his whip.

Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of RULING PASSIONS reported that his mount was luggin 'in' in the final 300 Metres of the race.
