1st Race:    139. The Astronomic Plate Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. For Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners)
NOBLE PRINCESS (Arshad Alam) and ALWAYS REMEMBERING (S. John) brushed at the start. 
Shortly after the start LIEGE LORD (P. Trevor) eased from AS GOOD AS IT GETS (Suraj Narredu) which shifted in. 
Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ZAGATO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ALWAYS REMEMBERING (S. John) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.
ZAGATO (M. Rajesh Kumar) brushed the rails near 500 Metres. 
LIEGE LORD (P. Trevor) laid in under pressure in the straight placing Jockey P Trevor on disadvantage to ride his mount out. 
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of AS GOOD AS IT GETS reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  
It was reported after the race that LIEGE LORD (P. Trevor) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of AS GOOD AS IT GETS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g AS GOOD AS IT GETS. 
2nd Race:    140. The Noble Prince Plate Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. For Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Samar Singh to withdraw GAGAN STAR (Aqeed Waheed) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to inflammed fetlock joint.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary examination before accepting with it again. 
At the start RED ADMIRAL (Saddam Hussain) was slowly away.
Jockey M. Kumar, the rider of SUPER SALONI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out soon after jumping out of the starting gates and causing interference to MY LAW (Yash Narredu) on his outside. 
VIVA DIVA (S. Chetan Kalay) began awkwardly losing a few lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.  
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ARTIC BREEZE, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently and ran detached thereafter.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 
JEYEM'S PRIDE (J.H. Christopher) hung out between the 800 Metres till rounding the final bend. 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g COOL HAND. 
3rd Race:    141. The Manitou Trophy - (About) 2000 Metres.  Horses rated 40 to 65 (7 Runners)
FIRELIGHT (Yash Narredu) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track. 
Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of OBELINNA PRINCESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement) and he was also reprimanded for pulling up his horse too quickly after passing the winning post. 
Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan and Jockey A. Sandesh were questioned regarding the disappointing performance of ELITE MODEL. Jockey Sandesh stated that he had a good run throughout the race but when asked to improve in the straight the mare only plodded passing tiring horses.  He added that he felt ELITE MODEL was fitter when he won on her in Mumbai on 29-12-2013 over 1600 Metres.  Mr. Padmanabhan could offer no excuse. He said the mare had been working well and was of the opinion that she was fitter enough for today's race.  The Club's Veterinary Officer could find no abnormalities with ELITE MODEL. Surprise Sample was taken from ELITE MODEL for analysis.  Mr. Padmanabhan was informed that should he find something amiss with the mare to report this to the Stewards.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f OBELINNA PRINCESS. 
It was reported after the last race at 6:00 p.m that SALINA (P Trevor) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade III). Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary examination before accepting with it again. 




4th Race:    142. The Astronomic Plate Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. For Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners)
TIGER EYES (M. Kumar) which was fractious in the barriers began awkwardly shifting out.  Jockey M. Kumar was cautioned to be more careful in the future. 
DOFANTASY (Yash Narredu) began awkwardly resulting in Jockey Yash Narredu becoming unbalanced as a result it came in contact with the horses on his outside viz. REWARDING DESIRE (J.H.Christopher) and AMAZONAS (Neeraj Rawal).
REWARDING DESIRE (J.H. Christopher) was forced to race wide from the 900 Metres to after making the home turn. 
Jockey Yash Narredu was asked if he could explain the improved performance of DOFANTASY today as opposed to the geldings previous run in Race No. 88 run on 28-6-2014 when it finished 11 of 12 runners in a race of the same class and distance. Jockey Yash Narredu said that the pace was very fast in that race and although DOFANTASY began well he was not able to take a forward position and was plaited back in the field and the gelding gave nothing in the straight. Today she was able to sit closer to the leaders which DOFANTASY does appreciate. His explanations were noted.
DOFANTASY (Yash Narredu) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon. 
PEARL REWARD (Suraj Narredu) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g PEARL REWARD. 
5th Race :    143. The  Bangalore St. Leger (Grade II)- (About) 2800 Metres.  4 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2010) (3 Runners).  
Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following 1st , 2nd and 3rd placed races viz.

6th  Race:   144. The S M Ramakrishna Rao Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 4 years old and over  (10 Runners).
RAPHIRE (Vivek) and NEXT MOVE (Yash Narredu) were slow to move when the gates were released.
SOVEREIGN RULE (P. Trevor) laid 'in' in the straight. 
Near the 900 Metres VIOLENT STORM (Imran Chisty) steadied from the heels of FRENEMEE (M. Rajesh Kumar) 
JERSEY SHORE (Bhawani Singh) was blocked for a clear passage from 350 Metres until near 200 Metres.
ICE CUTTER (Suraj Narredu) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SOVEREIGN RULE. 
7th  Race:    145. The Pronto Pronto Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible (Terms) (10 Runners).
Jockey Vivek, the rider of COLOUROFTHEWINNERS, was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day. 
VINCITORE (Khurshad Alam) was slow to muster early speed.
It was observed that ASIAN STAR (Md. Shoiab) suddenly veered out in the final 100 Metres under the use of whip.  Trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 
Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of ENAMORATA, reported that his mount was running green in the straight.
Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of RAPID BOLT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race. 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f SUPER FORCE. 
8th Race:    146. The Noble Prince Plate Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. For Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)
MAGIC WAVE (G Y Rajesh Babu) was fractious in the barriers.
At the start GAME DANCER (Bhawani Singh) and CATCH THE EYE (Yash Narredu) brushed.
Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of SPANISH FLY was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). 
ACTIVE GREY (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m GAME DANCER.

117. The Nawab M. Arshad Ali Khan Memorial Cup-(About) 1400 Metres, for 3 year old Indian horses (Foaled in 2011).  
Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was fined Rs.1,000/- for the delayed  submission of the scratching form in  respect of his charge AZURITE in the above race. 
After due enquiry, Jockey A Sandesh the rider of BARACCHUS was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out near 900 Metres and coming in contact with HIDDEN DEAL (P. Kiran Rai) forcing that horse on to MADAME SULTANA (D.K. Ashish) and NATIVE FORCE (J.H.Christopher).
