RACING INCIDENTS

(Railing fixed at average width of 6.5 Metres from 1600 Metres to the winning post from its original position)
1st Race: 47. The Holding Court Plate – Div.II – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (7 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Dominic to withdraw ROYAL DEFENCE, on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
WHISPERING PINES (Deepak Singh) was extremely fractious, reared up and flipped over near the starting gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. LD’Silva was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Near the 1000 Metres KHALEESI (G. Adarsh) shifted in slightly causing SHAFT (S.K. Paswan) to ease. Jockey G. Adarsh was told to exercise greater care in future.
KHALEESI (G. Adarsh) which was inclined to hang outwards was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
AMAZING BLUE (A.R. Pradeep) sustained a cut injury on right fore coronet.
Trainer Mr. G. Aravind and Jockey A.R. Pradeep were questioned over the disappointing performance of AMAZING BLUE. Jockey Pradeep said that the filly was changing legs throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Arvind said the filly had been working well but has had a leg problem in the left knee.
It was reported after the race that AMAZING BLUE (A.R. Pradeep) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. G. Arvind was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g APPY’S PRIDE.
2nd Race: 48. The Glorious Colours Plate – Div.II – (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible)(11 Runners).
Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of MASSIVE DYNAMICS, reported that his mount was hanging out for the major part of the race as a result bumped THE DARK KNIGHT (S.G. Prasad) passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey S.G. Prasad, the rider of THE DARK KNIGHT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out under the use of whip and causing interference to PULL THE PIN (A. Imran Khan) on his outside approaching the 250 Metres.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f STRIKING VIEW.
3rd Race: 49. The Holding Court Plate – Div.I – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (9 Runners).
VIVA DIVA (G Sai Vamshi) was slowly away.
BLAZING FAITH (Bhawani Singh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand and Jockey Janardhan Paswan were questioned over the riding of Janardhan Paswan in the straight on EXPERT. Mr. Nityanand said he instructed the rider to lead or be in the forward position and ride out in the straight. Jockey Janardhan Paswan confirmed the instructions and said that his riding in the straight was the best he could do. Jockey Janardhan Paswan was told that he would be expected to ride with more vigour and when using the whip he needs to improve his style or a recommendation will be made to the Stewards that action be taken against him. EXPERT (Janardhan Paswan) was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.

4th Race: 50. The Speaker’s Cup – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (8 Runners).
AASHIKAARA (S.G. Prasad) was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.
RED RED ROSE (A. Imran Khan) was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.
AUMENTO (Neeraj Rawal) was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.

5th Race: 51. The Brig. R.C.R. Hill Memorial Trophy – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan to withdraw PRAZSKY on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to inflammed knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
YELLOWZONE (G Sai Vamshi) was slowly away.
At the start SOVIET UNION (Harish B) jumped in onto ADVOCATE GENERAL (Imran Chisty), THAT’S MY DARLING (Akshay Kumar) and VENCEDORA (Neeraj Rawal) all horses were inconvenienced.
At the 950 Metres and at the 850 Metres MARINE ONE (Keanen G Steyn) steadied from HEISENBERG (Surya P).
At 900 Metres PRIVATE PARADISE (T.S. Jodha) brushed HEISENBERG (Surya P) which eased losing ground then shifted out bumping hind quarters of ADVOCATE GENERAL (Imran Chisty).
Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of RICH REVIVAL, reported that he met with interference from HEISENBERG (Surya P) near the 300 Metres when HEISENBERG shifted in. Thereafter he was disappointed for a clear run. Jockey P Surya was shown the film and told to keep his mounts straighter.
RICH REVIVAL (A. Imran Khan) impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.
The saddle on HEISENBERG (P Surya) slipped backwards shortly after the start. After due examination, Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
ADVOCATE GENERAL (Imran Chisty) sustained bleeding cut injury on right gaskin.
SOVIET UNION (Harsih B) sustained gum injury.
PRIVATE PARADISE (T.S. Jodha) sustained bruises on muzzle and right upper lip.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MADAME SULTANA.
6th Race: 52. The Malakpet Plate – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners).
HOLY EMPIRE (Ryan Marshall) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. G. Sandhu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey Harish B, the rider of COOL SPRINGS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and tightening ATTRACTIVE BAY (Ashok Kumar A) which in turn shifted in causing ATLANTIC CITY (Syed Asgar) on its inside to be eased near the 650 Metres.
REAL GENEROUS (T.S. Jodha) which was fractious in the gates ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. S Britto was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
ATLANTIC CITY (Syed Asgar) was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sharp molars on both upper and lower jaw. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).
It was reported after the last race at 6:10 p.m that DOOLIN (Vinod Shinde) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy – Grade III). Trainer Mr. R R Byramji was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from b f COOL SPRINGS.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SOUTHERN FANTASY.
7th Race: 53. The Glorious Colours Plate – Div.I – (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible)(11 Runners).
At the start CHURCHILL (Janardhan Paswan) which was fractious in the gates veered outwards inconveniencing FOTOGENIC (V R Jagadeesh), PULL THE PLUG (T S Jodha), OMBER GLAZE (A R Pradeep) and JANEIRO (Suraj Narredu).
Near the 900 Metres CHURCHILL (Janardhan Paswan) which was hanging out clipped the heels of JANEIRO (Suraj Narredu) stumbled dislodging Janardhan Paswan giving him a harmless fall.
FOTOGENIC (V R Jagadeesh) hung ‘in’ in the straight placing Jockey V R Jagadeesh at a disadvantage in riding his mount out.
