RACING INCIDENTS

Going: Good   

                 

Penetrometer Reading: 4.7 Cms and was 5.0 Cms. after the race.

 

(Railing position: Railing fixed at average width of 5.5 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres, 8.5 Metres from 1000 Metres to 400 Metres and 5.5 Metres from 400 Metres to the winning post from its original position).

 

It rained heavily before the start of the race.

 

1st Race:     168. The Noble Prince Plate Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20  to 45, 5 years old and over  (10 Runners).

 

MOTIVATION (Prashant P Dhebe) and VIVA DIVA (Chetan Kalay S) were slowly away.

 

Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of THEJAGUAR, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing interference to MIDTOWN DELIGHT (G. Adarsh) on his inside which had to be checked along the rails thereby bumping PRESIDENTS RULE (A. Ramu) and MOTIVATION (Prashant P.Dhebe) before passing the red marker post.

 

It was reported after the race that MOTIVATION (Prashant P. Dhebe) burst its blood vessels.  Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

It was reported after the race that VIVA DIVA (Chetan Kalay S) pulled up lame on left fore.  Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m RAKSHITHA.

 

2nd Race:     169. The Kranji Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00  to 25 (11 Runners).

 

EUCALYPTUS (Bhawani Singh) was slowly away.

 

LUCKY THIRTEEN (M. Rajesh Kumar) took a fly jump and lost many lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

 

Jockey Bhawani Singh, the rider of EUCALYPTUS, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

 

Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge NOBLE PRINCESS. The trainer stated that (a) in Race No.101 of the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2015 when ridden by Jockey D’nu Singh Deora it was a race where Jockeys were not allowed to carry whip; (b) in Race No.133 when ridden by Jockey Sunil Samson who is not entitled to carry a whip in the race as he is a Jockey claiming 4 Kgs. allowance; (c) in this race he had used Jockey claiming 1 Kg. allowance but carrying a whip; (d) may be the whip made the difference; and (e) the going was soft and it might have suited his charge. His explanations were noted for future reference.   

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m NOBLE PRINCESS.  

 

3rd Race:     170. The Noble Prince Plate Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20  to 45, 5 years old and over  (10 Runners).

 

AMIGOS (A. Imran Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on his outside viz. I SMILE (Arshad Alam), CARDUCCI (Nazerul Alam) and ANFIELD (Bhawani Singh) on his outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

 

AMIGOS (A. Imran Khan) had to be steadied of the heels of BETTER THAN EVER (A. Ramu) passing the 700 Metres.

 

ACE MESMERISE (D’nu Singh Deora) sustained cut injury on right fore bulb of heel.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m BLUES LEGEND.  

 

4th Race:     171. The Pronto Pronto Trophy - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not  placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (9 Runners).

 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw GALENO on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to inflammed pastern joint.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

IGNITION (Irvan Singh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DOWNTON ABBEY (Suraj Narredu) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

 

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of FERAK DIL, had to ease off the heels of RARE AND BOLD (V.R. Jagadeesh) approaching the 700 Metres.

 

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of FERAK DIL, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control under the use of whip thereby allowing his mount to drift out in the final 300 Metres of the race.

 

Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ASPASIA, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control under the use of whip thereby allowing his mount to drift out in the final 200 Metres of the race.

5th Race:     172. The Parsiana Plate (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45  (12 Runners).

 

MOHER (A. Ramu) planted and lost many lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. R.V.Manohar  was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one

 

Mock Race on a race day on the race track. INDIAN BRAHMOS (D’nu Singh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla  was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

 

Jockey Ranjeet Singh, the rider of THE DARK KNIGHT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MASSIVE DYNAMICS (S. Shiva Kumar) which in passed it on to LOVE IS LIFE (A. Ashhad Asbar) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

 

Jockey Ranjeet Singh, the rider of THE DARK KNIGHT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to FESTIVE CHEER (D.K. Ashish) on his outside passing the 1400 Metres. 

 

Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of JANEIRO, was fined Rs.3,000/- for cutting across the field on the rails passing the 1300 Metres. SILKEN WATER (Ryan Marshall) which was travelling behind also had to be checked by the rider.

 

Jockey S. Shivakumar, the rider of MASSIVE DYNAMICS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

 

MASSIVE DYNAMICS (S. Shiva Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

 

HELLO BOSS (D. Patel) sustained cut injury on right hind cannon.

 

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SILKEN WATER, was reported to the Stewards for Contravention of Rule No.166(a) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that he used the whip excessively and extravagantly during the race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and examined Jockey Ryan Marshall. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to (a) suspend Jockey Ryan Marshall from riding in races on 30th July 2015; and (b) fine him a sum of Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip (1st infringement) on his mount SILKEN WATER in the above race (permitted to ride work).

 

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of MOHER, was reported to the Stewards for Contravention of Rule No.166(a) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that he used the whip excessively and extravagantly during the race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and examined Jockey A. Ramu. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to (a) suspend Jockey A. Ramu from riding in races on 30th July 2015; and (b) fine him a sum of Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip (1st infringement) on his mount MOHER in the above race (permitted to ride work).

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g LOVE IS LIFE.

 

6th Race:     173. The Bangalore St. Leger (Grade II) - (About) 2800 Metres. 4 year old Indian Horses (Terms)  (5 Runners).

 

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II & III placed horses viz:

7th Race:     174. The S.M. Ramakrishna Rao Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 4 years old and over  (12 Runners).

 

HAVELOCK PRINCE (P.S. Chouhan) sustained cut injury on right hock.

 

JACKIE OH (Ahsan Qureshi) sustained cut injury on right hind cannon.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MICKEY MOUSE.   

 

8th Race:     175. The Manitou Trophy - (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 40  to 65  (7 Runners).

 

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw LIVING LEGEND on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind due to inflammed hoof.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of JIGSAW, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

 

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of NATIVE FORCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

 

ANAROSA (S. Zervan) was impounded for veterinary examination. It was reported after the last race at 6.00 p.m. on endoscopy it was found to have burst its blood vessels (grade II). Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

SMOKING BELL (Suraj Narredu) was impounded for veterinary examination. It was reported after the last race at 6.25 p.m. on endoscopy it was found to have burst its blood vessels (grade III). Trainer Mr. |Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c JIGSAW.  

 

9th Race:     176. The Manjri Stud Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40  to 65, 4 years old and over  (12 Runners).

 

Jockey Jay Kumar replaced the indisposed Jockey Manesh K on ICE CUTTER.

 

Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge MIRACLES OF LIFE (1st offence).

 

AYRTON (Antony Raj S)  planted and lost many lengths  at the start.  Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

 

 

ACE ANGELFIRE (Bhawani Singh) planted and lost many lengths  at the start.  Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

 

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SUN GLOW, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m SUN GLOW.
