(a) His charge was eliminated in the acceptance stage on 19th July 2015 and was running after a gap of 15 days;
(b) The penetrometer reading in Race No.146 was 4.6 Cms. and the horse was drawn 9 which made his charge cover extra ground in a big field;
(c) In this Race his charge was running in a lower division with much weaker set and also was drawn 4 which was to the advantage of the horse as such the Jockey took a box seat position and after entering the straight he got the rails run and he rode out and won;
(d) The penetrometer reading was 3.4 Cms. in this race and he felt that his horse had run in a similar way and had not shown any improvement as compared to its previous run; and
(e) These factors may have helped the horse win the race.
While noting his explanations he was severely cautioned as to the future running of his charges.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of TRUST ME BOY, trained by Mr. F. Sirajuddin and ridden by Jockey P. Mani.
