RACING INCIDENTS

(Railing position: Railing fixed at average width of 4 Metres from 1600 Metres to the winning post from its original position)
1st Race: 25. The Amazing Grace Plate –(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).
Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of ASSERTIVE PRINCE, reported that his mount was very keen from 1100 Metres till about rounding the final bend as such he had to travel wide.
It was reported after the race that ASSERTIVE PRINCE burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
It was reported after the race that NAGARJUNA (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels (endoscopy grade IV – 4.10 p.m. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g NAGARJUNA.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g RED ADMIRAL.
2nd Race: 26. The Ministerial Trophy – Div.II – (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (10 Runners).
HAPPY DANCING (S. Mallikarjun) was extremely fractious, refused to remain in the stalls, came out of the front gate, injured the rider and ran riderless. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
TARINI (N. Rawal) jumped awkwardly inwards and the rider was momentarily unbalanced thereby he lost his whip.
SANG ROYAL (A. Sandesh) stumbled soon after the start.
SEVILLE (Mukesh Kumar K) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SANG ROYAL.
3rd Race: 27. The Dharmaprakasha L.S. Venkaji Rao Memorial Cup – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 45 to 65, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).
Jockey Neeraj Rawal replaced the indisposed rider P. Trevor on SHE’S STUNNING.
Jockey P. Sai Kumar, the rider of RICH REVIVAL, reported that his mount jumped awkwardly inwards whereby he was momentarily unbalanced and his mount was very keen thereafter, as such he had to travel wide till about 700 Metres.
MISS ADLER (IndraJeet Singh) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced SHE’S STUNNING (Neeraj Rawal) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey S. John, the rider of ALEXANDRITE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SPIRIT AND TRUTH (A. Sandesh) passing the 1300 Metres.
SPIRIT AND TRUTH (A. Sandesh) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f PEARL SECRET.
4th Race: 28. The Karnataka Juvenile Million (Grade II) – (About) 1400 Metres. 3 year old horses (foaled in 2013) (Terms) (13 Runners).
Jockey Hindu Singh replaced the indisposed rider P. Trevor on SUMMERHILL.
Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of SUMMERHILL, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. JUSTICE ANGEL (T.S. Jodha), SPORTING PLEASURE (Mukesh Kumar K) and BOLD MARCH (David Breux) approaching the 1000 Metres.
Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II, III placed horses viz:

5th Race: 29. The Ministerial Trophy – Div.I – (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (10 Runners).
Jockey Neeraj Rawal replaced the indisposed rider P. Trevor on AFRICAN EMPEROR.
Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge PAPADOKIA (T.S. Jodha) (1st infringement).
AFRICAN EMPEROR (Neeraj Rawal) was extremely fractious, charged and damaged the front gate while loading, came out of the front gate and ran riderless. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
HARLEY QUINN (Rajesh Kumar M) had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the front runner RUNNING HAND (S. Zervan) passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of HARLEY QUINN, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ERSTKLASSIG, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

6th Race: 30. The Poonawalla Stud Plate – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 30 to 50 (8 Runners).
Jockey S. John replaced the indisposed rider P. Trevor on AIKA AIKA AIKA.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of PALISADES PARK, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing RACING FIRE (T.S. Jodha) rounding the final bend.
Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of RACING FIRE, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing EMIDIO (Arshad Alam) on his inside in the final 100 Metres of the race.
ARABELLE (Neeraj Rawal) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f AIKA AIKA AIKA.
7th Race: 31. The Romantic Dancer Plate – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 15 to 35 (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Britto to withdraw BROWN PANTHER on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f KAPALUA.
