Going: Good Penetrometer Reading: 4.1 cms. Railing fixed at average width of 4 Metres from 1600 Metres to the winning post from its original position. 1st Race: 214. The Udhagamandalam Stakes Div II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 Years old and over (Whips not allowed) (10 Runners). Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji to withdraw CRIQUETTE (Vinod Shinde) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left hind due to sprained suspensory ligament. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CROZIET. 2nd Race: 215. The Angel Dust Trophy Div II– (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run atleast thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (11 Runners). Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Sharat Kumar to withdraw KUDLA PUNCH on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained suspensory ligament. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of FILMSCRIPT was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SIYOUNI (Kiran Naidu) approaching 250 Metres. Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of GYPSY reported that his mount was travelling on the wrong foot throughout the race. GOOD MESSAGE (A.Ramu) ran detached from the field .The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed to ensure better performance of the horse in future. Jockey Kiran Naidu, the rider of SIYOUNI, was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of whip during the race (1st infringement). VISION OF THE SKY (T.S.Jodha) sustained multiple cut injuries on right hind cannon. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g GYPSY. 3rd Race: 216. The Udhagamandalam Stakes Div I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 Years old and over (Whips not allowed) (9 Runners). Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi (Master Trainer for Jockey Shamaz Shareef) was fined Rs.5000/- for failing to inform his apprentice Jockey Shamaz Shareef that he had given his consent to Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan to declare Jockey Shamaz Shareef to ride POWER AND STRENGTH in the above race. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan deputizing for Mr. Faraz Arshad to declare Jockey Raghu.K to ride POWER AND STRENGTH in place of the declared rider. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan to declare Jockey Rayan Ahmed to ride GALENO in the above race. DANCING PRINCESS (P. S. Chouhan) was examined by the club’s veterinary officer at the starting gate and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Raghu.K, the rider of POWER AND STRENGTH was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing FLYING BULLET (Prashanth T.M) approaching 1100 Metres. Jockey Prashanth T.M, the rider of FLYING BULLET was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out CHURCHILL (Kiran Rai P) passing 550 Metres. Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of VEDA was severely reprimanded for indifferent handling on his mount. THE DARK KNIGHT (R.Praveen Shinde) sustained cut injury on right fore pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FLYING BULLET. 4th Race: 217. The Noble Princess Stakes - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 30 to 50 (12 Runners). Jockey Raghu K, the rider of HELLO BOSS was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing GLITTERING AFFAIR (Sahanawaz) soon after the start. ALL THATS NICE (Neeraj Rawal) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced WREKIN (Rajesh Kumar M) at the start. DUKE OF CLARENCE (S John) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. S.S.Attaollahi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that HELLO BOSS (Raghu. K) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained pastern. On subsequent examination it was found that there was complete luxation of pastern joint. Hence the gelding was euthanized on humanitarian grounds. Surprise Sample taken for analysis from ch c DUKE OF CLARENCE. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g EMIDIO. 5th Race: 218. The Winner’s Circle Trophy Div I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (8 Runners). Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sandhu G to withdraw UNGOOGLEABLE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed that despite the best efforts of Jockey Raghu K on his mount ETHOPHIAN it was inclined to hang in thereby inconveniencing ACE BADRAAN (Ahsan Qureshi) on his inside which in turn passed it on to NEW EMPEROR (Rajesh Kumar M) along the rails passing the 1000 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it had pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey P.S.Chouhan, the rider of TOPSPOT, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 300 Meters. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f LIGHT OF MAGIC. 6th Race: 219. The Mamma’s Mink Stakes - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 45 to 65 (8 Runners). Jockey T.S.Jodha, the rider of I’VE GOT CLOUT reported that his mount stumbled soon after jumping out of the starting gate. SAPTAJIT (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained cut injury on right hind cannon. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c PALLAS. 7th Race: 220. The Angel Dust Trophy Div I - (About) 1200 Metres Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run atleast thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (Terms) (10 Runners). NIJLON (B. Nayak) was examined by the club’s veterinary officer at the starting gate and was found to be trotting lame. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr.S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Kiran Naidu, the rider of ROYAL SERENITY was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing CARINOSA (S. John) approaching 700 Metres. Jockey P.S.Chouhan, the rider of DAISY DUKE was severely reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing REFERENCE (Y.S.Srinath) which in turn causes interference to BIRCHWOOD (A.Ramu) soon after jumping out. BIRCHWOOD (A. Ramu) was observed to have run detached from the field till about the last 200 Metres. Jockey A. Ramu was questioned as to the riding of his horse where the Jockey made no efforts to improve his position. The Jockey stated that horse was not responding till the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormalities was reported. The Jockey was however severely cautioned to ride out and obtain a good position in the race. It was reported after the race that DAISY DUKE (P.S.Chouhan) had apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race. DAISY DUKE (P.S.Chouhan) sustained cut injury on right hind fetlock. ROMANTIC HELEN (Arshad Alam) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FIRE GLOW. 8th Race: 221. The Winner’s Circle Trophy Div II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (9 Runners). MADAME SULTANA (Y.S. Srinath) was observed to be in distress during the race and stopped galloping at about 1000 Metres. It was reported after the race by the Club’s Verterinary Officer that the horse suffered from a momentary stifle lock and subsequent examination revealed cut injuries on left gaskin, right hock and right hind fetlock. Further, the horse was examined and was found to be trotting sound. However considering the manner in which the horse had stopped galloping. Trainer Mr. R.R.Byramji was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that VIRAT (Rajesh Kumar M) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowada V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that TAQDEER KA BADSHAH (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy – Grade II at 6.15 pm). Trainer Mr. Nityanand G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise Sample taken for analysis ch g TAQDEER KA BADSHAH.
