RACING INCIDENTS

Going: Good

Penetrometer Reading: 3.5 Cms

False Rails: Railing fixed at average width of 2 Meters from 1600 Meters to winning post from its original position.

1^st Race: 87. The Sweet Memories Plate - (About) 1600 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over (6 Runners).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f CAMPARI GIRL.

2^nd Race: 88. The Ramkirpal Plate - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over (13 Runners).

Jockey S.K. Paswan replaced the indisposed M. Kumar on REPSOL.

MY VALENTINE (J. Chinoy) was extremely fractious inside the gates, reared up and sat down for considerable period of time, thereby injured the Jockey. On examination, by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained contusion on right shoulder. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Chetan Kalay S., the rider of RED ADMIRAL was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing severe interference to SHIVALIK BOY (M. Noornabi) on his inside passing the 800 Meters.

An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of REGAL MUSIC (D’nusingh Deora), trained by Prithviraj. B in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.56 The Guindy Plate Div - I, about 1400 Meters, Horses rated 00 to 20 run on 10th June 2017.

MYSTICAL SHADOW (Kiran Rai P) sustained superficial gum injury.

SHIVALIK BOY (M. Noornabi) sustained punctured wound on left fore cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g REGAL MUSIC.

3^rd Race: 89. The D. M. Shivaswamy Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 45 to 65 (14 Runners).

It was observed that ANANTARA (Rayan Ahmed R.) accidently stumbled approaching 600 Meters, thereby momentarily unbalancing the rider.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of MULTI APP was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly changing course and causing interference to TOP STRIKER (K. Mukesh Kumar) between the 300 Meters to 200 Meters, thereby AVARUA (Shailesh Shinde) which was travelling directly behind also had to be checked by its rider to avoid colliding with the front runner.

An enquiry was held into the relatively improved performance of LADY IN LACE ( M. Ayyar), trained by Rajesh Narredu in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.57, The D. Kumar Siddanna Memorial Cup, about 1200 Meters, Horses rated 45 to 65 run on 10th June 2017. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the races in question and considering the submissions made by the trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu he was fined Rs.10,000/- for the relatively improved performance of LADY IN LACE as compared to its previous run.

SECRET DIMENSION (Chetan Kalay S.) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sustained superficial injury on right hind tendon.

RACING FIRE (A. Sandesh) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f LADY IN LACE.

4^th Race: 90. The Chief Justice's Cup(Grade III) - (About) 1800 meters. 4 years old and over (11 Runners).

ZEPHIR (Akshay) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of SUPREME GENERAL had to steady his mount approaching 1300 Meters, whereby he shifted out and inconvenienced CAPTAIN MORGAN (P. Trevor) on his outside.

Compulsory samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:

5^th Race: 91. The A. M. C. Gowda Memorial Trophy - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 4 years old and over (14 Runners).

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of ARK ROYAL was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing COURTSHIP (D'nuSingh Deora) on his outside passing the 1300 Meters.

MASADA (Mohd Asif Khan) accidentally brushed the railings passing the 1000 Meters.

NOBLE SAPPHIRE (Rayan Ahmed R.) accidentally brushed the railings passing the 1000 Meters.

It was observed that TIMES TIME (V.R.Jagadeesh) was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Neil Darshah was informed that he must take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of BUSCADERO was fined Rs.3,000/- for improper use of whip on his mount during the race.

Jockey S. John, the rider of ALAINA was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to ARECA CRUISE (S.A. Amit) on his outside passing the 200 Meters.

ARECA CRUISE (S.A. Amit) sustained superficial gum injury.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f ARK ROYAL.

6^th Race: 92. The Paddiwick Plate - (About) 1600 meters. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (8 Runners).

AFRIKANER (P. Trevor) took a fly jump at the start.

It was observed that SOMERSET (A. Sandesh) which was galloping fiercely between the 1400 Meters and 1200 Meters had to be checked and steadied by its rider, to avoid striking the front runner.

It was reported after the race that TAKE FIVE (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – III) at 6.10 p.m. Trainer Mr. M. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b c ANGEL POWER.

7^th Race: 93. The Aboline Plate - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35 (12 Runners).

Jockey S. Mallikarjun replaced the indisposed M. Kumar on PERFECT QUEEN.

BLACK SWAN (D’nusingh Deora) got injured while being saddled at the saddling enclosure. Under the circumstances permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Magan Singh was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

KRISTINE (Adarsh. G) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates, whereby, the rider was injured. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter order.

Jockey Kiran Rai. P, the rider of PRINCESS HOLLY was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inept handling of his mount, whereby he allowed his mount to shift out rounding the final bend and again for allowing his mount to shift in with the use of whip during the closing stages of race.

Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe, the rider of SHIVALIK CROWN reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
