False Rails: Railing fixed at average width of 4.5 Meters from 1600 Meters to winning post from its original position.
1st Race: 152. The Snow Dew Plate - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20 (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw ABOVE AND BEYOND (Rayan Ahmed R.) as it had reared up and sustained injury on right hock and right fetlock in the saddling enclosure. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
CALICO STAR (T. S. Jodha) bolted on the way to the starting gates and completed one round of the course anticlockwise. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.
KAROD PATI (Ryan Marshall) after jumping out, stumbled, dislodged its rider and ran riderless thereafter.
Jockey Raghu K, the rider of ATTRACTIVE BAY was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position till rounding the final bend as instructed by the trainer. He was further cautioned in the presence of the trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. that he must make every effort to improve his riding, failing which he will be reported to the Stewards for further action.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m DEEPALIKA.
2nd Race: 153. The Manitou Trophy - (About) 1100 meters. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (12 Runners).
SMILE OF COURAGE (T. S. Jodha) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SHINING STAR (Sunil Samson) at the start.
TEVODA (Mudassar Nazar) after jumping out shifted out and inconvenienced SMILE OF COURAGE (T. S. Jodha).
MISS REVOLUTION (Rayan Ahmed R.) after jumping out from the starting gates stopped galloping passing the 1000 Meters. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.
Jockey Sunil Samson, the rider of SHINING STAR reported that his mount did not show early speed and ran detached thereafter. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
It was observed that STAR GLOW (Adarsh G.) was inclined to run out from 900 Meters till about 500 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of SMILE OF COURAGE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the final 300 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f HEROINE.
3rd Race: 154. The Poll Ramachandra Rao Memorial Silver Trophy - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over (15 Runners).
Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of YELLOWZONE was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and taking out AMAZING DESIRE (Rayan Ahmed R.) on his outside rounding the final bend.
Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of LEON was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out MAJESTIC STYLE (Ashok Kumar A.) on his outside passing the 300 Meters.
Jockey Ashok Kumar A., the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing AMAZING DESIRE (Rayan Ahmed R.) on his outside passing the 250 Meters.
Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of YELLOWZONE was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
It was reported after the race that FANTASY QUEEN (Adarsh. G) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – IV). Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NATIVE ELEMENTS.
4th Race: 155. The Bangalore St. Leger(Grade II) - (About) 2800 meters. Indian Horses 4 Years old and over (Foaled in 2013 or before) (4 Runners).
Compulsory samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:

5th Race: 156. The S. M. Ramakrishna Rao Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 45 to 65, 5 years old and over (Whips not allowed) (15 Runners).
BONFIRE (Prashant P. Dhebe) jumped awkwardly outwards.
SILVER LEGEND (S. John) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced FORCE ENSIGN (P. Trevor) soon after the start.
Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of MYSTIC MUSIC reported that due to kick back a lump of earth hit his face passing the 700 Meters, as such he was bleeding therefore he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter.
SHIVALIK FIRE (S. Selvaraj) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
It was observed that SECRET DIMENSION (Rajesh Kumar .M) could not get a clear run passing the 150 Meters due to closely packed field.
SILVER LEGEND (S. John) sustained superficial injury on right hind fetlock.
TOPAZ (Nazerul Alam) sustained superficial gum injury.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MAGICAL DANCER.
6th Race: 157. The Noble Prince Plate - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 5 years old and over (13 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas to withdraw COOL SPRINGS (A.R. Pradeep) on veterinary grounds as it was found have sustained injury on right fore cannon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of DIAMOND GREEN was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to INDIAN BRAHMOS (Y. S. Srinath) on his outside passing the 1100 Meters.
Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of SHARONLEON was reprimanded for shifting out and bumping DIAMOND GREEN (Rayan Ahmed R.) on his outside passing the 700 Meters.
Jockey Vishwanath .A, the rider of ROCK N ROLLA reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of HUMMING BIRD reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, as the horse was non co-operative for examination of the mouth as such no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
It was reported after the race that HIGH HAWK (Prashant P. Dhebe) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of AMALFI COAST was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b m AMALFI COAST.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g I SMILE.
7th Race: 158. The Pune Plate - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20, 5 years old and over (15 Runners).
Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge WINTER BLOOM (Darshan R.N) (1st infringement).
SECRET PRAYER (R. Anand) jumped out awkwardly from the starting gates.
Jockey Kiran Rai. P, the rider of HELIOS was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out to EL MATADOR (S. Imran) on his outside passing the 1000 Meters.
Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of APPY'S GLAMOUR reported that he did not get a clear run between the 400 Meters to 350 Meters.
Jockey Rajesh Kumar. M, the rider of RED ADMIRAL was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing EL MATADOR (S. Imran) on his inside passing the 250 Meters.
Jockey Akshay, the rider of RAMON was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to EL MATADOR (S. Imran) on his inside passing the 100 Meters.
WINTER BLOOM (Darshan R.N) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

SECOND DAY, SUNDAY, 14TH MAY 2017
11. The Quasar Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20.
An enquiry was held on 19th July, 2017 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race in respect of Jockey A. Ashad Asbar pertaining to his riding on his mount HIGH ADMIRAL, in that he failed to infuse adequate vigor in riding out his mount in the straight.
Jockey A. Ashad Asbar was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards, after considering the submissions made by Jockey A. Ashad Asbar and Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan, and after viewing the CCTV replay of the race decided to charge Jockey A. Ashad Asbar for Unsatisfactory Riding, Rule No. 161 (ii) and Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan for contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing.
The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey A. Ashad Asbar with effect from 29th July 2017 upto 4th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Unsatisfactory Riding Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount HIGH ADMIRAL (he is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal). Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was fined Rs.20,000/- for contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing and he was informed of his right to appeal.

SEVENTH DAY, SATURDAY, 10TH JUNE 2017
56. The Guindy Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over .
An enquiry was held on 19th July, 2017 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race in respect of the relatively improved performance of REGAL MUSIC (D. S. Deora), trained by Mr. B. Prithviraj as compared to its previous run in Race No. 56, i.e The Guindy Plate – Div I – (About) 1400 Metres, Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over run on 10th June,2017. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the races in question and considering the submissions made by the trainer. Mr. B Prithviraj he was fined a sum of Rs.20,000/- for the relatively inconsistent performance of his charge REGAL MUSIC as compared to its previous run and he was informed of his right to appeal.

THIRTEENTH DAY, SATURDAY, 1ST JULY 2017
104. The Juvenile Sprinters' Million (Grade III) - (About) 1200 meters. 3-year-old Horses (Foaled in 2014).
An enquiry was held on 22nd July, 2017 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Suraj Narredu on his mount ANACAPRI in that he shifted in and caused interference to STREAK AHEAD (P. Trevor) on his inside, which went onto horses on its inside viz; LA ROMANCE (D'nuSingh Deora), KVASIR (A.Ramu) and MAJESTICAL (Akshay Kumar), as such MAJESTICAL (Akshay Kumar) collided with the railings, passing the 1100 Meters.
Jockey Suraj Narredu was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Suraj Narredu and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Suraj Narredu for careless riding.
The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey Suraj Narredu with effect from 5th August, 2017 upto 11th August, 2017 and was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount ANACAPRI (he is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal).
