1st Race: 190. The Leading Tipster Cup - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 00 to 20 (11 Runners).
KUDLA PUNCH (Ramesh Kumar N) jumped out awkwardly.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g BEYOND REACH.
2nd Race: 191. The Totalizator Cup - (About) 1600 meters. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (Horses who have run at least thrice but not placed second, third or fourth even once ineligible) (6 Runners).
Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of MAJURO reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of AUTOMATIC was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and bumping STANDOUT (S. John) on his outside passing the 350 Meters.
STRIKING GREY (Arshad Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

3rd Race: 192. The Leading Owner Cup - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur to withdraw ADRIPHOS (A. Vishwanth) from the above race.
Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of SHINING MAGIC was fined Rs.2,000/- for not adhering to pre race parading formalities and for directly going to the starting gates without prior permission.
An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of MANTA RAY trained by Mr. Warren Singh and ridden by Jockey Nazerul Alam in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.167 i.e., The Nanoli Stud Plate, (About)- 1200 Meters, Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over run on Sunday, 30th July 2017.
Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE was fined Rs.2,000/- for persistently using the whip on the right thereby shifting out and taking out MANTA RAY (Nazerul Alam) on his outside approaching 100 Meters.
It was reported after the race that ROYAL REIN (D'nuSingh Deora) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
It was reported after the race that SHINING MAGIC (Afsar Khan) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – IV at 6.35 p.m.). Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
I'VE GOT CLOUT (S. John) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

4th Race: 193. The Governor's Cup(Grade III) - (About) 2400 meters. 4 years old and over (6 Runners).
JERSEY WONDER (D'nuSingh Deora) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.
MAGISTERO (A. Sandesh) jumped awkwardly inwards and ICE GLACIER (Y. S. Srinath) jumped awkwardly outwards, as such SALAZAAR (S. John) got squeezed in between soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
STAR NIJINSKY (Prashant P.Dhebe) accidentally stumbled soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
MATHAIYUS (Neeraj Rawal) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

5th Race: 194. The Leading Stud Cup - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 45 to 65, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
SYDNEY HARBOUR (PrashantP.Dhebe) accidentally stumbled soon after the start.
REGAL MUSIC (D'nuSingh Deora) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TAQDEER KA BADSHAH (Nazerul Alam) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of MARIKO was reprimanded for shifting in and bumping SALADIN (V.R.Jagadeesh) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of LORD DARLINGTON was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to REGAL MUSIC (D'nuSingh Deora) on his inside passing the 500 Meters.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g SALADIN.
6th Race: 195. The Champion Jockey Cup - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
STAR LINE (A. Sandesh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aravind G. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of ARZIKI was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing FIRST STEP (Ahsan Qureshi) on his outside passing the 1200 Meters.
DEL FERRO (S.K.Paswan) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Sandhu G. was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of NAGARJUNA was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing HAPPY DANCING (Jan'dhan Paswan) on his inside passing the 400 Meters.
Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of BOYSTEROUS was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide after rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
STAR LINE (A. Sandesh) sustained superficial injury on left hind pastern.
FIND (S. John) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g HAPPY DANCING.
7th Race: 196. The Champion Trainer Cup - (About) 1200 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35 (11 Runners).
FINE BARRISTOR (R. Manjunath) was examined at the starting gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer was found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starter’s order. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
ROCK N ROLLA (P. Mani) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced REGAL REALM (A. Sandesh) on its outside soon after the start.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SUDHA, Trained by Pradeep Annaiah and ridden by Jockey A.R. Pradeep) in the above race.

150. The Astronomic Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400 meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over.
An enquiry was held on 26th July 2017, by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race in respect of Jockey Sunil Samson pertaining to his riding on his mount CALICO KING in that he did not follow the trainer’s instructions to ride from 4/5th position and even after entering into the straight he did not ride out his mount vigorously.
Jockey Sunil Samson was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards, after considering the submissions made by Jockey Sunil Samson and Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan and after viewing the CCTV replay of the race decided to charge Jockey Sunil Samson for Indifferent Riding and Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan for contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing.
The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey Sunil Samson with effect from 7th August 2017 upto 11th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Indifferent Riding Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount CALICO KING (he is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal). Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.10,000/- for contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing and he was informed of his right to appeal.
