LE MARC (Arshad Alam) after jumping out swerved towards left and lost many lengths at the start. Trainer was informed Mock Race.
Jockey Neeraj Rawal replaced the indisposed Jockey Y.S. Srinath on TOUCH YOUR DESTINY and the horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have clipped injury on right hock.
Trainer and Jockey were questioned regarding the running and riding and non-use of whip on GIN DAISY. The Trainer stated that the horse was heavy and had a tendon problem as such he could not work his ward much on the track. He added that the non-availability of the swimming pool made the difference in training the horse. However, trainer Mr. Prithviraj.B was informed that if there is any change in instructions specifically with the use of whip he has to inform the Stipendiary Stewards in advance. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have clipped injury on left hind outer bulb.

ANEMOS (Neeraj Rawal) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconveniencing INDIAN BRAHMOS at the start.
Jockey Ahsan Qureshi (WONDERLUST) was reprimanded for shifting ''in'' and inconveniencing PERFECT HORIZON before passing the red marker post.
GAME AGAIN (Nazerul Alam) planted, lost many lengths and ran detached thereafter. Trainer was informed Mock Race and also it was found to have sustained clipped injury on right hind inside hock.
Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh (ALL SAID AND DONE) was injured in the starting gates as PERFECT HORIZON which was fractious, reared up and struck Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter''s order.
It was observed that the clip of the left fore shoe on GUMPTION (Darshan R.N) had broken before coming to the saddling enclosure as there was no sufficient time to change the shoes. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race.

Sandesh not to pressurize the horse, as it was running from 2400 Metres to 1400 Metres and he observed that the Jockey pressurized the horse to keep up with the pace thereby, the horse packed up in the end. The Jockey corroborated the statement of the trainer. Their explanations were noted for future reference. The horse was impound for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
