It was observed that DARAHASINI (S. John)  accidentally struck the front runner SMILE OF COURAGE (Naveen M.) passing the 1100 Metres, thereafter SMILE OF COURAGE ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up lame on right hind due to deep severe bleeding injury on back of mid third cannon. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

Jockey Mohd Asif Khan (MAJESTIC RAJKUMARI) was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement) and also Jockey was fined Rs.2,000/- for the improper use of whip on his mount during the race.

Jockey A.Imran Khan (DEBONAIR) was reprimanded for dropping hands in the final 75 Metres of the race.

ASTRON on veterinary grounds as it was found to have burst its blood vessels (during Morning track work). Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

HAFNIUM (Arshad Alam) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Nazerul Alam (QUEEN ISABELLA) reported that his mount was hanging out badly after entering the straight despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.
