Trainer was informed one Mock Race and also Jockey reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 500 Metres and the horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

Jockey Amyn Merchant (VARSHA) reported that his mount was shying away and changing legs in the final 200 Metres and the horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Trainer was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).
