Therefore, TURKOMAN was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have sustained bit injury on right buccal commissure.

BRAVE MAJESTY (Bhawani Singh) drifted out under pressure in the final 200 Metres and the horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
An enquiry was held on 5th June, 2023 by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of SUPER SAPPHIRE in the above race. In that he shifted 'in' sharply and caused severe interference to BLEUE DALI (A.A. Vikrant), which in turn passed it onto MISS MAYA (Abhay Singh) on his inside approaching 900 Metres.Jockey M. Prabhakaran was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey M. Prabhakaran and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey M. Prabhakaran for Careless Riding.The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to M. Prabhakaran on 17th June, 2023 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount SUPER SAPPHIRE (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Trainer Mr. James Mckeown and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding running and riding of TREVALIUS in the above race.
The Trainer stated:
This horse runs well over long distance race’s;
In this particular race the pace was too fast wherein his charge could not accelerate during the early part rounding the final bend, the horse responded to the Jockey urgings and thereafter it finished a good 2nd.
Over a distance it should perform well and he added that it would be running in the Chief Justice Cup.
The Jockey stated:
His mount could not pace during the early part, as the pace was too fast for his mount.
Therefore, he had no other way to go and he gradually improved position from 700 Metres his mount picked up after rounding the final bend but could only finish 2nd.
Their explanations were noted for future reference.
Jockey Yash Narredu (ASHWA MAGADHEERA) was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing VICTORIA PUNCH (Salman Khan) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
