        1st  Race:    14.  The  Kokkarebellur  Plate-Div.II-(About)  1400
         8 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 00 to 30.
        
                       KING  OF  GOOD TIMES (Khurshad  Alam)  jumped  out 
                  awkwardly  from the gates and veered towards  the  out-
                  side.
        
                       Jockey C. Krishnan, the rider of SAMRAT ASHOK, was 
                  fined Rs.1,000/- for suddenly shifting out as a  result  
                  AGLITTER  (Gaurav Sapra) moving from behind struck  the 
                  front runner and stumbled approaching the 500 Metres. 
        
                       Jockey Zia Akhtar, the rider of CLASSIC MOVEMENTS, 
                  was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. 
        
                       Jockey  Khurshad Alam, the rider of KING  OF  GOOD 
                  TIMES   was  questioned regarding the handling  of  his 
                  mount. He was informed that he should make every effort 
                  to improve his riding in future. 
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b g SAMRAT ASHOK. 
        
        2nd Race:     15. The Ashwapriya Plate - (About) 1100 Metres.
        11 Runners    Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only.
        
                       FANTASTIC QUEST (S. Babu) stumbled approaching the 
                  900 Metres. 
        
                       Jockey  Suraj Narredu, the rider of BURNING  AMBI-
                  TIONS, reported that his mount was hanging `out'  badly 
                  throughout the race inspite of his best efforts to keep 
                  it  on an even course. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu  was  in-
                  formed  to get it checked by his Veterinarian and  take 
                  appropriate  corrective measures before accepting  with 
                  it again. 
        
                       PHOENIX  REACH (Md. Shafiq) drifted out  violently 
                  rounding  the  final bend, shifted to  the  outer  sand 
                  track  whereby  the rider got unbalanced and  was  dis-
                  lodged  from  his mount. Trainer Mr.  Karan  Singh  was 
                  informed to take necessary corrective measures and  not 
                  to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to 
                  the  satisfaction  of the Stipendiary Stewards  in  one 
                  Mock Race on a race day on the race track. 
        
                       Jockey  B. Prakash, the rider of MUSIC  ON  DEMAND 
                  reported  that  his mount was hanging `in'  during  the 
                  last 200 Metres.  Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy  (deputising 
                  for  trainer  Mr. G. Karthik) was informed  to  get  it 
                  checked  by his Veterinarian and take appropriate  cor-
                  rective measures before accepting with it again. 
                     
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b g MUSIC ON DEMAND.
        
        3rd Race:     16. The Kokkarebellur Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400
         8 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 00 to 30.
        
                       Jockey  Vijay Kumar, the rider of CINDY  GIRL  was 
                  reprimanded  for  repeatedly  changing  course  in  the 
                  straight. 
        
                       Jockey  Gaurav Sapra, the rider of  JERSEY  SPLEN-
                  DOUR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the 
                  whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
        
                       SHISHAM  (Vinod  Shinde) was inclined to  run  out 
                  after rounding the final bend and drifted out badly  in 
                  the  last  200 Metres. Trainer Mr.  Irfan  Ghatala  was 
                  informed  to get it checked by his  Veterinarian,  take 
                  corrective  measures  and not to accept with  it  again 
                  until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the 
                  Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race one a race day on 
                  the race track.
        
                       Surprise  Sample was taken for analysis from  b  f 
                  SHISHAM. 
        
        4th Race:     17. The Master Key Plate-Div.II-(About)1200 Metres.
        10 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 50.
        
                       Jockey  Suraj Narredu, the rider of AFEA  reported 
                  that  his saddle slightly shifted back  after  rounding 
                  the final bend. Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed 
                  to be more careful in future regarding saddling. 
        
        5th Race:     18. The Trombay Plate-(About) 1600 Metres. For 
         8 Runners     rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 years old.
        
                       SOUTH PARADE (M.D. Praveen) ran  detached from the 
                  field.  Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed  to  ensure 
                  that  his charge was capable of better  performance  in 
                  future. 
        
                       WILE WENCH (Gaurav Sapra) stood flatfooted in  the 
                  gates  and lost few lengths at the start.  In  view  of 
                  its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed  that 
                  he  must not accept with it again until  its  behaviour 
                  improved  to the satisfaction of the  Stipendiary  Ste-
                  wards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day. 
        
        6th Race:     19. The B.P.Shivan Memorial Plate - Div.I - (About)  
         8  Runners     1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 &  5  years
                       Old.
        
                       Trainer  Mr. V. Lokanath was questioned  regarding 
                  the poor performance of his charge ZANZARA in the above 
                  race.   He was informed to ensure that his charges  ran 
                  consistently in future. 
        
        7th Race:     20.The Madras Race Club Trophy-(About) 1600 Metres.
         6 Runners    Horses rated 80 and above.
        
                       Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of SOUTHERN  CHARGE, 
                  was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in' and causing inter-
                  ference  to  IMPERIAL VIEW (B. Prakash) on  his  inside 
                  approaching the last 200 Metres.
        
        8th Race:     21. The Master Key Plate-Div.I-(About)1200 Metres.
         9 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 50.
        
                       SPANISH  CROWN  (M.D. Praveen) brushed  the  false 
                  rails passing the 500 Metres whereby the right  stirrup 
                  iron  broke and the rider rode without the aid  of  the 
                  equipment thereafter. 
        
                       Jockey  C.  Harish, the rider  of  GOOD  COMPANION 
                  reported  that his mount was hanging `in' in  the  last 
                  100 Metres  Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed  to 
                  get  it  checked by his Veterinarian  before  accepting 
                  with it again. 
        
                       HOLLYWOOD  GIRL  (Khurshad Alam)  pulled  up  lame 
                  after  the  race on right fore due  to  sprained  knee.  
                  Trainer  Mr. S. Dominic was informed to produce a  Fit-
                  ness  Certificate  from the Club's  Veterinary  Officer 
                  before accepting with it again. 
        
                       TOUCH  ME  HONEY (Mohmmed Shoaib) pulled  up  lame 
                  after  the  race on right fore due  to  sprained  knee.  
                  Trainer  Mr.  N.A. Ponnappa was informed to  produce  a 
                  Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary  Officer 
                  before accepting with it again. 
         
                      Jockey  S. Babu, the rider of PRECIOUS  ANGEL,  was 
                  fined  Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip  on 
                  his mount during the race (1st infringement).
        
                       The  Stipendiary Stewards reported  Jockey  Gaurav 
                  Sapra  and  trainer Mr. M. Eshwer to  the  Stewards  in 
                  connection  with the running and riding of  BLISS.  The 
                  Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and inter-
                  viewed  trainer Mr. M. Eshwer and Jockey Gaurav  Sapra.  
                  After  deliberations,  they  decided  to  (a)  severely 
                  caution trainer Mr. M. Eshwer as to the future  running 
                  of his charges; and (b) suspend the Jockey's licence of 
                  Gaurav  Sapra from 27-11-2007 to 1-12-2007  (both  days 
                  inclusive)   for  riding  an  incompetent  race   (Rule 
                  No.161(ii))on  his mount BLISS in the above race  (per-
                  mitted  to ride work).He was further informed that  the 
                  repetition of similar manner of riding would be  viewed 
                  very seriously. 
        
        9th Race:     22. The B.P.Shivan Memorial Plate-Div.II- (About) 
         8  Runners     1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 &  5  years
                       Old.
        
                       Jockey  B.  Mahesh, the rider of  AUCHINLECH,  was 
                  fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interfer-
                  ence  to  SATIN  WOOD (Ryan Marshall)  on  his  outside 
                  approaching the 900 Metres. 
        
                       Jockey  Afsar Khan, the rider of BILLY  BLACKJACK, 
                  was  reprimanded for not maintaining a straight  course 
                  in the last 200 Metres.

        Permission was granted to Trainers M/s. S. Ganapathy and  Hidayat 
        Khan  to deputise on behalf of trainers M/s. G. Karthik and  S.K. 
        Habib Khan respective who were unable to attend the races.
