ROYAL FLYNN (V R Jagadeesh) took a fly jump, whereby the rider lost his left stirrup, which he regained, approaching the 1000 Metres. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch.g. NICE GUY. 2nd Race: 31. The Beginners Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. 9 Runners Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only. Jockey S Babu the rider of TOUCH OF MAGIC was reprimanded for not being alert at the start. Jockey M Ravi the rider of READY TO MINGLE reported that his mount was hanging 'in' during the race. Trainer Mr. R V Manohar was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 3rd Race: 32. Jockey Gaurav Sapra the rider of EVENT HORIZON was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to ARTIC PRINCESS (S John) on his outside soon after the start and for coming 'in' and causing interference to DON'S DELIGHT (Faisal M Ismail) on his inside, approaching the 1100 Metres. Jockey S John the rider of ARTIC PRINCESS was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to EVENT HORIZON (Gaurav Sapra) on his inside, approaching the 1150 Metres, and again for coming 'in' and causing interference to EVENT HORIZON (Gaurav Sapra) on his inside, approaching the 900 Metres. MASTER STRATEGIST (K P G Appu) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey K Narasimha the rider of REGAL DREAM was fined Rs.2,000/- for not being alert at the start and for not sufficiently perse vering with his mount in the final stages of the race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.g. MASTER STRATEGIST. 4th Race: 33. The Half A Crown Plate-Div.II-(About)1400 8 Runners Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50. Trainer Mr. S Inayathulla was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge, SANGINI (Vivek) as regards shoeing. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge, REPLENISH (Suraj Narredu), as regards shoeing. SOUTHERN INSTINCT (S A De Sousa) jumped aawkwardly outwards and inconvenienced REPLENISH (Suraj Narredu) on the outside soon after the start. SANGINI (Vivek) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced WESTERN SPARK (K Narasimha) on the outside at the start. Jockey S A De Sousa the rider of SOUTHERN INSTINCT reported that his mount was running 'out' erratically till approaching the final bend and that he had considerable difficulty in keeping it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary exami nation and the Veterinary Officer reported that it was observed to have sharp molars on right side upper jaw. Trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. REPLENISH (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut injury on right hind canon. 5th Race: 34. The Swarnamukhi Plate- Div. I - (About) 9 Runners 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50. WAR CHILD (Shobhan Babu) took a fly jump, losing considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendi ary Stewards in one jump out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. QUEEN'S GLORY (Shakti Singh) stumbled while jumping out of the gates, whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced on the sad dle. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b.c.
