        1st Race:     1.The Inauguration Plate-(About) 1100 Metres.Maiden
         9 Runners    Indian Horses 2 years old only (Terms).
        
                       Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of LITTLE SPLENDOUR, 
                  was  reprimanded  for coming `in'  and  inconveniencing 
                  DIFFERENT  OPINION  (Suraj Narredu) on his  inside  ap-
                  proaching the 900 Metres. 
        
                       CHINAB  (L.  Marshall) sustained a cut  injury  on 
                  right hock.
        
                       DIFFERENT  OPINION  (Suraj  Narredu)  drifted  out 
                  under pressure during the final stages of the race. 
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner ch f POETIC. 
        
        2nd Race:     2.  The Cordon Bleu Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
         9 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 and 5 yrs old.
        
                       ROYAL LIASON (Ryan Marshall) ran detached from the 
                  field.   Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to  ensure 
                  that  his charge was capable of better  performance  in 
                  future.  
        
                       ROYAL RETORT (Suraj Narredu) ran detached from the 
                  field.   Trainer  Mr.  Neil Darashah  was  informed  to 
                  ensure  that his charge was capable of  better  perfor-
                  mance in future.  
        
                       ORO NEIRO (S. Selvaraj) sustained a cut injury  on 
                  left hind cannon. 
        
        3rd Race:     3. The Baba Khan Memorial Plate-(About)1600 Metres.
         8 Runners    Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 and 5 years old.
        
                       Trainer  Mr. R.R. Byramji was fined  Rs.500/-  for 
                  making an error in the starting declaration in  respect 
                  of his charge PRET A PORTE (Vincent Colgan) as  regards 
                  shoeing.
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b f PRET A PORTE.
        
        4th Race:     4. The Rajyotsava Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. 
         7 Runners   Indian Horses 3 years old and over-(Terms).
        
                       REFLECTED  GLORY  (Imran  Chisty)  was  slow  into 
                  stride  and lost few lengths at the start.  In view  of 
                  its  behaviour  trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy  was  informed 
                  that  he  must not accept with it again until  its  be-
                  haviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary 
                  Stewards  in one jump out on a starting  gate  practice 
                  day.   

        
                       REFLECTED GLORY (Imran Chisty) sustained an injury 
                  on right hind fetlock.
        
        5th Race:   5. The Kunigal Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses
        12 Runners    rated 60 to 90, 4 and 5 years old.
        
                       Trainer  Mr. R.R. Byramji was fined  Rs.500/-  for 
                  making an error in the starting declaration in  respect 
                  of his charge ORPENDALE as regards shoeing.
        
                       Trainer  Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.500/-  for 
                  making an error in the starting declaration in  respect 
                  of his charge FEEL FREE as regards shoeing.
        
                       RED MUSTANG (Ashwin Rao) (Drawn 9)jumped awkwardly 
                  outwards  from the gates and FEEL FREE  (Vinod  Shinde) 
                  (drawn  11)  jumped awkwardly inwards  thereby  ALEKONA 
                  (Shobhan Babu) (drawn 10) was denied a clear run at the 
                  start. 
        
                       OUR  LANCER  (M. Ravi) could not get a  clear  run 
                  soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the 
                  crowding of the field. 
        
                       FEEL FREE (Vinod Shinde) sustained a cut injury on 
                  right hind fetlock. 
        
        6th Race:    6. The Prince Ardent Plate - (About) 1600 Metres.
        11 Runners    Horses rated 20 to 50.
        
                       FEARLESS  ANGEL (B. Prakash) was examined  at  the 
                  gates before the start of the race and was observed  to 
                  be  lame on right fore and hence was withdrawn  on  ve-
                  terinary grounds before coming under Starter's  Orders.  
                  Trainer  Mr.  S. Ganapathy was informed  that  he  must 
                  produce  a Fitness Certificate from the Club's  Veteri-
                  nary Officer before accepting with it again. 
        
                       ALCHESAYE  (Vinod  Shinde) clipped  the  heels  of 
                  LUCKY  GOLD  STAR (K.P.G. Appu)  approaching  the  1400 
                  Metres and stumbled.
        
                       Jockey  Vinod Shinde, the rider of  ALCHESAYE  was 
                  questioned regarding the handling of his mount.   While 
                  noting  his explanation he was informed to  make  every 
                  effort to improve his riding in future.
        
                       Jockey  K. Narasimha, the rider of MYSTIC  POWERS, 
                  was  reprimanded for calling out  unnecessarily  during 
                  the  race and causing inconvenience to the other  Jock-
                  eys. 
        
                       TYCOON  OF STARS (S. Babu) ran detached  from  the 
                  field and ASSOCIATOR (V. Patel) finished detached  from 
                  the field.  Trainer Mr. G. Karthik was questioned  with 
                  regard  to  the running of the horses and  was  further 
                  informed  to ensure that horses under his  charge  were 
                  capable of better performance in future.  
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b f EL GORDO.
