        1st Race:     47. The Bugs Bunny Trophy-Div.II-(About) 1400 
         9 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50. 
        
                       Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was fined Rs.2,000/-  for 
                  his  negligence in not reporting about his  charge  THE 
                  BRAVEST  as  it was running for the  first  time  after 
                  having been  gelded.   
        
        2nd Race:     48. The Dharwar Plate-(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden
        12 Runners    Indian Horses 2 years old only (Terms).
        
                       Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of LITTLE SPLENDOUR, 
                  was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in' and causing inter-
                  ference to PERFECT ANALYSIS (Md. Shafiq) on his  inside 
                  approaching the 250 Metres. 
        
                       BORN TO SHINE (Vivek) sustained an injury on right 
                  hock. 
        
        3rd Race:     49. The Poottannah Memorial Plate - Div.I - (About)
         8 Runners    1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 and 5 years
                      old.
        
                       Permission   was granted to trainer Mr.  S.S.  At-
                  taollahi to withdraw ASIATICUS on veterinary grounds as 
                  it  was  lame  on left hind due to  sprained  back  and 
                  croup.  He was informed that he must produce a  Fitness 
                  Certificate  from the Club's Veterinary Officer  before 
                  accepting with it again. 
        
                       KORPORATE  (A.  Velu) was observed to  be  lugging 
                  `in' during the final stages of the race. 
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b g PANCHASHARI.
        
        4th Race:     50. The Bugs Bunny Trophy-Div.I - (About) 1400 
         9 Runners    Metres. Horses rated 20 to 50. 
        
                       Jockey  P.  Ramesh, the rider of  SOUTHERN  MAGIC, 
                  reported that his mount was very fractious at the gates 
                  and jumped out very awkwardly.
        
                       Jockey  Suraj  Narredu, the rider of  YOU  AND  I, 
                  reported  that  his  mount  was  running  very  erratic 
                  throughout the race and that he had considerable diffi-
                  culty  in  keeping it on an even  course.  Trainer  Mr. 
                  Sriram  Komandur was informed that he must  not  accept 
                  with  it  again  until its behaviour  improved  to  the 
                  satisfaction  of the Stipendiary Stewards in  one  Mock 
                  Race on a race day on the race track.  






        
                       Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of SPIRITED COMMAN-
                  DER,  was fined Rs.1,000/- for suddenly shifting  `out' 
                  approaching  the  1200 Metres  thereby  inconveniencing 
                  JERSEY POWER (Gaurav Sapra) running behind. 
        
                       Jockey  S.  Selvaraj,  the rider  of  BREED  APART 
                  reported that his mount was running erratic  throughout 
                  the race. 
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b g LUCKYNUMBERSLEVIN.
        
        5th Race:    51. The Bangalore Veterinary College Golden Jubilee 
         8 Runners    Trophy-(About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 90.
        
                       Jockey  K.P.G. Appu, the rider of BORN  FREE,  re-
                  ported  that his mount was reluctant to raise a  fluent 
                  gallop soon after the start. In view of its  behaviour, 
                  Trainer  Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he  must  not 
                  accept  with it again until its behaviour  improved  to 
                  the satisfaction of the Stipendiary in one Mock Race on 
                  a Race Day on the race track.  
        
                       Jockey  Gaurav  Sapra, the rider  of  SWIFT  FIRE, 
                  reported  that  he could not get a clear run due  to  a 
                  packed field approaching the 250 Metres. 
        
                       Jockey  D.  Gnaneshwar, the rider  of  OUR  LITTLE 
                  SAVAGE,  was  reprimanded for looking back  during  the 
                  final stages of the race for no apparent reason. 
        
        6th Race:    52. The A.R.Keshava Mudaliar Memorial Plate -
         9 Runners    (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70.
        
                       Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of SOUTHERN CHIEFTAN, 
                  reported  that  his  mount  was  hanging  `in'  in  the 
                  straight.  Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed to get 
                  it  checked  by his Veterinarian and  take  appropriate 
                  remedial measures before accepting with it again.  
        
                       VAN  DE STAR (S. Selvaraj) sustained an injury  on 
                  right hind pastern. 
        
                       Routine  Sample  was taken for analysis  from  the 
                  winner b f MOTHER'S PRIDE. 
        
        7th Race:     53. The Poottannah Memorial Plate-Div.II - (About)
         9  Runners    1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 70, 4 and 5  years
                      old.
        
                       Jockey K. Gopal Rao, the rider of SATIN WOOD,  was 
                  fined  Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip  on 
                  his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

        on  behelf of trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh who was unable  to  attend 
        the races.
