1st Race: 188. The Ramnagar Plate - Div.II- (About) 1400
11 Runners Metres. Horses rated 00 to 30.
Jockey Shakti Singh, the rider of KING OF GOOD
TIMES, reported that his mount stumbled while jumping
out of the starting gates.
Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of RUNNING MAN, re-
ported that his mount was inclined to run out from 900
Metres. It was impounded for veterinary examination.
After examination it was reported to have sharp molars
on either side of the lower jaw. Trainer Mr. M.P.
Mahaesh was informed to take appropriate remedial
measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SPREAD A SMILE,
was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and causing
interference to BUCK PASSER JUNIOR (P.S. Chouhan) on
his outside approaching the 1200 Metres.
2nd Race: 189. The Chickmagalur Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
11 Runners Horses rated 20 to 50, who have run at least twice
under BTC Rules after 15th August 2007 and not won
a race at any centre after that date.
RED RUBEN (Y.S. Srinath) was very fractious inside
the gates due to which it sustained traumatic head
injuries resulting in EIPH. Hence it was permitted to
be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under
Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed
that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the
Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it
again.
SPIRIT OF CHINA (D. Gnaneshwar) planted in the
starting gates and took no practical part in the race.
In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Z. Darashah was
informed that he must not accept with it again until
its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on
the race track.
LIGHTNIN BLUES (Suraj Narredu) stood flat footed
in the gates and lost few lengths at the start. In
view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was
informed that he must not accept with it again until
its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate
practice day.
Jockey S. Guruprasad, the rider of ANTIVIRUS was
reprimanded for travelling wide in the straight for no
apparent reason.
3rd Race: 190. The Ramnagar Plate - Div.I- (About) 1400
11 Runners Metres. Horses rated 00 to 30.
PROOF OF TREASURE (J.H. Christopher) planted in
the starting gates and lost many lengths at the start.
In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was
informed that he must not accept with it again until
its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on
the race track.
GAMPU (Vinod Shinde) planted in the starting gates
and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its
behaviour trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he
must not accept with it again until its behaviour
improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Ste-
wards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
SILVER CREST (C. Krishnan) ran detached from the
field. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to ensure
better performance of his charge in future.
SILVER CREST (C. Krishnan) sustained a cut injury
on right hock.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the
winner b c TACTICAL GAME.
4th Race: 191. The Octogonal Plate - (About) 1200 Metres.
12 Runners Horses rated 20 to 50.
ROYAL HERO (Suraj Narredu) jumped out awkwardly
and werved towards left and lost few lengths at the
start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. In-
ayathulla was informed that he must not accept with it
again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction
of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a start-
ing gate practice day.
Jockey Shanth Kumar, the rider of SOUTHERN MAGIC,
was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out' and causing
interference to ROYAL HERO (Suraj Narredu) on his
outside soon after the start.
PRINCE CASPIAN (A. Ashok Kumar) ran detached from
the field. On veterinary examination after the race, it
was observed to be lame on left fore due to sprained
fetlock. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he
must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's
Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was questioned regarding
the running of his charge KIOKO in the above race and
his explanations were noted and was also informed to be
more careful in the selection of his riders.
5th Race: 192.The Delhi Race Club Trophy-(About) 1800 Metres.
6 Runners Horses rated 80 and above.

6th Race: 193. The Tumkur Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses
12 Runners rated 40 to 70, 5 & 6 years old.
Jockey N. Harsha, the rider of WORTH A MILLION,
was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course
in the last 400 Metres of the race.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ARTIC BLAST
reported that his mount was not galloping fluently
during the race. The horse was impounded for veteri-
nary examination and the Veterinary Officer after
examination reported that it was found to be trotting
sound.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the
winner b g ATTAIN.
7th Race: 194. The Varada Trophy -(About) 1200 Metres. Horses
12 Runners rated 60 to 90, 5 & 6 years old.
Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of MUCHO reported
that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900
Metres and again passing the 500 Metres due to a close-
ly packed field.
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SUGAR BLAZE was
questioned regarding the riding on his mount in the
above race. The Jockey stated that his mount was
lugging `in' in the straight and that he could not
fully ride out. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed
to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take neces-
sary remedial measures before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the
winner ch m PERFECT RHYTHM.
8th Race: 195. The March Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Maiden
12 Runners Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms).
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SERENITY NOW
reported that his mount was hanging `in' in the
straight. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to get it
checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate remed-
ial measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of CHILLI CHO-
COLATE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and
causing interference to AHIRA (Vinod Shinde) on his
outside soon after the start.
Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of VOICE OF
INDIA, reported that he lost his whip approaching the
350 Metres.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the
winner b g MIGHTY HEART.
