1ST Race: 147. The Vidhana Soudha Cup-Div.II-(About) 1400
Metres. For horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over
(9 Runners)
SHISHAM (Vinod Shinde) jumped awkwardly outwards from the gates and inconvenienced MAN UNITED (Y.S. Srinath) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
SURPRISE PACKAGE (B. Sreekanth) planted and took no practical part in the race. Trainer Mr. Mohd. A Abbas was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SHISHAM, reported that his mount was hanging `in' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of MAN UNITED, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to GLORY BOUND (Suraj Narredu) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.
2nd Race: 148. The Vidhana Soudha Cup-Div.I-(About) 1400

Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge MUCHO. Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
MUCHO (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of EXPRESS IT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S.A. De Sousa, the rider of CASPIAN SEA, to the Stewards for the violation of the Calendar Notification under the heading "USE OF WHIP". The Stewards held an enquiry after the last and interviewed Jockey S.A. De Sousa. After deliberations they decided to suspend Jockey S.A.De Sousa from riding in races from 13-2-2010 to 17-2-2010 for the violation of the Calendar Notification under the heading "USE OF WHIP" on his mount CASPIAN SEA in the above race (permitted to ride work)
3rd Race: 149. The Ted Fordyce Cup - (About) 1200 Metres.

BEAUTIFUL LIFE (B. Sreekanth) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TEMPUS FUGIT (P.S. Chouhan) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of TEMPUS FUGIT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and tightening COULEUR ROUGE (Samuel Fargeat) approaching the 1000 Metres.
Jockey C.D. Hayes, the rider of CHERELLE, reported that his mount stumbled approaching the 700 Metres and was running green throughout the race.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of TEMPUS FUGIT, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing AMERICUS (Suraj Narredu) which in turn passed it on to IMMENSE (S. John) approaching the 150 Metres.
Jockey S. John, the rider of IMMENSE, reported that he could not get a clear run in the final 150 Metres of the race due to a closely packed field.
4th Race: 150. The N.R.C.E. Cup - Div.II- (About) 1200
Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch f PEACEMAKER.
5th Race: 151. The Mysore Race Club Trophy - (About) 1600
Metres. For Indian Horses 4 years old and over at the
time of starting (9 Runners).
Jockey David Allan, the rider of SPLENDID SURPRISE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
FIREZONE (B.L. Paswan) sustained a deep cut injury on right hind fetlock.
SILKEN THOMAS (Ryan Marshall) sustained a cut injury on right hind bulb of heel.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CIELO REY.
6th Race: 152. The Indian Republic Trophy - (About) 2000
Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (10 Runners)
TABLE MOUNTAIN (S. John) sustained a cut injury on right hip.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SCIMITAR.
7th Race: 153. The Poonawalla Bangalore Derby (Grade- I)
(About) 2400 Metres. For 4 year old Indian Horses

Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the submission of scratching form in respect of his charge NEEL GAGAN.
PERSIAN ROCK (Mohammed Shoaib) planted and took no practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
SUNDAY BEST (Ryan Marshall) swerved towards left and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour trainer trainer Mr. S. Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of SUGRIV, trained by Mr. B. Puttanna and ridden by Jockey N. Harsha.
9th Race: 155. The Nethravathi Trophy - (About) 1400
Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners)
SPRING A SURPRISE (P.S. Chouhan) was examined at the starting gates and was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SHER DIL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of CAMELOT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the
excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
SWEET SURRENDER (Gaurav Sapra) sustained cut injuries on left fetlock.
EXCELLENCY (G. Adarsh) sustained a bleeding cut injury on left hock.
