It rained during the 7th Race.

1st Race: 27. The Beloved Prince Plate-Div.II-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (8 Runners).

As Jockey Himanshu was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to substitute Jockey Mohammed Shoaib to ride NEARCO MASTER in place of the declared rider.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g YOUR DESTINY.

2nd Race : 28. The Chintamani Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners).

SWARNA MUKHI (C. Harish) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of YAMAGUCHI, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently from the 300 Metres and was lugging in and inconvenienced WHISPER VALLEY (G. Adarsh) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars on both sides and injuries on both the corners of the mouth. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence.

Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of charge GRACIAN as compared to its previous run in Race No.10 of the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2009-10 when ridden by Jockey Afsar Khan it ran unplaced.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m GRACIAN.

3rd Race: 29. The Beloved Prince Plate-Div.I-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the scratching form in respect of his charge DARK HORSE.

As Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh was certified medically unfit to ride permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Narredu to substitute Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride SOLITARY CHAMP in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Suraj Narredu the rider of VAYUPUTRA, reported that his mount was trying to run out in the straight. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of WAY TO FANTASY, reported that his mount gradually fell back in the last 200 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Veterinary Officer reported no abnormalities.

Jockey S.A. De Sousa, the rider of STORM CHASER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly looking back in the last 300 Metres for no apparent reason.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dkb f STORM CHASER.

4th Race: 30. The Bellary Plate-Div.I-(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ALVIANO, reported that his mount stumbled at the start.

ALVIANO (Suraj Narredu) pulled up lame after the race on right fore. Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ALVIANO (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut injury on right hind.

5th Race: 31. The Kabini Cup - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (8 Runners).

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g D'ARTNAGNAN.

6th Race: 32. The M.S. Krishnappa Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over
(11 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M. Eshwer to substitute Jockey S. Shiva Kumar to ride SUPERYACHT in place of the declared rider.

SUPERYACHT (S. Shiva Kumar) took a fly jump.

STAR SPEED (K.P.G. Appu) took a fly jump.

Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of EXPRESS IT, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 200 Metres due to a closely packed field.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that on examination after the race it was observed that the left fore shoe on NERMAI (B. Sreekanth) had apparently come off during the race.

Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was questioned regarding the running of his charge STAR SPEED (K.P.G.Appu) in the above race. The trainer stated that (a) he did his best by different training tactics; (b) he also tried his best to assess and extract the best out of this horse in different distance; and (c) despite his efforts, although well bred, his charge appeared to be not a genuine horse. His explanations were noted.

7th Race: 33. The Bellary Plate-Div.II-(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of SHER DIL, reported that his mount ran erratic under the use of whip during the final stages of the race.

Jockey N. Harsha, the rider of SOURAB, reported that he slipped from behind at the start whereby got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan to deputise on behalf of trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala who was unable to attend the races.
