Going : Good Penetrometer Reading : 5 Cms.

(False Rails : Width of 2 Metres from 1600 Metres to the winning Post.)

1st Race: 1. The Somnathpur Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).

CHAR CHAND (V.R. Jagadeesh) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Himanshu, the rider of NEARCO MASTER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a proper course rounding the final bend.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of GIVE ME THE MONEY placed 2nd by the Judge objected against Jockey Himanshu, the rider of NEARCO MASTER, placed 1st for "coming in and checking my mount and bumping me between 500 Metres and 400 Metres thereby I had to check my horse and ease him up completely and make a run and that cost me a certain race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

2nd Race : 2. The Prince Ardent Plate - (About) 1600 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45 (8 Runners).

BLUE DEW (Vinod Shinde) stood flat footed at the gates and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey F.K. Shahbuddin, the rider of ROYAL LEGEND was fined Rs.2,000/- for repeatedly checking his mount during the early stages of the race thereby losing position for no apparent reason.

RED LAD (Harsha) veered out in the last 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to take necessary remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f ALLURING.

3rd Race: 3. The Inauguration Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (12 Runners).

Jockey Harish, the rider of IWANA DANCE, was fined Rs1,000/-for shifting out and causing interference to PEARL OF BANGALORE (Md. Shafiq) on his outside passing the 300 Metres.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of TRILLION WIN, was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting in and causing interference to IWANA DANCE (Harish) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Md. Shafiq, the rider of PEARL OF BANGALORE , was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to MERCUTIO (K.P.G Appu) on his outside approaching the 100 Metres.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of STORMY AFFAIR, reported that his mount was running green in the straight.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of MERCUTIO, reported that his mount was hanging `in' throughout the race. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SARATOGA (Shobhan Babu) sustained a cut injury on left hock.

SPARK OF SPEED (S. Chandrashekar) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.

4th Race : 4. The Dandeli Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

SHERMAN (S.A. De Sousa) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey N. Harsha, the rider of SABARI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount in the straight.

It was observed that the saddle of ENDURING SPEED (Shobhan Babu) shifted forward passing the 900 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, trainer Mr. S. Dominic was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.

ENCHANTING BEAUTY (K. Raja Rao) finished detached from the field. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g THE SENATOR.

5th Race: 5. The Kunigal Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 4 years old and over
(11 Runners).

SCIMITAR (B. Sreekanth) jumped out awkwardly and refused to raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Mohd. A Abbas was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of SUNNY BABA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to THE SPARTAN (Afsar Khan) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Himanshu, the rider of JERSEY PRIDE, reported that he could not get a clear run in the straight due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SUGAR RAY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

JERSEY PRIDE (Himanshu) sustained cut injuries on right hock.

THE SPARTAN (Afsar Khan) sustained cut injuries on left hind fetlock.

6th Race: 6. The Rajyotsava Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Indian Horses 3 years old and over (7 Runners).

Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the Declaration of Weight in respect of his charge CELESTIAL WAY.

ARISTOS (Ryan Marshall) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.

7th Race: 7. The Kunigal Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the Starting Declaration in respect of his charge ROYAL AMBER (Khurshad Alam) as regards shoeing.

Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the Starting Declaration in respect of his charge GAME OF LIFE (S. Selvaraj) as regards Claiming of Allowance.

Jockey Harish, the rider of RIVER ISLAND, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

8th Race: 8. The Kolar Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners).

SYSTEMATIC (Suraj Narredu) and ARABIAN PRINCE (S.A. DeSousa) drifted under pressure in the last 300 Metres.
