1st Race: 150. The Ted Fordyce Cup - (About) 1200 Metres.
For Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only at the time of starting (Terms) (8 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey D.M. Grant to ride SIMPLY BEST in place of the declared rider.

OWN EMPIRE (A. Imran Khan) accidentally stumbled passing the 900 Metres.

Jockey C.D. Hayes, the rider of SHOOT OUT, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c BEN TEN.

2nd Race: 151. The Vidhana Soudha Cup-Div.II-(About) 1400
Metres. For horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (10 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M.B. Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey M.A. Gallagher to ride SAVVY CONCEPT in place of the declared rider.

Jockey T. Bernard, the rider of YOURE KISS'S DUE, reported that he lost his whip during the final stages of the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g MR AMBASADOR.

3rd Race: 152. The Indian Republic Trophy - (About) 2000
Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (4 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey C.Alford to ride LUSH LASHES in place of the declared rider.

As no suitable substitute rider was available in place of Jockey Naushad Alam , permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to withdraw CAMELOT from the above race.

LUSH LASHES (C. Alford) sustained gum injury.

4th Race: 153. The N.R.C.E. Cup - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)

GOLD TERN (P.S. Chouhan) stood flatfooted and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of ELUSIVE SPEED, was reprimanded for inconveniencing TRIBAL QUEEN (Vivek) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.

Jockey R. Bharath, the rider of ENDURING SPEED, was reprimanded for inconveniencing BEAUTIFUL DANCER (Md. Shafiq) on his inside passing the 100 Metres.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of ELUSIVE SPEED, reported that his mount was lugging `in' under pressure in the straight.

Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of STAR OF DESIRE, reported that his mount was hanging `in' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

5th Race: 154. The Vidhana Soudha Cup-Div.I-(About) 1400
Metres. For horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over(8 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh to ride VOICE OF INDIA in place of the declared rider.

MODERN ART (David Allan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

An enquiry is being held into the relative performance of VOICE OF INDIA trained by Mr. Sharat Kumar and ridden by Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.113, i.e. The R.H.Charles Memorial Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over on 1st January 2011, when ridden by Jockey H.G. Rathod, it won.

6th Race: 155. The Mysore Race Club Trophy - (About) 1600
Metres. For Indian Horses 4 years old and over at the time of starting (7 Runners).

It was reported after the race that the right fore shoe of FIREZONE (Suraj Narredu) had apparently come off during the race.

7th Race: 156. The VIF Bangalore Derby (Grade- I) (About) 2400 Metres. For 4 year old Indian Horses
(Foaled in 2007) (Terms) (15 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Laxman Singh was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge BUSINESS TYCOON to start for the above race after having accepted with it.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey M.A. Gallagher to ride ASTOUNDING GALLOP in place of the declared rider.

Jockey C. Alford, the rider of UNLEASHED, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey T.G. McLaughlin, the rider of SUNNY'S SECRET, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of STRING ALONG, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II & III placed horses viz:

8th Race: 157. The Nethravathi Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)

ATHABASCA STAR (C.D. Hayes) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

SUKANTI (Md. Shafiq) walked out of the gates, swerved towards the left and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

9th Race: 158. The Swarnamukhi Stakes - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (12 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey C. Alford to ride FREE LAW in place of the declared rider.

Jockey S.Babu, the rider of SUMMER SUN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and bumping ULTIMATE FANTASY (Khurshad Alam) on his outside passing 250 meters.
