1st Race: 159. The Lalitmahal Plate - (About) 1200 Metres.
For horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over (8 Runners)
As Jockey Afsar Khan was certified medically unfit to ride permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey Mohammed Shoaib to ride MIGHTY MONARCH in place of the declared rider.
ALLEGRO (S.Mallikarjun) sustained a cut injury on Left Hind coronet.
Routine sample was taken for analysis form the winner ch g SON OF THE SUN.

Jockey C.D.Hayes the rider of SILKEN TOUCH was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing IRON MARSHALL (Y.S.Srinath) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.
3rd Race: 161. The Murudeshwara Stakes - (About) 1100
Metres. For Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only. (Terms) (8 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw b c AFFIRMATIVE (T.G.Mclaughlin) on Veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey C.D.Hayes the rider of MOUNTAIN VIEW reported that his mount was running green during the race.
Jockey P.S.Chouhan the rider of RIGHT ON TIME reported that his mount was lugging 'in' under pressure during the final stages of the race.
THE GREAT GAMBLER (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on Left Hock.
Routine sample was taken for analysis form the winner b c ADMIRAL.
4th Race: 162. The Brahmaputra Plate - (About) 1800 Metres
For horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (7 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge, LADZONE (P Mani), as regards shoeing.
SHOWERS OF LUCK (Suraj Narredu) was observed to be 'hanging in' in the last 200 Metres. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
GOOD COMPANION (Vivek) observed to be 'hanging in' in the last 200 Metres, Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that on examination after the race, it was observed that the right fore shoe of GOOD COMPANION (Vivek) had apparently splayed during the race.
5th Race: 163. The D.P.Sharma Memorial Sprinters Trial Stakes (About) 1200 Metres. For Indian Horses 4 year old and over at the time of starting. (Terms) (5 Runners)
An enquiry is being held pertaining to the submission of scratching form by Trainer Mr. S.Padmanabhan (RED RENEGADE)
6th Race: 164. The Forever Elegance Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to withdraw AMAZING WORLD on Veterinary grounds as it was lame on Left fore due to inflamed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge, BACK AMONG FRIENDS (Valdir De Sousa), as regards shoeing.
SPARK OF FANTASY (R.Vaideeshwaran) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on the outside namely FRAME PARTNER (Vinod Shinde) and ALEXANDER HELIOS (Suraj Narredu)
7th Race: 165. The Hurricane Stud Plate - (About) 1200
Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over
(12 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey F K Shahbuddin to ride his charge, DRAMATIC DANCER, in place of the declared rider.
CORLEONE (C D Hayes), which was running fiercely, could not get a clear run, approaching the 900 Metres, due to a tightly packed field and as such, had to be checked by its rider.
Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of CELESTIAL SON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and taking out CASPIAN SEA (N Rajesh) and STILL WILL (R Bharath) on his outside, passing the 800 Metres.
Jockey B L Paswan the rider of LOGANS RUN was fined Rs.3,000/- for
shifting 'out' and causing interference to ALPHA BABY (S A De Sousa), CORLEONE
(C D Hayes) and CELESTIAL SON (M Prabhakaran) on his outside, passing the 400
Metres.
8th Race: 166. The Somanathpur Stakes - (About) 1400
Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (9 Runners)
The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that on examination after the race, it was observed that the right fore shoe of NOT NOT SEVEN (P S Chouhan) had apparently splayed during the race.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.g. VAYOMI.

RACE NO.149: THE KOLLUR PLATE - DIV - II (ABOUT)
1400 METRES, FOR HORSES RATED 40 TO 65:
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey P Mani the rider of SPARK OF
SAPPHIRE to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No.161(ii)] on his
mount in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on
Saturday, the 29th of January, 2011, and examined Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah
and Jockey P Mani. After deliberations, they decided to (a) suspend the Jockey's
Licence granted to Jockey P Mani from 9th February, 2011, to 18th March, 2011
(both days inclusive), for unsatisfactory riding on his mount, SPARK OF
SAPPHIRE, in the above race (permitted to ride work) and (b) severely caution
Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah as to the future running of his charges.

RACE NO.151: THE VIDHANA SOUDHA CUP - DIV. II (ABOUT) 1400 METRES, FOR HORSES RATED 40 TO 65, 5 YEARS OLD AND OVER.
Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence in not bringing his charge, YOURE KISS'S DUE, for weighing.
RACE NO.154: THE VIDHANA SOUDHA CUP - DIV. I (ABOUT) 1400 METRES, FOR HORSES RATED 40 TO 65, 5 YEARS OLD AND OVER.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to the Stewards
in connection with the relatively poor performance of his charge, VOICE OF INDIA
(V R Jagdeesh), which ran unplaced in the above Race, as compared to its
previous run in Race No.113 of the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2010-11, i.e., The
R.H. Charles Memorial Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5
years old and over at the time of starting, held on Saturday, the 1st of
January, 2011, when ridden by Jockey H G Rathod, it had won the race. The
Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on Saturday, the 29th of January,
2011, and examined Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar. After deliberations, they decided
to severely caution Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar as to maintaining consistency in
the performance of his charges.
RACE NO.155: THE MYSORE RACE CLUB TROPHY (ABOUT) 1600 METRES, FOR 4 YEARS OLD
AND OVER AT THE TIME OF STARTING (TERMS):
Trainer Mr. M P Mahaesh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the declaration of weight in respect of his charge, SPLENDID SURPRISE.
Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the declaration of weight in respect of his charge, SPEARHEAD.
Trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the
declaration of weight in respect of his charge, COULEUR ROUGE.
