1st Race : 17. The Master Key Plate-Div.II-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners).

WAY TO FANTASY (V.R. Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SABALA (A. Ashok Kumar) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey S. Mallikarjun, the rider of ANOTHER VOICE, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey Vivek, the rider of YOURE ROCKING, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900 Metres due to a closely packed field.

WAY TO FANTASY (V.R. Jagadeesh) suddenly shied approaching the 350 Metres and refused to accelerate further. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that AMAZING COLOUR (M.J. GautamRajUrs) had apparently lost its left fore shoe during the race.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch g SEGOMO.

2nd Race : 18. The V. Gopal Memorial Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners).

Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was fined Rs.5,000/- for the negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer in not being present on time to saddle his charge FOSWELL without making alternate arrangements. Subsequently Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was authorized to deputise on his behalf in the above race.

SOUND BET (S. Babu) planted and lost many lengths at the start and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of REACHARGED, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. MYSTIC DAWN (Mohammed Shoaib), KICKINGKING (Naushad Alam) and HEAT HAZE (Y.S. Srinath) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

It was observed that HEAT HAZE (Y.S. Srinath) had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the heels of front runner MYSTIC DAWN (Mohammed Shoaib) and in the process the rider got momentarily unbalanced on the saddle approaching the 1100 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g CAVALRY CHARGE.

3rd Race: 19. The Madras Race Club Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. For 3-year-old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2007) (Terms) (6 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to withdraw SKY TRAIN (S. John) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind due to inflammed fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

UNLEASHED (C. Alford) stumbled while jumping out of the starting gates.

MONTEDORO (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly inwards and bumped UNLEASHED (C. Alford) on the inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

It was reported after the race that ONE FOR THE MONEY (Md. Shafiq) had apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race.

4th Race : 20. The Master Key Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of WESTERN PALACE, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.

5th Race : 21. The V. Gopal Memorial Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres, horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners).

SALONI (P. Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly inwards and bumped VOICE OF INDIA (Ahsan Qureshi) on the inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

ELITE LAND (A. Imran Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g CLEAR MANDATE.

6th Race: 22. The Trombay Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (8 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan, was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the Starting Declaration in respect of his charge SUN GOLD as regards shoeing.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Purttanna to withdraw WALTER (Harsha. N) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind due to sprained stifle. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SUN GOLD (Vivek) stood flat footed and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey GautamRajUrs, the rider of LADZONE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount under the use of whip whereby he allowed it to drift out to the extreme outside of the grass track after passing the 300 Metres.

7th Race: 23. The Kempegowda Cup - (About) 1600 Metres. For Horses rated 80 and above (9 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Britto to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride BLINK in place of Jockey Sunny Chinoy the declared rider.

Jockey S. John, the rider of IMMENSE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the negligence pertaining to weighing in.

CASPIAN SEA (R. Vaideeshwaran) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1200 Metres.

IMMENSE (S. John) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey I. Khan, the rider of FLAMING LAMIBORGINI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

CASPIAN SEA (R. Vaideeshwaran) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right shoulder.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c IMMENSE.

8th Race: 24. The B.P. Shivan Memorial Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

ONE TRACK MINDED (Khurshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey S. Babu, the rider of BLUE ORIGIN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey Nasir Imam, the rider of STORM CHASER, was reprimanded for shifting out and bumping JORIKI (A. Ashhad Asbar) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Nasir Imam, the rider of STORM CHASER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to shift out and cause interference to the horses on his outside viz. VIRTUOSO (M. Kumar) and BID FOR GLORY (Vivek) approaching the 1000 Metres.

9th Race: 25. The Pratap Stud Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (10 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring jockey R. Vaideeshwaran to ride his charge SPARK OF REVERENCE without the prior written consent of the Master Trainer P. Prasanna Kumar.

AZTEC GOLD (Y.S. Srinath) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped LUSH LASHES (S. John) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey M. Kumar, the rider of CAMALOT, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SUPER SPEAR (Naushad Alam)on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of ORDAINED ONE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1000 Metres due to a closely packed field.

17. The Mysore Milion (Grade III) - (About) 1600 Metres, 3 Year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2007)(Terms)

The Stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club Ltd., at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 9th November 2010 considered the appeal dated 19th September 2010 filed by Jockey Suraj Narredu against the decision of the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., in suspending his Jockey's licence from 11-11-2010 to 10-1-2011 for contravention of Rule No.159(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount AZTEC GOLD in the above race.

The Stewards examined Mr.Satish Narredu, Spokesman for Jockey Suraj Narredu, the Jockey himself and Mr. Neil Darashah, the trainer of the horse. After due deliberations, the Board decided to (a) partially allow his appeal (b) treat the infringement committed by Jockey Suraj Narredu as riding an injudicious race (Rule No.161(ii)) on his mount AZTEC GOLD in the above race; (c) consequently to modify the punishment in that his Jockey's licence shall be suspended from 19-11-2010 to 26-11-2010 (both days inclusive) (permitted to ride work); and (d) refund the deposit of Rs.2,500/- paid by him towards the appeal fee.
