1st Race: 38. The Melkote Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (9 Runners).
ADONIS (S.A. DeSousa) sustained a bleeding cut injury on left fore cannon.
LAD FURY (B.L. Paswan) sustained gum injury.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ADONIS.
2nd Race : 39. The Chickmagalur Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners).
Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of SUN ABSOLUTE reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 350 Metres due to the crowding of the field.
It was reported after the race that ONE IN MILLION (R. Pradeep) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of ARIANA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
3rd Race: 40. The Kokkarebellur Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45. (11 Runners).
Trainer Mr.Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring jockey M. Rajesh Kumar to ride his charge SPARK OF NAPOLEON without the prior written consent of the Master Trainer Mr.C.V.G.K.Kishore.
WILD NEXUS (P.S. Chouhan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on his outside viz. SWEET PERFORMER (S. Mallikarjun) and SPARKOF DIABLO (Mohd. Ghouse) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Y.S.Srinath, the rider of FLAME BACK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SPARK OF NAPOLEON (M. Rajesh Kumar) on his inside approaching the 700 Metres.
SPARK OF DIABLO (Mohd. Ghous) accidentally struck the false rails approaching the 700 Metres, the right stirrup of the rider snapped as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter.
It was reported after the race that A SHOOTING STAR (N. Rajesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
SPARK OF NAPOLEON (M.Rajesh Kumar) sustained a cut injury on right gaskin.
SWEET PERFORMER (S. Mallikarjun) sustained a cut injury on right fore tendon.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CROWN VISION.
4th Race: 41. The Hemavati Cup - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (8 Runners).
Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring jockey Naushad Alam to ride his charge APPOLONAIRE without the prior written consent of the Master Trainer Mr. V.Lokanath.
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of CAMELOT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MAGISTERIAL (A. Imran Khan) on his inside approaching the 700 Metres.
Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of MAGISTERIAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to LUSH LASHES (S. John) which in turn passed it on to CAMELOT (R. Vaibhav) passing the final 100 Metres.
Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of SMART WAYS, was fined Rs.5,000/- for riding an injudicious race.
APPOLONAIRE (Naushad Alam) sustained a cut injury on left fore cannon.
5th Race: 42. The Shantineketan Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (10 Runners).
TANZANITE (C.D. Hayes) jumped awkwardly from the starting gates.
It was reported after the race that JERSEY PRIDE (I.A. Khan) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of CLASSIC CHARGE, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the straight. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
LOOKING TO LEAD (Melvyn Maseyk) sustained a cut injury on left knee.
6th Race: 43. The Belgaum Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of SWEET TIMER, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 250 Metres.
It was reported after the race that STORM CHASER (V.R. Jagadeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g GLORY TO DANCER.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f JORIKI.
An enquiry is being held into the running of GLORY TO DANCER (S. John) trained by Pradeep Annaiah in the above race.
7th Race: 44. The Antaragange Plate (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
Jockey Vivek, the rider of GOOD GIFT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SKY DRIVE (S.Guruprasad) which in turn passed it on to NECTAR CROWN (Y.S.Srinath) on his inside approaching the 400 Metres.
MOCK RACE
Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was fined Rs.5,000/- for presenting his charge CROWNING GLORY with the wrong saddle cloth number to the Mock Race. Hence it was withdrawn from the mock race.
