Going : Soft Penetrometer Reading : 5.7 Cms.

False Rails : Width of 4.0 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres and 7.0 Metres from 1000 Metres to the winning Post.

1st Race: 9. The Sarb-Kla Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (9 Runners).

2nd Race : 10. The Mount Joy Plate - (About) 1400 Metres.
Horses rated 00 to 25 (11 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay to withdraw THE FIRST BULLET (M.J. GautamRajUrs) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to inflamed elbow. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SILVER SCEPTRE (R. Pradeep) sustained injuries on right hind cannon.

3rd Race: 11. The Air Force Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).

Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence for not producing his charge ABNOBA to the weighing scale for recording of weight.

Jockey Naushad Alam, the rider of SUPER GOLD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz. SURE SPEED (Suraj Narredu) and SPARK OF SILVER (S. John) approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of A MOVE TO REMEMBER, was reprimanded for suddenly shifting course on his outside passing the 400 Metres.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of ABNOBA, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course during the final stages of the race.

SOUTHERN GLADIATOR (S. Babu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey S. John, the rider of SPARK OF SILVER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

4th Race: 12. The Sarb-Kla Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (9 Runners).

KINGS ADMIRAL (D. Patel) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped EMERALD (S. John) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

MAN UNITED (S. Mallikarjun) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced HARD TO PIN DOWN (R. Koch) on the inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey D. Patel, the rider of KINGS ADMIRAL, was reprimanded for suddenly shifting course to the outside passing the 350 Metres.

Jockey Y.S.Srinath, the rider of FLAME BACK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to EMERALD (S. John) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

5th Race: 13. The Krishnaraja Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (8 Runners).

THE SPARTAN (Ahsan Qureshi) could not get a clear run in the final 150 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey S.John, the rider of SPARK OF BRONTE, was questioned regarding the riding on his mount in the above race. He stated that (a) his mount did not have the initial speed to get into the front bunch; (b) his mount was not grabbing its bit from the 900 Metres to 400 Metres; (c) he gave his mount every chance and gradually improved his position and rode out in the straight but could only finish second; and (d) in his opinion his mount required more ground and would be better over a 1400 Metres. His explanations were noted.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f STRING ALONG.

6th Race: 14. The Air Force Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners).

JUNO (Ryan Marshall) could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the crowding of the field.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f EAGLE CLAWS.

7th Race: 15. The Baba Khan Memorial Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

LUCKYNUMBERSLEVIN (Vivek) stood flat footed and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

VOICE OF INDIA (Ramesh Kumar N.) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped MYSTERE (Gaurav Sapra) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of MYSTERE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in' and causing interference to VOICE OF INDIA (Ramesh Kumar N.) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of YOURE KISS'S DUE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was questioned regarding the running of his charge YOURE KISS'S DUE(Y.S. Srinath). The trainer stated the he had very specifically instructed the rider to ride it out off the pace, keep it tucked behind other runners, come on the inside till rounding the final bend and thereafter to switch it out and ride out fully. He added that the rider had implicitly followed his riding instructions and that he was satisfied with his riding and running of his charge. He further added that the horse would run in a similar manner in future also. His explanations were noted.

8th Race: 16. The Cordon Bleu Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).

FORESIGHT (R. Pradeep) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

SKY DRIVE (S. Chandrashekar) sustained cut injury on left hind fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NECTAR CROWN.
