(False Rails: Average width of 3.0 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres and 5.0 Metres from 1000 Metres to the winning post)

1st Race: 79. The Bangarpet Plate-(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (8 Runners).

It was reported after the race that MISS MARVELOUS (N. Rajesh) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Soon after the start AWESOME FLIGHT (Khurshad Alam) ducked whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. On examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer after the race it was reported that it had pulled up lame on left hind due to sprained quarter. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Valdir DeSousa, the rider of GIVE ME THE MONEY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

2nd Race: 80. The Novice Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners).

As Jockey Ahsan Qureshi was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S. Selvaraj to ride PERFECT SPEED in place of the declared rider.

WONDER LASH (A. Ashok Kumar) was extremely fractious on the way to the starting gates and prior to being loaded dislodged the rider and ran riderless. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order.

AFRICAN QUEEN (C.D. Hayes) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on the outside viz. WAIKATO (S.A. DeSousa) & SANDHURST (Vinod Shinde) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

STARISTA (S. John) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hind pastern.

3rd Race: 81. The T.B. Hanumantharaj Memorial Cup-Div-II (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey Y.S. Srinath to ride SPARK OF SILVER without the prior consent of the rider who had already accepted to ride DANCE TO THE TUNE in the above race. Subsequently permission was granted to him to declare Jockey S. Selvaraj to ride SPARK OF SILVER.

Passing the 250 Metres JUNO (Khurshad Alam) accidentally struck the false rails momentarily unbalancing the rider.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SEVEN HEAVEN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to DANCE TO THE TUNE (Y.S. Srinath) on his inside passing the 200 Metres.

Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence in not informing the change of equipment (girth) on his charge ACCURATE (Suraj Narredu).

ACCURATE (Suraj Narredu) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hind fetlock joint.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ACCURATE.

4th Race: 82. The T.B. Hanumantharaj Memorial Cup-Div-I (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners).

NATIVE TALENT (Khurshad Alam) stood flat footed inside the gates and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its bahaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of SPARK OF MARCHADOR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and inconveniencing the horses on his inside viz. ENDURANCE (B. Sreekanth) and CROWN EMPRESS (C.D. Hayes) approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of HEAT HAZE was reprimanded for inconveniencing NATIVE TALENT (Khurshad Alam) on his outside approaching the 1100 Metres.

ENDURANCE (B. Sreekanth) sustained gum injury.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CROWN EMPRESS.

5th Race: 83. The Kehlan Stud Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (11 Runners).

ELUSIVE WAY (David Allan) accidentally stumbled passing the 250 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ON A ROLL (S. Mallikarjun) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained cannon. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6th Race : 84. The Karnataka Police Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (9 Runners).

As Jockey N. Rajesh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 5th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to substitute Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran to ride SUCCESSOR in place of the declared rider.

7th Race : 85. The Gomos Plate - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji to substitute Jockey Naushad Alam to ride MATIAS in place of the declared rider.

COUNT ROYAL (M. Kumar) planted in the gates and did not raise a fluent gallop for some time after jumping out of the gates.. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of HARD TO PIN DOWN, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 300 Metres due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of KARISINI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for suddenly shifting course to the inside passing the 250 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f KARISINI.

8th Race: 86. The Nelamangala Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge GOOD COMPANION as regards shoeing.

YES WE CAN (Khurshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped GOLDEN DIXIE (V.R. Jagadeesh) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Permission was granted to trainers M/s. Hidayat Khan, Pradeep Annaiah and V. Lokanath to deputise on behalf of trainers M/s. Amit Caddy, M.P. Mahaesh and B. Puttanna respectively who were unable to attend the races.

43. The Belgaum Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over

The Stewards who commenced an enquiry into the running of GLORY TO DANCER (trained by Mr. K. Pradeep Annaiah) after the last race on 26-11-2010 continued the same after the last race on 9-12-2010. They examined trainer Mr. K. Pradeep Annaiah. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to note the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. K. Pradeep Annaiah.

69. The HDIL Bangalore 2000 Guineas (Grade II)-(About) 1600 Metres. For 3 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2007) (Terms)

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of MAGISTERIAL to the Stewards for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that after rounding the final bend he shifted out and approaching the 300 Metres he shifted in causing severe interference to SUN KINGDOM (Suraj Narredu) on his inside. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 17th December 2010 and examined Jockey A. Imran Khan. After deliberations they decided to (a) suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey A. Imran Khan from 27-12-2010 to 31-12-2010 and fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/- for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount MAGISTERIAL in the above race (permitted to ride work).

27. The Pune Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45

(A)
The board of appeal at its Meeting held on Friday, 10th December 2010 considered the written explanation dated 15th November 2010 submitted by Jockey J. Pradeep (under suspension) to the Board in response to the Charge Sheet dated 10th November 2010 issued to him for contravention of Rule No.101(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in casting aspersion and attributing insult to the authorities namely the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., and the Stipendiary Stewards while submitting his written grounds of appeal.

The Board examined Jockey J. Pradeep. After deliberation the Board expressed their dissatisfaction with the explanation tendered by Jockey J. Pradeep and decided that should his Jockey's Licence be granted to him for the season 2011-2012, the same shall remain suspended with effect from 14-5-2011 to 13-6-2011 (both days inclusive) (not permitted to ride work) for contravention of Rule No.101(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in casting aspersion and attributing insult to the authorities namely the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., and the Stipendiary Stewards while submitting his written grounds of appeal.
(B)

Inayathulla to the Board in response to the Charge Sheet dated 10th November 2010 issued to him for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(iii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in casting aspersion and attributing insult to the authorities namely the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., and the Stipendiary Stewards while submitting his written grounds of appeal.

The Board examined Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla. After deliberation the Board expressed their dissatisfaction with the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla and decided to suspend his Trainer's Licence with effect from 13-12-2010 to 12-1-2011 (both days inclusive) for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(iii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in casting aspersion and attributing insult to the authorities namely the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., and the Stipendiary Stewards while submitting his written grounds of appeal.
