1st Race: 263. The Champion Jockey Trophy - Div.III - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners)

Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of WHISPER IN TOWN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not being alert at the start.

Jockey S. Guruprasad, the rider of KROREPATI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and bumping WHISPER IN TOWN (F.K. Shahbuddin) which in turn passed it on to BLAZING ACE (D. Patel) before passing the red marker post.

2nd Race: 264. The Champion Jockey Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (10 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to withdraw ROYAL TAURIAN on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey T. Bernard was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah to substitute Jockey B.L. Paswan to ride YOURE A STAR in place of the declared rider.

SWEET ANGEL (Vinod Shinde) sustained a cut injury on left fore cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c SPEED SIX.

3rd Race: 265. The Leading Owner Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (10 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the Starting Declaration in respect of his charge ANOTHER DESTINY as regards shoeing.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of ROMANCE IN THE AIR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and causing interference to CHRONICLE (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of HURRY ANNA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and bumping DOLCE VINO (R. Vaideeshwaran) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ANOTHER DESTINY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for suddenly slowing down the pace approaching the 1000 Metres whereby STAR PRESENCE (K.P.G.Appu) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked and shifted out thereby bumping ROMANCE IN THE AIR (G. Adarsh) on the outside.

It was reported after the race that ANOTHER DESTINY (M.J. Gautam Raj Urs) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4th Race: 266. The Champion Jockey Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. G. Nityanand to substitute Jockey N. Rajesh to ride RIGHT ON THE MONEY in place of the declared rider.

MAGIC WAVE (V.R. Jagadeesh) after jumping out, refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

HOT STUFF (R. Koch) jumped awkwardly inwards and bumped FIELD OF DREAM (D. Patel) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

MELLONSDELIGHT (C. Krishnan) suddenly shied away approaching the 700 Metres and inconvenienced BRABUS SPEED (Vivek) on its outside.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SHIVALIK PRINCE, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

HOT STUFF (R. Koch) sustained gum injury.

MELLONSDELIGHT (C. Krishnan) sustained gum injury.

5th Race: 267. The Leading Tipster Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over (12 Runners)

As Jockey B. Sreekanth was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride SOURAB in place of the declared rider.

RETRO QUEEN (V.R. Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly from the starting gates momentarily unbalancing the rider who lost both his stirrup which he regained approaching the 1000 Metres.

It was reported after the race that FLASHING CROWN (N. Rajesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M.B. Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m DROP OF HONEY.

Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge DROP OF HONEY, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.226 of the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2010-11 i.e. The Karwar Plate-(About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on 11th March 2011 when ridden by Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran it ran unplaced. The trainer stated as follows. (a) On account of set back in training the horse could not run for over two years; (b) In his opinion since it had the class he persisted with the horse with regular veterinary treatment and care; (c) The last run on 11-3-2011 was its first run after a gap of nearly two years; and (d) With the benefit of a run and its inherent merits the horse was able to win the race. His explanations were noted.

6th Race: 268. The Heeroji Lad Bangalore Juvenile Million (Grade III) - (About) 1400 Metres. For 3 year old Indian Horses (foaled in 2008) (Terms) (6 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh to withdraw VIJAYSHAURYA on veterinary grounds as it was lame on left fore due to sprained tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz:

7th Race: 269. The Leading Stud Trophy - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (12 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mohd A. Abbas to substitute Jockey F.K. Shahbuddin to ride SCIMITAR in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge SPLENDID SURPRISE. Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of MIGHTY HEART, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey V. Shinde, the rider of SPLENDID SURPRISE, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed to get it checked by his veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 270. The Leading Owner Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (10 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw CELESTIAL SON on veterinary grounds as it was lame on left fore due to inflammed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g LADS GLADIATOR.

9th Race: 271. The Champion Trainer Trophy -(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)

As Jockey S. Ramesh was certified medically unfit to ride, Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S. Mallikarjun to ride VOICE OF INDIA in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey F.K. Shabuddin to ride SHER DIL in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Valdir DeSousa, the rider of DANCE N CELEBRATE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the winning post.

SUNSTORM (P.S.Chouhan) accidentally stumbled approaching the 900 Metres.

10th Race: 272. The Leading Bookmaker Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mohd A. Abbas to substitute Jockey Md. Shafiq to ride AKALIKI in place of the declared rider.

AGUSTA (M. Prabhakaran) was extremely fractious in the gates whereby the rider was injured and certified medically unfit to ride. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order.

Jockey Md. Shafiq, the rider of AKALIKI, reported that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Mohd. A Abbas was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of WALTZ AWAY, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g INSPIRATOR.
