1st Race: 25. The November Plate -(About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (Terms) (9 Runners).

MATHS BABY (Samuel Fargeat) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced WHITE MISCHIEF (Jorge Horcajada) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Vivek, the rider of GOL MATOL, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CIELAMOUR.

2nd Race: 26. The P. Anthony Memorial Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw LADY GAGA (B.L. Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be walking lame on left hind due to sprained fetlock joint. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BRYANT PARK (J.H. Christopher) jumped violently inwards and inconvenienced the horses on the inside viz. UNIQUE SHOW (R. Vaibhav) and SMART WAYS (Mohammed Shoaib) soon after the start.

It was reported after the race that SMART WAYS (Mohammed Shoaib) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

UNIQUE SHOW (R. Vaibhav) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g WIN AGAIN.

3rd Race: 27. The Beloved Prince Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of BRAVE CAT to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj and Jockey J.H. Christopher. After deliberation they decided to (a) note the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj; and (b) suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey J.H. Christopher from 28-11-2011 to 30-12-2011 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race (permitted to ride work).

ALIANZ (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained a cut injury on brisket.

4th Race: 28. The Bellary Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was fined Rs.500/- for not using the tongue strap on his charge BETTER THAN BEST for the use of which permission had already been obtained. Subsequently tongue strap was put on the horse before it left the paddock.

LIGHTNING EXPRESS (P.S. Chouhan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced BEBO (R. Vaibhav) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of BETTER THAN BEST, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CATAMARAN (Ryan Marshall) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of REGAL HOSTESS, reported that his mount stumbled while jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of REGAL HOSTESS, was reprimanded for shifting out and bumping BETTER THAN BEST (R. Anand) on his outside approaching the 1100 Metres.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of BETTER THAN BEST, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course passing the 300 Metres.

It was reported after the race that SIMPLY BEST (Mudassar Nazar) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LIGHTNING EXPRESS (P.S. Chouhan) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SIMPLY BEST.

5th Race: 29. The Kabini Cup - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (8 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.500/- for using wrong coloured cap on his charge ROMANCE IN THE AIR (R. Vaideeshwaran).

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SECRET PUNCH, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing THE DARLING BOY (B. Sreekanth) on his outside approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SECRET PUNCH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ROMANCE IN THE AIR (R. Vaideeshwaran) on his inside approaching the 150 Metres.

YOU'RE WONDERFUL (N. Rajesh) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

It was reported after the race that SPICY STAR (Vinod Shinde) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6th Race: 30. The M.S. Krishnappa Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over
(11 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge SUNSET GRILL to run in the above race without producing the Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race.

FIST OF RAGE (S. Ramesh) stumbled while jumping out of the starting gates and the rider reported that his mount was not striding out properly throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sustained injury on left fore bulb of heel.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of NORTH CAPE, reported that the left rein got entangled in the mouth of the horse and as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to ride out his mount throughout the race. On examination of the equipment after the race, it was observed to have been otherwise well maintained and hence no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.

7th Race: 31. The Silicon Valley Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (11 Runners).

AANCHAL'S PRIDE (N. Rajesh) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

JIGRI DOST (Ahsan Qureshi) could not get a clear run approaching the 600 Metres due to a closely packed field, the rider having to check his mount.

Jockey S. Babu, the rider of DIAMOND FLAME, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge DIAMOND FLAME in the above race.

The Stewards have ordered an enquiry into the running and riding of dk b f SABALA trained by Mr. B. Puttanna and ridden by Jockey Y.S.Srinath.


SPECIAL (F.K. Shabuddin) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ABSENCE.
