False Rails : Average Width of 4 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres and 7 Metres from 1000 Metres to the winning Post.

1st Race: 89. The Amathos Plate - Div.II - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners).

Jockey S.R. Santosh Kumar, the rider of SHOURYA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and inconveniencing RAJA'S PET (P. Mani) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of PRINCE CHARMING, reported that his mount was hanging out rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that SHOURYA (S.R.Santosh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that SPILLANTHES (Shobhan Babu) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr Sharat Kumar and Jockey S. Mallikarjun were questioned regarding the running and riding of GORGEOUS GOLD. The trainer stated that the horse had a dip back and it was difficult for the Jockey to balance the horse after jumping out and that is why the rider slackened in at the start. He also stated that he was trying to school the horse and ensure that the horse jumps out well without losing any ground and performs well in the races in future. While noting his explanation Jockey S. Mallikarjun was reprimanded for not improving his position during the early stages of the race.

2nd Race: 90. The Hyderabad Silver Vase -(About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (foaled in 2009) (Terms) (7 Runners).

Jockey Samuel Fargeat, the rider of MATHS BABY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of SMART STAR, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c CIRQUE DU SOLEIL.

3rd Race: 91. The Amathos Plate - Div.I - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners).

Trainer Mr S Narredu was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge SUPER SPRINT ( G Adarsh).

As Jockey Mudassar Nazar was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. G. Nityanand to substitute Jockey Sahanawaz to ride RIGHT ON THE MONEY in place of the declared rider.

RIGHT ON THE MONEY (Sahanawaz) hit the gates while jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop thereafter. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

EMPHATIC VICTORY (Md. Akbar) planted, lost many lengths at the start and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 200 Metres. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

It was reported after the race that RIGHT ON THE MONEY (Sahanavaz) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must produce a fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that BOUNTY HUNTER (Imran Chisty) was hanging in throughout the race and hence was impounded for veterinary examination. The Club's veterinary officer reported that it had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c BRABUS SPEED.

4th Race: 92. The Kakanakote Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners).

FOR AN ANGEL (S. John) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

WALTER (R. Anand) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of EVERGLADES, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to HATCHET HARRY (A. Ramu) which in turn passed it on to FOR AN ANGEL (S. John) passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of DIDHITEE, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race as such he had considerable difficulty in keeping it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. K. Pradeep Annaiah (deputizing for trainer Mr. M.P Mahaesh) was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

HEART OF GOLD (Arshad Alam) sustained a cut injury on left hock.

5th Race: 93. The Badami Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SPARKLING STAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to LIVING LEGEND (A.R. Pradeep) on his inside which in turn passed it on to SUNDAY CRUZ (G. Adarsh) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Anthony Crastus, the rider of ACE BLOOD, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 800 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of LIVING LEGEND, was reprimanded for travelling wide after entering the straight.

6th Race: 94. The Kollegal Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old & over (12 Runners).

SPARK OF HARMONY (S. Selvaraj) accidentally struck the front runner SPARK OF DIABLO (Vinod Shinde) passing the 700 Metres thereby dislodging the rider. ATLAS POWER (H G Rathod) who was travelling behind had to be checked by its rider and shifted out.

Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of BEAUTIFUL LIFE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 400 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of MARK OF GENIUS, reported that he could not get a clear run between 200 Metres and 100 Metres due to a closely packed field.

It was reported after the race that SUPER SURPRISE (P.S. Chouhan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

7th Race: 95. The Topmost Cup - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (9 Runners).

Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of RED RENEGADE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking an unduly long lead till about the 300 Metres of the race.

It was reported after the race that RED RENEGADE (M. Noornabi) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f SUN ABSOLUTE .

8th Race: 96. The Badami Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).

ONE TIME MAGIC (Imran Chisty) was extremely fractious and injured the rider. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

Jockey Anthony Crastus, the rider of SOVETSKAYA, placed II by the Judge objected against Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of CHUL BUL PANDY placed I for "coming in near the 1000 Metres and causing me to check my mount again when I was making my move on the straight and also bumping twice forcing me to switch outside which cost me a certain race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined Jockeys Anthony Crastus, B.L. Paswan and Ahsan Qureshi. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and the revised order of placings are as under:

CELESTIAL SON (Indrajeet Singh) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

An enquiry is being held into the interference caused by Jockey B L Paswan, the rider of CHUL BUL PANDY to SOVETSKAYA (Anthony Crastus) and ANOTHER DESTINY (Ahsan Qureshi) during the race.

9th Race: 97. The Royal Russian Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old & over (10 Runners).

Jockey M. Mark, the rider of SOUND BET reported that his mount was galloping in snatches in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f EMERALD.

70. The Bangalore 2000 Guineas (Grade II) - (About) 1600 Metres. For 3 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2008) (Terms) .

On an application made by Jockey Ryan Marshall, the Board of Appeal decided to stay the operation of the punishment imposed on him (who was suspended by the Stewards from 28-12-2011 to 26-1-2012 for dangerous riding on his mount MOUNTAIN RANGE in the above race) pending hearing and disposal of his appeal .
